Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of self confidence, professional competence and idealized influence leadersiup to aifretive cummilmc’nl and the rok uf ickallzt’d in/luence kadership moderated tite influence of self confidence and pivfessional competence on a(frciive comrnitnwnt to the teacher of vocational secondary school in Barang Regency. This research uses explanatory rcwucrh. The populations in of the research are the teacher of y,cat,onal secondary school in Batang Regency. they are 120 people. Based lest validity, KMO in all variables of the model ¡n this stuth’ is greater ¡han 0., this is indicate that the sample is adequacy. The loading factor in all indicators t1ai used in this rescach is larger titan 0.4 and the value of’ Alpha cronhach is greater thais 0, 7. This means thai all indicators valid and reliahihtv. According so the data of Oiw-Sample Kobnogorov—Smirnov Test regression models to Normal and no l!eieroskedasticitv. Based on the hypothesis tes!, one of the kpothesis is accepted and four hypothesis are re/ected The results are self confidence has not effect on affrctive commitment, professional competence has positive efii’ct on affective commitment, idealized influence leadership has not effect on aljective commitment, idealized influence leadership does not moderate tite influence ‘ cell confidence on affective conunitme’nt,j idealized influence leadership does not moderate the influence ofprofrs.cs anal conspetence on affective co?nmitment.

Abstract

Social media marketing is a variety of marketing tools that can be used easily and inexpensively, when compared to other marketing tools. With lower costs than other marketing tools, MSMEs tend to be suitable for using social media marketing methods to introduce their products, build relationships with customers and strengthen their brands. In fact, only 30% of businesses in Indonesia use digital instruments, so more research is needed to explore the perspective of the company, especially in understanding the barriers or obstacles in the use of social media marketing. The purpose of this research is to describe the concept of social media marketing, the use of social media as a means of promotion for MSMEs, the impacts and challenges faced by MSMEs in the use of social media. Planning to use social media as a competitive marketing tool requires message content that can grab the attention of customers. In addition, sincerity, attention and quick response are also needed in communicating with target customers. Challenges in the use of social media marketing by MSMEs, which include internal and external factors, are things that must be faced and anticipated in order to achieve success in social media marketing

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem informasi Perpustakaan pada Lembaga Mimbar Politik Pancasila Institute (MPPI) serta untuk mengetahui hasil dari pengujian sistem yang telah dibangun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall, yaitu metode pengembangan sistem secara terurut dimulai dari analisis, desain, pengkodean, dan pengujian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan tahap awal melakukan analisa sistem yang sedang berjalan, lalu diuraikan kelemahan-kelemahan yang ada menggunakan kerangka PIECES. Setelah itu ditentukan kebutuhan untuk membuat sistem yang baru. Setelah melakukan analisa kebutuhan sistem, penulis melakukan perancangan sistem yang digambarkan menggunakan diagram-diagram UML (Unified Modeling Language). Bahasa pemrograman yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah Java dan datanya disimpan di dalam MySQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi perpustakaan secara komputerisasidengan menggunakan aplikasi Netbean. Setelah itu penulis melakukan pengujian menggunakan Black Box Testing dengan kesimpulan semua komponen proses input mauput output dari sistem informasi perpustakaan yang dibangun dapat brjalan sesuai hasil yang diharapkan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi berbasis web pada perpustakaan SMP Negeri 6 Pulau Haruku. Pengolahan data pada perpustakaan ini masih bersifat manual dengan menggunakan arsip sebagai media penyimpanannya. Sehingga sistem yang dirancang ini menghasilkan informasi sirkulasi pengelolaan manajemen perpustakaan yang berbasis komputerisasi secara efektif dan efesien. Data-data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Dengan software yang digunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman, MySQL sebagai pengelola database.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aplikasi Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS) sebagai alat pembayaran pada kedai Berdikari Kopi. Teknik pengumpulan data diamati dengan observasi dan wawancara dan dokumentasi di lapangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pencocokan data, pembenahan data, dan penerapan data sesuai dengan pendekatan penelitian. Sealanjutnya menguji validitas data menggunakan kekuatan pengamatan, triangulasi dan kecukupan referensi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukan bahwa implementasi penggunaan QRIS dalam sistem pembayaran di Kedai Berdikari Kopi adalah QRIS dapat digunakan oleh siapapun yang memiliki ponsel dengan kamera dan konektivitas data, serta akun pembayaran elektronik. Membuat transaksi dalam jual beli menjadi lebih mudah, aman, nyaman dan cepat. Efektivitas oenggunaan QRIS pada Kedai Berdikari Kopi terhadap manajemen keuangan terletak pada pelaporan transaksi secara otomatis yang masuk langsung ke akun pemilik kedai. Transaksi tercatat otomatis dan dapat dilihat kapanpun semua ini untuk mencegah kecurangan dalam catatan pembukuan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the needs and develop an innovation model for the management of facilities and infrastructure in Early Childhood Education (ECE) institutions in facing the challenges of hybrid learning in the digital era. This study employs a mixed methods approach with a sequential explanatory design, which combines quantitative and qualitative analysis in succession. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document studies in five ECE institutions in Bekasi Regency that have implemented hybrid learning. The research findings indicate that 60% of early childhood education institutions still lack adequate digital infrastructure. Five key categories of essential facilities and infrastructure have been identified, including physical infrastructure, digital learning management systems, interactive technology devices, hybrid learning media, and integrated security systems. The implementation of the management innovation model is carried out through the stages of planning, organizing, executing, and evaluating. The impact of this implementation model shows a 37% increase in the efficiency of managing facilities and infrastructure and a 42% increase in children's engagement in hybrid learning.

Abstract

In order to achieve maximum development, supervisory work is needed. Facilities and infrastructure are very vital and very important things in supporting the smoothness or convenience of the learning process, in relation to education that requires facilities and infrastructure and also their utilization both in terms of intensity and creativity in their use by lecturers and students in learning activities teach. Educational facilities are all the facilities needed in the teaching and learning process, both movable and immovable so that the achievement of educational goals can run smoothly, regularly, effectively and efficiently. In the 2021 fiscal year the Banten Poltekes campus received a budget of 9,779,346,000. The allocation of these funds was intended to continue the construction of the Phase VII Poltekes building, there were delays caused by disputes. These disputes stem from several factors between stakeholders, in which each stakeholder has different problems and this requires quite a long time to identify the causative factors and find the right solution. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors causing delays in the construction of the Polytechnic Health Campus building in Banten. The research was conducted using a qualitative method by means of a narrative description, in which the researcher conducted interviews with the Director of PT. Rahandika Nusa Perkasa. The results of the study found that the factors causing the delay in the construction of the Poltekkes campus building in Banten were due to the very short time given, the selection of workers who were not good, the frequent exchange of workers, the lack of material transportation equipment.
