Abstract

Religious behavior can affect the conscience of students in worship and morality. The purpose of this study is to describe the behavior and character of students in worship, to describe the stages of Islamic religious education teachers in changing students' worship behavior and behavior. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The method used is an educational method, through a psychological approach and a social approach. The data was processed using descriptive analysis techniques. The conclusion of this study shows that the religious behavior and personality of students are not in accordance with the religious behavior taught in Islam. Islamic Religion teachers try to shape religious behavior, map changes in student behavior in relation to their emotions, describe their worship behavior and personality, evaluate students' worship behavior and activities as a form of preserving their religious behavior, develop religious behavior through Islam, religious education lessons provide positive punishments that have a deterrent effect .

Abstract

Digitization era is a challenge and reality that must be faced and can not be avoided. Technology demand lead to increasingly fierce competition, so every organization needs Human Resources (HR) who have competence in order to work in providing excellent and satisfying services. Likewise in the world of education, the role of individual performance is needed to advance the quality of education. Without good performance, the goal will be very difficult to achieve. Thus, the performance of individual teachers is needed in the world of education. The performance of education is determined by the performance of the teachers. To improve teacher performance can be done in many ways including guidance counseling and comparative studies. Guidance counseling is a process of assistance provided by the mentor to individuals through face-to-face meetings or reciprocal relationships between the two. The goal is that the counselee has the ability to see and find the problems, then be able to solve it independently. Also expected to produce human resources or employees who have faith and piety, have a solid understanding and self-awareness basis, devote themselves professionally on the basis of the norms of his profession. Comparative Study is a learning concept carried out in different locations and environments which is an activity commonly carried out for the purpose of improving quality, expanding business, improving systems, determining new policies, improving legislation, and others.

Abstract

Recently, there are many ways on how to read the Quran. The aim is to make it easier for students to quickly read the Quran. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the Yanbu method in the Quran reading learning process, to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the Yanbu method, and to formulate teacher tips to improve students' abilities in the reading learning process. Quran. This research adopts qualitative method and qualitative descriptive research method. The results show: The application of the Yanbu method in the learning process of reading the Quran, 1) Beginning with prayers in the guide, recitation of short verses, classic reading, Sorogan activities, homework, daily assessment. 2) Advantages of Yanbu Afa, Arabic rolls are more complete than other methods, making it easier for students to learn the Arabic alphabet, tones are used when reading classics/songs, complete and structured learning materials are available every day according to the age of the student learn to write pegon, learn to evaluate activities. 3) The learning process at this school is not formally written, and there is no written lesson schedule. 4) Teachers can help students improve their ability to read the Qur'an by practicing it over and over again.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi fenomina kesulitan anak usia dini dalam belajar mengenal huruf hijaiyah. Rumusan masalah : Bagaimana tingkat kemampuan anak usia dini kelas pra TK. Bagaimana proses pengenalan huruf hijaiyah. Bagaimana penggunaan media kartu huruf hijaiyah. Bagaimana pengaruh penggunaan media kartu huruf hijaiyah terhadap pengenalan huruf hijaiyah. Tujuan penelitian. Mendiskripsikan tingkat kemampuan anak usia dini kelas pra TK. Mendiskripsikan proses pengenalan huruf hijaiyah pada anak usia dini kelas pra TK. Mendiskripsikan penggunaan media kartu huruf hijaiyah anak usia dini kelas pra TK. Mendiskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan media kartu huruf hijaiyah anak usia dini kelas pra TK. Metode penelitiannya menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan Analisa kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan meliputi Uji Credibility, Uji Transferability, Uji Dependability, Uji Confirmability. Hasil penelitiannya ;Tingkat kemampuan anak usia dini kelas pra TK dalam mengenal huruf hijaiyah berbeda tiap anak. Pengaplikasian media kartu huruf hijaiyah di kelas pra TK mengacu pada aturan yang disesuaikan dengan metodologi Qiroati. Pengaplikasian media kartu huruf hijaiyah sangat berpengaruh pada kemampuan mengenal huruf hijaiyah anak usia dini baik ketika masih di kelas pra TK A maupun ditahap belajar Al-Quran.

Abstract

This research aim to know the influence of leadership Policy and motivate the job to employee’s performance at KSPPS BMT PETA Cabang Pembantu Kediri. Research uses the quantitative method that is a method elaborating about a becoming object research. Population in this research is all employees at KSPPS BMT PETA Cabang Pembantu Kediri amounting to 112 employees. While sample as much 53 people/responder. Method of data collecting use the perception (observation), equates method (questioner), and documentation method. While method analyze the data with the test of validity and reliabilities, test the classic assumption, test the doubled linear regresi, and test the significant by partial (statistical test t, significance test in concern/simultan (statistical test f, and coefficient determinacy. From this research result is inferential that: (1) leadership Policy have positive correlation to but do not significant to employees performance at KSPPS BMT PETA Cabang Pembantu Kediri. This Matter is show with the value of equal to statistical test result of Ttest (test the partial) showing value do not significance attitude of equal to 0,159 > 0,05. (2) Motivation work to have an effect on positive and significant to employee’s performance at KSPPS BMT PETA Cabang Pembantu Kediri with the result of result of statistical test of Ttest (test the partial) showing value of significance facility of equal to 0,019 < 0,05. This matter is indication that motivation work very having an effect on to somebody behavior in working, so that motivate the job have to always improved for the stimulus of the spirit of employees job in reaching company target. (3) There are influence by simultan between leadership policy and motivate the job to employees performance at KSPPS BMT PETA Cabang Pembantu Kediri. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, brand image, and service quality on bread purchasing decisions at UD. Roti Tidar Kwadungan-Ngasem-Kediri. This research used a quantitative approach with primary data collected from 100 consumers. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination. The results show that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.001. Service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.010. Brand image also has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.023. Simultaneously, product quality, service quality, and brand image significantly affect purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.479 indicates that 47.9% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by the three independent variables. These findings indicate that UD. Roti Tidar should maintain product quality, improve service quality, and strengthen brand image to encourage consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Pola asuh adalah cara orang tua bertindak sebagai suatu aktivitas kompleks yang melibatkan banyak perilaku spesifik secara individu atau bersama-sama sebagai serangkaian usaha aktif untuk mengarahkan anaknya. Serangkaian kegiatan meliputi cara penerapan aturan, mengajarkan nilai / norma, memberikan perhatian dan kasih sayang serta menunjukkan sikap dan perilaku baik.Program pengabdian masyarakat ini berfokus pada penguatan model pola asuh melalui kegiatan pendampingan guru dan orang tua di TK, PAUD dan SD desa Ngabab Kecamatan Pujon Kabupaten Malang. Fokus dan tujuan kegiatan mencakup ; (1) model pola asuh yang baik dan benar, (2) model pembelajaran yang efektif bagi guru, (3) Pembiasaan hidup sehat dan ramah lingkungan, (4) faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya. Program yang sudah dilakukan dalam kegiatan pendampingan antara lain : 1).Seminar parenting model pola asuh orang tua dan guru; 2). Penyuluhan dan dialog tentang model pembelajaran aktif, interaktif dan menyenangkan; dan 3).Penyuluhan dan dialog tentang pemanfaatan lingkungan. Adapun hasil dari program pengabdian diantaranya yaitu: 1). Meningkatnya pemahaman orang tua dan guru tentang model pola asuh yang baik dan benar; 2). Meningkatnya pemahaman orang tua tentang fase-fase pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak, dan 3). Meningkatnya pemahaman orang tua akan pentingnya lingkungan sebagai sumber belajar yang efektif

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variasi menu dan store atmosphere terhadap keputusan pembelian pada café favor, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Persaingan bisnis café yang semakin ketat mendorong pelaku usaha untuk tidak hanya menawarkan produk yang berkualitas, tetapi juga menghadirkan variasi menu yang beragam serta suasana café yang nyaman dan menarik guna meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian di Café Favor Kota Kediri dengan jumlah populasi yang tidak diketahui secara pasti. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 105 responden ditentukan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow dan dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variasi menu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Store atmosphere juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, variasi menu dan store atmosphere secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Café Favor Kota Kediri. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa keberagaman menu yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen serta suasana café yang nyaman dan menarik menjadi faktor penting yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Oleh karena itu, Café Favor Kota Kediri perlu mempertahankan inovasi variasi menu serta terus meningkatkan kualitas store atmosphere agar mampu meningkatkan keputusan pembelian dan memperkuat daya saing di industri kuliner.
