In a hospital, the doctor's role is very important. A doctor is someone who because of his knowledge tries to heal the sick. Doctors must have professionalism and quality in providing quality health services. One of the efforts to spur the performance of doctors is to conduct performance evaluations in order to increase the spirit of performance and achievement. Currently the job evaluation system at Setio Husodo Hospital is still done conventionally and the results of the assessment are subjective. By using a computer as a tool in the decision-making process for assessing the performance of doctors supported by the weighted product (WP) method to obtain accurate results. This study aims to design a Decision Support System application for assessing the performance of doctors which later deserves to be rewarded by Setio Husodo Hospital by looking at the value of the criterion weights and then processing the ratings of the doctor's performance assessment. The results of the study are in the form of an application that can show the value and ranking of the credibility of a doctor at Rs. Setio Husodo.

The Expert System is one part of artificial intelligence which is designed to mimic the expertise of an expert in answering questions and solving problems in the fields of health, medicine, business, economics and so on. Certainty factor is thought of when using an inference engine (decision-making machine) and can be logically described as a repetition application of the ponens mode (a set of inference rules and valid arguments) Gestroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) is a type of disease that is often experienced by the community, and this type of disease is the disease that has the most number of patients in the Sidodadi Health Center because there are still many people who pay less attention to the disorders and the causes and symptoms that occur in gastric diseases. By utilizing an expert system to identify diseases in the stomach that are devoted to detecting Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) at the Sidodadi Health Center through symptoms or complaints experienced by the community, the result is that the level of confidence from the results of diagnosis using the certainty factor method is 81%.

Student satisfaction services for SMA Negeri 3 Tanjungbalai have not been analyzed yet. So that the impact is less than optimal satisfaction services for facilities at SMA Negeri 3 Tanjungbalai, inadequate training of teaching staff, administrative services. By looking at these conditions, it becomes the impetus for making a decision-making system regarding participant satisfaction services using an information systems technology approach. Based on these problems, it is important to conduct research related to the assessment of service quality at SMA Negeri 3 Tanjungbalai to find out how the quality of services provided to especially trainers and become an evaluation for SMA Negeri 3 Tanjungbalai to improve services.

Family Planning is a quality family that is established by promoting, protecting and helping to realize reproductive rights as well as providing the services, arrangements and support needed to form a family with the ideal marriageable age, regulate the number of children, the distance of children and the ideal childbearing age to regulate pregnancy and foster resilience and well-being of children. The family planning program aims to increase public awareness and participation in following family planning rules, namely through limiting the age of marriage, birth spacing, increasing family resilience, increasing family welfare, in order to realize the Small Happy and Prosperous Family Norm [1]. In an effort to launch a family planning program in Tanjungbalai City. The Office of Occupational Control and Family Planning (DPPKB) will conduct counseling on the family planning program to reduce the high birth rate. However, until now there are still many family planning consultation services carried out in several areas with low birth rates, if the location of the expansion is not always on target, it is feared that the program will not achieve its objectives. So we need a system analysis to help make decisions in site selection. One technique that can be used to determine location selection is to use a decision support system (SPK) with the Weighted Product (WP) method. For that we need a computer-based decision support system that can combine models and data to provide support to decision makers in solving problems that involve users in depth. From the above problems, the authors are interested in raising the issue and putting it into a thesis entitled "Application of the Weighted Product (WP) Algorithm for Determining Priority Locations for Family Planning Extension Program Tanjungbalai City". It is hoped that the Weighted Product method can provide convenience in determining the Priority Location of Family Planning Extension Programs to produce effective decisions and help the Department and the community

Abstract: The Government of Indonesia has established National Education Standards relating to facilties and infrastructure with the aim that every school-age child can enjoy a proper and quality education. However, in Batu Bara District, educational problems cannot be handled optimally, especially in the suurbs, there are still many school buildings in unfit for use conditions which are quite apprehensive and no longer sufficient to accommodate the increasing number of students each year. Realizing the importance of education, the Government of Batu Bara Regency has provided a budget for school renovations which are considered to be inadequate. For policy making that is oriented towards equal rights to obtain quality and relevant education, to create a computer- based system and use the Multifactor Evaluation Process method which is implemented into the Sublime Text 3 programming language, and theb MySQL database, to assist policy makers in analyzing data school- school data that is noy suitable for renovation. This system is expected to be able to provide suggestions and provide the information needed to prioritized for enovation. Keywords: decision support system; multifactor evaluation process; school renovation Abstrak: Pemerintah Indonesia telah menetapkan Standar Nasional Pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan sarana dan prasarana dengan tujuan agar setiap anak usia sekolah dapat menikmati pendidikan yang layak dan bermutu. Namun di Kabupaten Batu Bara masalah pendidikan masih belum dapat ditangani secara optimal, terutama di daerah pinggiran masih banyak bangunan sekolah dengan kondisi yang tidak layak pakai dan cukup memprihatinkan dan tidak lagi memadai untuk menampung siswa yang bertambah setiap tahunnya. Sadar akan pentingnya pendidikan, Pemerintahan Kabupaten Batu Bara telah menyediakan anggaran untuk renovasi sekolah yang dinilai kurang layak. Untuk pengambilan kebijakan yang berorientasi pada kesamaan hak untuk memperoleh pendidikan yang bermutu dan relevan maka dibuat sistem berbasis computer dan menggunakan metode Multifactor Evaluation Process yang diimplementasikan kedalam bahasa pemrograman Sublime Text 3, dan database MySQL, untuk membantu para pemangku kebijakan dalam menganalisis data-data sekolah yang tidak layak untuk dilakukan renovasi. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat memberikan usulan dan menyediakan informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk memprioritaskan sekolah mana yang lebih didahulukan untuk dilakukan renovasi. The village government is a government that channels the aspirations of the people from the community to the hamlet head and to the village hall led by a village head. A village head must be able to regulate and direct the apparatus to carry out quality government services. One of the methods used by the Village Head to improve quality services is to determine the performance of the government apparatus at the Village Hall Office. This method aims to determine the level of quality of the apparatus in the sub-district office. Apparatus assessment was also carried out by Bahung Sibatu Batu Village to determine the level of quality of the apparatus in the Village Hall Office. However, the assessment carried out now is still done manually on the assessment sheet and is still subjective, because there are no aspects of the assessment used in evaluating the performance of this apparatus. In assessing the performance of the apparatus of Bahung Sibatu Batu Village by evaluating which apparatus matches the criteria with the Village Head. The criteria for determining the performance of the apparatus include attendance, attitude, loyalty, responsibility and task completion. In addition to still using the conventional system, the closeness of the Village Head with employees often results in decisions that are different from what they should, this causes the results of the decisions to be inaccurate, so a decision support system is needed using the Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method.

Workshop ini merupakan penggunan tata bahasa penerapan dalam karya tulis ilmiah yang ditujukan kepada guru-guru di SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam Asahan yang berlokasi di Jl. Besar Danau Sijabut, Danau Sijabut, Kec. Air Batu, Kab. Asahan dengan menunjukan tingat kemahiran dan keahlian yang baik khususnya dalam penulisan karya Ilmiah untuk mengingkatkan penguasaan dalam segi penulisan yang ikuti oleh guru-guru SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam Asahan semua mata pelajaran. Hal ini temukannya dengan melalkukan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat oleh tim pengabdian STMIK Royal Kisaran. Metode pelaksanaan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan cara melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan bimbingan teknis (BIMTEK). kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini memberikan hasil meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru –guru di SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam Asahan khususnya dalam penerapan penulisan karya imiah.

Abstract: The poor community is a condition in which the community does not have adequate facilities and infrastructure and an adequate environment, with the quality of housing and settlements far below the eligibility standard and uncertain livelihoods covering all multidimensional dimensions. The Pasiran Village Office, Sei Dadap District, is one of the agencies located in the Pasiran area, Sei Kamah. Where the Pasiran Village Hall Office carries out activities to distribute assistance to village communities who are declared to be underprivileged or have low incomes below 3.5 million. With such a large number of village people, an in-depth analysis is needed to determine which poor people are entitled to receive Non-Cash Food Assistance from the government. The solution to this problem is to use data mining with the Naïve Bayes algorithm for data classification. Data mining is the science of extracting information by utilizing data sets to obtain valuable information with a large enough data size through the process of extracting data or filtering data. The classification application uses the naïve Bayes algorithm used at the Pasiran Village Office to produce a classification of beneficiaries, namely Worthy and Unworthy based on the attributes of Citizenship, Family Group, ASN Status, and Having a Healthy Family Card. Keywords: data mining; naïve bayes; classification, beneficiary Abstrak: Masyarakat miskin merupakan suatu kondisi dimana keadaan masyarakat yang tidak memiliki sarana dan prasarana serta lingkungan yang memadai, dengan kualitas perumahan dan pemukiman yang jauh dibawah standar kelayakan serta mata pencaharian yang tidak menentu yang mencakup seluruh multidimensi. Kantor Balai Desa Pasiran Kecamatan Sei Dadap merupakan salah satu instansi yang berada di daerah Pasiran, Sei Kamah. Dimana Kantor Balai Desa Pasiran melakukan kegiatan pembagian bantuan terhadap masyarakat desa yang dinyatakan kurang mampu atau memiliki penghasilan rendah dibawah 3,5 juta. Dengan jumlah masyarakat desa yang begitu banyak, diperlukan analisis yang mendalam untuk menentukan masyarakat tidak mampu yang berhak untuk mendapatkan Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai dari pemerintah. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah menggunakan data mining dengan algoritma naïve bayes untuk klasifikasi data. Data mining merupakan suatu ilmu untuk menggali informasi dengan memanfaatkan kumpulan data untuk mendapatkan berbagai informasi yang berharga dengan ukuran data yang cukup besar melalui proses penggalian data atau penyaringan data. Aplikasi klasifikasi menggunakan algoritma naïve bayes yang terapkan pada Kantor Balai Desa Pasiran menghasilkan klasifikasi warga penerima bantuan yaitu Layak dan Tidak Layak berdasarkan atribut Kewarganegaraan, Golongan Keluarga, Status ASN dan Memiliki Kartu Keluarga Sehat. PPM Shadr El-Islam Vocational School is in the Lake Sijabut District. Air Batu District. Asahan North Sumatra Province in evaluating teacher performance in learning supervision does not yet have a computerized system. This is still done manually by filling in the instrument file. So the assessment results seem more subjective. So this community service activity aims to guide the use and exploitation of the features of the teacher performance evaluation application for teacher performance ratings in learning supervision. This aims to ensure that principals, teachers, and students at SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam can understand the objective teacher rating system, which in turn will facilitate effective decision-making. The methods applied in this activity are description and practice. The speaker will explain the features of the Teacher Performance Evaluation Application in Learning Supervision and then involve participants in direct practice. In this way, teachers and students can better understand how to use the teacher performance evaluation application, and understand the material and concepts presented, so that training objectives can be achieved better. Hal tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mengisi berkas instrument. Sehingga hasil penilaian terkesan lebih subjektif. Maka Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan tentang penggunaan dan eksploitasi fitur-fitur dari aplikasi evaluasi kinerja guru atas peringkat kinerja guru pada supervisi pembelajaran. Hal ini bertujuan agar kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa di SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam dapat memahami sistem peringkat guru yang objektif, yang pada gilirannya akan memudahkan pengambilan keputusan yang efektif. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskripsi dan praktik. Pemateri akan memberikan penjelasan tentang fitur-fitur Aplikasi Evaluasi Kinerja Guru dalam Supervisi Pembelajaran, dan selanjutnya melibatkan peserta dalam praktik langsung. Dengan cara ini, para guru dan siswa dapat lebih paham menggunakan aplikasi evaluasi kinerja guru, paham atas materi dan konsep yang disampaikan, sehingga tujuan pelatihan dapat tercapai dengan lebih baik. Abstract: Establishing a business or industrial location must obtain permission from the government which aims to protect the surrounding community from possible disturbances or pollution resulting from the industry. Therefore, in order to achieve this, it is necessary to have a system that automatically provides accurate and fast decisions in determining which companies or industries are worthy of being granted a business license. The aim of this research is to build a decision support system in determining permits to disturb business or industrial premises using the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method. The data analysis technique used is the MAUT method to determine the final decision in granting a disturbance permit to a company or industry. The sample or training data consists of 20 names in the Tanjungbalai City area. This system is tested with a black box which aims to find out that all components in the system are running well. Our findings show that the system we have created is appropriate based on the results of the analysis using the MAUT method. Apart from that, the results of black box testing show that all components in this system are valid and functioning well.Keywords: granting business licenses; maut method; web based. Abstrak: Mendirikan tempat usaha atau industri harus mendapatkan izin dari pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk melindungi masyarakat sekitar agar terlindungi dari kemungkinan timbulnya gangguan atau polusi yang diakibatkan dari industry tersebut. Oleh karena itu, demi tercapainya hal tersebut perlu adanya sistem yang secara otomatis memberikan keputusan secara akurat dan cepat dalam menentukan suatu perusahaan atau industry mana yang layak diberikan izin usaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan izin gangguan tempat usaha atau industri menggunakan metode Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan metode MAUT untuk menentukan keputusan akhir dalam memberikan izin gangguan kepada perusahaan atau industri. Sampel atau data training yang berjumlah 20 nama di wilayah Kota Tanjungbalai. Sistem ini diuji dengan black box yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui semua komponen pada sistem sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang telah kami buat sudah sesuai berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan metode MAUT. Selain itu, hasil black box testing menunjukkan bahwa semua komponen pada sistem ini sudah valid dan berfungsi dengan baik.Kata kunci: berbasis web; metode maut; pemberian izin usaha.
