Abstract

Religious behavior can affect the conscience of students in worship and morality. The purpose of this study is to describe the behavior and character of students in worship, to describe the stages of Islamic religious education teachers in changing students' worship behavior and behavior. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The method used is an educational method, through a psychological approach and a social approach. The data was processed using descriptive analysis techniques. The conclusion of this study shows that the religious behavior and personality of students are not in accordance with the religious behavior taught in Islam. Islamic Religion teachers try to shape religious behavior, map changes in student behavior in relation to their emotions, describe their worship behavior and personality, evaluate students' worship behavior and activities as a form of preserving their religious behavior, develop religious behavior through Islam, religious education lessons provide positive punishments that have a deterrent effect .

Abstract

Digitization era is a challenge and reality that must be faced and can not be avoided. Technology demand lead to increasingly fierce competition, so every organization needs Human Resources (HR) who have competence in order to work in providing excellent and satisfying services. Likewise in the world of education, the role of individual performance is needed to advance the quality of education. Without good performance, the goal will be very difficult to achieve. Thus, the performance of individual teachers is needed in the world of education. The performance of education is determined by the performance of the teachers. To improve teacher performance can be done in many ways including guidance counseling and comparative studies. Guidance counseling is a process of assistance provided by the mentor to individuals through face-to-face meetings or reciprocal relationships between the two. The goal is that the counselee has the ability to see and find the problems, then be able to solve it independently. Also expected to produce human resources or employees who have faith and piety, have a solid understanding and self-awareness basis, devote themselves professionally on the basis of the norms of his profession. Comparative Study is a learning concept carried out in different locations and environments which is an activity commonly carried out for the purpose of improving quality, expanding business, improving systems, determining new policies, improving legislation, and others.

Abstract

Recently, there are many ways on how to read the Quran. The aim is to make it easier for students to quickly read the Quran. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the Yanbu method in the Quran reading learning process, to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the Yanbu method, and to formulate teacher tips to improve students' abilities in the reading learning process. Quran. This research adopts qualitative method and qualitative descriptive research method. The results show: The application of the Yanbu method in the learning process of reading the Quran, 1) Beginning with prayers in the guide, recitation of short verses, classic reading, Sorogan activities, homework, daily assessment. 2) Advantages of Yanbu Afa, Arabic rolls are more complete than other methods, making it easier for students to learn the Arabic alphabet, tones are used when reading classics/songs, complete and structured learning materials are available every day according to the age of the student learn to write pegon, learn to evaluate activities. 3) The learning process at this school is not formally written, and there is no written lesson schedule. 4) Teachers can help students improve their ability to read the Qur'an by practicing it over and over again.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi fenomina kesulitan anak usia dini dalam belajar mengenal huruf hijaiyah. Rumusan masalah : Bagaimana tingkat kemampuan anak usia dini kelas pra TK. Bagaimana proses pengenalan huruf hijaiyah. Bagaimana penggunaan media kartu huruf hijaiyah. Bagaimana pengaruh penggunaan media kartu huruf hijaiyah terhadap pengenalan huruf hijaiyah. Tujuan penelitian. Mendiskripsikan tingkat kemampuan anak usia dini kelas pra TK. Mendiskripsikan proses pengenalan huruf hijaiyah pada anak usia dini kelas pra TK. Mendiskripsikan penggunaan media kartu huruf hijaiyah anak usia dini kelas pra TK. Mendiskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan media kartu huruf hijaiyah anak usia dini kelas pra TK. Metode penelitiannya menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan Analisa kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan meliputi Uji Credibility, Uji Transferability, Uji Dependability, Uji Confirmability. Hasil penelitiannya ;Tingkat kemampuan anak usia dini kelas pra TK dalam mengenal huruf hijaiyah berbeda tiap anak. Pengaplikasian media kartu huruf hijaiyah di kelas pra TK mengacu pada aturan yang disesuaikan dengan metodologi Qiroati. Pengaplikasian media kartu huruf hijaiyah sangat berpengaruh pada kemampuan mengenal huruf hijaiyah anak usia dini baik ketika masih di kelas pra TK A maupun ditahap belajar Al-Quran.
