Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Model ASYIK dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial-emosional anak usia dini di TKIT Al-Adzkiya Bekasi. Model ASYIK (Aman, Senang, Yakin, Inovatif dan Kreatif) merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran yang menekankan pada aspek keamanan, keseruan, dan kepercayaan diri anak dalam proses belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 20 anak usia 4-6 tahun, 4 guru, dan kepala sekolah TKIT Al-Adzkiya Bekasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Model ASYIK yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan sosial-emosional anak. Peningkatan terlihat pada aspek kesadaran diri, manajemen diri, kesadaran sosial, dan kemampuan membina hubungan. Faktor pendukung utama adalah komitmen guru dan keterlibatan orang tua, sementara faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan waktu dan variasi kemampuan anak. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Model ASYIK efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial-emosional anak usia dini dan merekomendasikan penerapannya di lembaga PAUD lainnya dengan penyesuaian kontekstual.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the world of education that exists today is the importance of education for the future generation is increasingly recognized by all people, including the alpha generation from marginalized communities, but the classic problem has not been resolved. School fees are still difficult for them to afford, even though the government has provided free primary to secondary education, in practice, the lower classes still have to have additional income in order to meet the educational needs of their sons and daughters. The conclusion of this study is that it is still difficult for the alpha generation of marginalized communities to obtain access to decent education, this is due to several factors, such as economic factors, facilities, learning opportunities and access to technology and information. In the existing limitations, it turns out that not a few of the alpha generation of marginalized communities have succeeded in achieving achievements and success in their education. This is able to provide encouragement for other children who are in the same economic conditions, they believe that opportunities can be created as long as the spirit to learn remains without giving up.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the effectiveness of Islamic storytelling methods in enhancing the emotional intelligence of early childhood children, particularly those aged 5-6 years at TKIT Al-Adzkiyah Bekasi. Utilizing a quasi-experimental design, this study involves two groups: the experimental group receiving the Islamic storytelling intervention and the control group following the regular curriculum. The intervention is conducted over 8 weeks with storytelling sessions lasting 30 minutes, three times a week. Data is collected through the Child Emotional Intelligence Scale (SKEA) and analyzed using paired t-tests and thematic analysis for qualitative data. The research findings indicate that although there is no statistically significant difference between the experimental and control groups (p = 0.938), the Islamic storytelling method still has the potential to serve as an effective educational tool in developing children's emotional intelligence. This study emphasizes the importance of developing better methodologies, implementations, and outcome measurements to enhance the effectiveness of interventions. Recommendations for future research include extending the duration of interventions, increasing the sample size, and involving parents in the storytelling process. Thus, this research makes an important contribution to the development of Islamic-based educational methods that focus not only on emotional intelligence but also on character formation in children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen kelas terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dalam konteks pendidikan Islam. Manajemen kelas yang efektif tidak hanya menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, tetapi juga memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei, penelitian ini melibatkan 200 siswa dari Madrasah Aliyah Kejuruan Plus Roudhotul Muhibbin Bekasi di Kabupaten Bekasi, yang dipilih melalui stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan Skala Manajemen Kelas dan Skala Motivasi Belajar, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari manajemen kelas terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Aspek yang paling berpengaruh dalam manajemen kelas adalah organisasi siswa dan pengelolaan pembelajaran. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya peran guru dalam mengelola kelas secara efektif, dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam, untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam manajemen kelas yang sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan pondasi penting dalam membentuk generasi muda yang berintegritas dan bermoral. Evaluasi ini bertujuan untuk menilai dampak program pendidikan karakter di TKIT Al-Adzkiya terhadap perilaku dan perkembangan karakter anak usia dini (4-6 tahun). Program ini mengintegrasikan penanaman nilai-nilai religius, nasionalis, mandiri, gotong royong, dan integritas dalam kurikulum dan kegiatan pembelajaran. Evaluasi akan menggunakan pendekatan campuran (mixed methods) dengan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dari berbagai sumber seperti guru, orang tua, dan anak-anak. Konsep pendidikan karakter anak usia dini, program TKIT Al-Adzkiya, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perkembangan perilaku dan karakter anak akan dibahas. Evaluasi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat keberhasilan program, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a tripartite collaboration model of education involving family, school, and community in reinforcing Islamic character among students. Utilizing a qualitative approach and case studies on two Madrasah Aliyah in Bekasi Regency, five synergy models with varying effectiveness were identified, with the integrative-systematic model proving to be the most effective. The analysis results indicate that three-way communication, program connectivity, and value consistency are key to the success of Islamic character education. Local cultural factors and the utilization of digital technology also influence the implementation of this model. These findings recommend the importance of structured and sustainable collaboration to create a generation that is characterized, virtue and ready to face the challenges of the times.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the needs and develop an innovation model for the management of facilities and infrastructure in Early Childhood Education (ECE) institutions in facing the challenges of hybrid learning in the digital era. This study employs a mixed methods approach with a sequential explanatory design, which combines quantitative and qualitative analysis in succession. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document studies in five ECE institutions in Bekasi Regency that have implemented hybrid learning. The research findings indicate that 60% of early childhood education institutions still lack adequate digital infrastructure. Five key categories of essential facilities and infrastructure have been identified, including physical infrastructure, digital learning management systems, interactive technology devices, hybrid learning media, and integrated security systems. The implementation of the management innovation model is carried out through the stages of planning, organizing, executing, and evaluating. The impact of this implementation model shows a 37% increase in the efficiency of managing facilities and infrastructure and a 42% increase in children's engagement in hybrid learning.
