Abstract

Abstrak: Penggunaan Media Gambar dalam proses belajar mengajarberperan penting karena mempunyai maksud dan tujuan yang pentingpula, yaitu untuk memberikan bantuan yang menstimulai cara berfikirdalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar yang dialami peserta didik, sebagaiperantara sebuah pesan dari sumber atau pengirim untuk sampaikepada penerima pesan dimana perantara tersebut harus dapatmerangsang pikiran, perasaan, perhatian penerima pesan (secaraumum) dan siswa (secara khusus) untuk belajar dan berfungsi untukmempercepat penyerapan pesan dengan maksud untuk mencapaitujuan tertentu, khusunya untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran.Berdasar kepada realita yang ada di MI , maka peneliti tertarik untukmengangkat tema “Penggunaan media gambar dalam upayameningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas V di MI . Tujuan yang kamiangkat dalam skripsi ini adalah, bagaimana pelaksanaan penggunaanmedia gambar dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi belajar Bahasaindonesia di MI Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Pendekatan yangdigunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi,interview dan dokumentasi. Analisa data yang digunakan yaitu reduksidata, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Abstract

Transforming the quality of santri based on pesantren culture examines how pesantren knowledge about beliefs, values, and norms can be used to improve the quality of education for students. The purpose of this research is a critical exploration related to the transformation of the quality of students based on pesantren culture in Pesantren Nurul Islam (Nuris) Antirogo Jember, Pesantren al-Azhar Tegalbesar Kaliwates Jember and Pesantren Assunniyah Kencong Jember. The research method used descriptive qualitative by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis model Milles and Huberman, checking the validity of the data using data triangulation. The theory in this study uses the opinion of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari, Gray model, Byrk model quality, Paul Mott model, Cameron and Quinn model, Edward Sallis, Crosby and Tony Bush. The result of the research is the transformation of the quality of students based on quality pesantren culture in Nuris, al-Azhar and Assunniyah Jember Islamic Boarding Schools is divided into two, namely academic quality and non-academic quality. The academic quality of these three boarding schools are (1) students can read the YellowIslamic classic Book, (2) have noble character, (3) master the sciences taught in the pesantren. (4) realizing the importance of spirituality and religion in life, (5) excellent report card scores and (6) having special skills prepared in pesantren. Meanwhile, the non-academic quality of santri in these three boarding schools are: First, the quality of santri is measured by the activeness of santri in studying at the boarding school. Second, the quality of santri is seen from the principle of the usefulness of the knowledge obtained while studying at the pesantren.

Abstract

Advances in technology and science in this era of globalization have made the worldsituation transparent, the barriers between national cultures have begun to disappear,resulting in the ease of foreign cultures influencing other cultures. To protect againstnegative things, serious treatment is needed in the form of moral development throughreligious education. The aim of this research is to analyze the internalization transformationstage, the transaction stage and the trans-internalization stage of the value of moraleducation through the recitation of the Bidayatul Hidayah book for Class VIII Girls at MTsUnggulan Nuris Jember. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenologicalapproach. The research results show that several processes used in transforming the valuesof Islamic religious education are lectures (mau'idzah), stories and taking ibroh, as well asthe sorogan method. This process is used to transform the values of aqidah, shari'ah andmorals. Where at this stage it is taught how to transform knowledge to students. So thatstudents really know and understand what is taught by the teacher and what is taught bythe students themselves or through discussion. At the transaction stage, the values of moraleducation are shown in steps in the form of habituation and punishment. This habit isapplied in internalizing the values of Islamic education both in faith, shari'ah and morals.Next, in the value transinternalization stage, the most influential thing is example. This isshown in the example set directly by caregivers and teachers. This example consists of how to worship Allah SWT, how to carry out the commandments of the Shari'ah and how tobehave well towards others. The conclusion of this research is that the internalization ofmoral education values through the recitation of the Bidayatul Hidayah Book is shown inseveral processes, including the transformation of Islamic education values in the form oflectures, stories and sorogan, value transactions in the form of habituation and punishment,and the trans internalization of values shown by morals that are exemplified directly bycaregivers and teachers.

Abstract

In this study, the researcher used qualitative research. The type of research in this study uses a qualitative approach, namely describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through interviews, while secondary data is obtained through documentation photos from informants related to the study. The purpose of this study is to analyze the low level of school administration services at SMA Darul Ulum Banyuputih. In order to improve administrative services to be better and understand the factors that contribute to administrative services and analyze the impact of low administrative services to formulate recommendations and strategies for improving administrative services. The results of this study indicate that the low factors that make administrative services low are human resources factors, lack of training in the use of new technology and service facility factors. The impact faced in administrative services at SMA Darul Ulum Banyuputih is the lack of focus on work due to the absence of a clear organizational structure in the field of service administration. In terms of facilities and infrastructure, improvements must be made so that the administrative service process runs well. Increase quality and provide training to employees to maximize performance.
