<![CDATA[Sebuah keluarga yang sakinah biasanya dibangun oleh mereka yang berlatarbelakang kehidupan baik-baikatau selalu taat menjalankan perintah agama. Pada sisi lain kehidupan para wanita mantan pelacur/tunasusila/pekerja seks komersil (PSK) di tengah-tengah masyarakat masih menimbulkan pro dan kontra.Sebagian masyarakat bisa menerima mereka tapi yang lain masih menganggap mereka sebagai manusia yangkotor yang tidak pantas sama sekali untuk dipergauli. Padahal mereka juga makhluk Tuhan yang inginhidup normal dan ingin membangun sebuah keluarga yang bahagia (sakinah). Penelitian ini mengambilbentuk deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pendekatan sosiologis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknikwawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, keluarga sakinahmenurut mereka adalah keluarga yang bahagia dan seimbang antara kepentingan agama, masyarakat,sosial dan pekerjaan. Perilaku mereka dalam berumah tangga sudah baik dan mereka ternyata mampumembangun sebuah keluarga yang bahagia, harmonis (sakinah) dengan berbagai upaya walaupun tidaklepas dari tantangan dan hambatan.]]>

<![CDATA[The college is one of the dominant social institutions and the effect on the culture of a nation is also responsible for the transmission of culture from one generation to another as well as preservation. Universities at this time to be ready to face the challenges of globalization and produce graduates who can compete and fill the global era. For that universities must be able to become an institution that global perspective as well as the resources of international standard. Therefore, it is necessary to change the mindset of college becomes mindset following the change, which is oriented on creating a work culture that is more dynamic, productive, and competitive. As for some of the strategies that can be taken by the leadership for the improvement of work culture to make it more dynamic and competitive of them are; (1) creating a smart cultural organization, (2) build employee morale order dynamic competition, (3) improve emotional intelligence in building relationships work, and (4) improve communication in relationships creating work team.]]>

The arrival of Islam by Muhammad SAW has brought the women into the better life and revolusion for women. Islam was extending the good position for women that are respected them by the revelation of Rosulullah SAW and it gave chance for them to build their career and also to excite the society. In women’s Islam it is likened to the pillar of the state, if the womens are good, the country will be good, and if it is damaged, the country will be damaged. Women have a set of rights and obligations that are closely related to the role they carry out, both roles in family, society and nation and state in realizing the best future generation of the nation.]]>

<![CDATA[Pendidikan memegang peranan penting dalam menentukan moral bangsa, maka tidak dapat disalahkan apabila pendidikan yang gagal merupakan penyebab terjadinya dekadensi moral. Dalam Islam prioritas perilaku maupun akhlak sangat penting, oleh karena itu Allah SWT memberi kelebihan dalam menciptakan manusia dari pada makhluk lain harapannya agar manusia memiliki akhlak yang sempurna. Kajian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka (library research). Metode pengumpulan data adalah dokumentasi, dengan mencari data tentang konsep pendidikan etika bagi anak dan orang tua dalam surat Al Isra? ayat 23?24. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik, dan interpretasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) etika seorang anak kepada kedua orang tua tidak hanya mereka masih hidup akan tetapi juga sesudah meninggal dunia dengan cara mendo?akan serta memohonkan ampun atas dosa-dosa kedua orang tua. Anak harus selalu berbuat baik kepada orang tua (birrul walidain), tidak boleh berkata kasar, membentak, hormat, lemah lembut dan merendahkan suara dihadapan orang tua. 2) Pendidikan etika bagi orang tua merupakan peranan serta tanggung jawab kedua orang tua terhadap anak baik sebagai pemelihara, pelindung maupun pendidik serta sebagai peletak dasar pendidikan.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic education has important role in the human life that based on Five Basic of the State, because religion is motivation of life and the important tool of development and self-control. Therefore, religion should be known, understood, and practiced by humans in order to be fully human in life.Nowadays, learning of Islamic Education in the school is more focused on formal and memorization (verbal) and theoretical things, not focused on the purpose so forget about the ability to control themselves and how to buildfaith. This function held to evaluate and enhance teacher performance or other personnel who involved in the education process. the aim of controlling is to ensure the best accomplishment has been planned. There are several strategy needed by principals to enhance education quality: (1) enhance teacher professionalism and welfare; (2) upgrade the material; (3) upgrade the method; (4) upgrade equipment; and (5) upgrade learning motivation. Besides that, there are several strategi need to enhance competitiveness: (1) defensive strategy; (2) survival strategy (3) adaptive strategy; (4) competitive oriented strategy.]]>

<![CDATA[Globalization has direct parents to choose madrassa as an alternative education for their children. Fearing the impact of globalization, called “contemporary moral’s problems” causes the parents need to provide their children with religion, by sending them in the madrassa. It is hoped that not only being a clever and skillful figure, their children will also have good morals in accordance with Islamic values. To realize this, it is needed ideal teacher who effectively gives a significant impact on the development of students' knowledge and morale. This article presents the ideal profile of madrassa teacher needed in todays contemporary era. Various problems with the teacher’s quality of madrasah are also presented, added with their central role for students. The study hoped will provide insights for madrassa teachers to understand their important role in realizing the goal of Islamic education. Thus, they pleased to become the ideal figure of the madrassa teachers.]]>

<![CDATA[Intelligence is a characteristic of human excellence in understanding, decided, anticipate and face things. Several studies indicated that IQ only plays 5%-20% in contributing someone succeed. According to the Carnegie Institute of Technology, USA, from 10.000 successful people, 15% caused by intellectual ability, 85% due to personality. Many people are smart academically, but failed to work and social life. They deliver a split personality (there is no integration between mind and soul). These conditions can raise the concerned multi-dimensional crisis. These phenomena has been realized by the experts that success is defined not merely by the power of the mind and intellect, simply more influenced by emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ). Therefore, education should be implemented in a balanced way, with the same attention and emphasis in IQ, EQ and SQ. This is where the importance of integration between IQ, EQ and SQ, in improving the work ethic for a more meaningful life.]]>

This activity is to examine and check whether the implementation of planning tasks is actually done or not. This is also to find out whether there are irregularities, misuse and shortcomings in its implementation. If there are problems, then it needs to be revised. The function of supervision or control is activities to carry out repairs rather than activities to find fault. To be able to carry out supervision properly, the planning concept must be present and clear. Without planning, it is difficult to detect irregularities and without knowledge of irregularities, the control function will be very blurred.]]>

<![CDATA[Spiritual intelligence is an important study in the world of education because of its impact and role in shaping meaningful human beings in life. Humans who have closeness to God as well as concern for others. For this reason, Islamic education requires a concept of spiritual intelligence that can be applied to form a generation of Muslims with this type of intelligence. This study seeks to produce the concept of spiritual intelligence based on the verses of the Qur'an, about the Luqman family story contained in Surah Luqman verses 12-19. Through library research, data was collected using documentation techniques, then analyzed using the maudhu'i or thematic method, by discussing the verses of the Qur'an based on the theme. The results of the study explain that there are several aspects of spiritual intelligence in the surah and the verse, namely: spiritual aspects which include the command to be grateful, not to commit shirk, being able to do good and prevent evil, and being able to be patient. Furthermore, the biological aspect is the command to establish prayer and the social aspect which includes: the necessity to always obey both parents and get along with fellow humans with good association. Then some aspects of this spiritual intelligence can be actualized in the implementation of the pillars of Islam, the pillars of faith and ihsan.]]>
