Abstract

Coffee in Indonesia has an important role as a source of foreign exchange for the country because it has high economic value. One of the regions in Indonesia as a producer of robusta coffee is Cianjur district. Naringgul village is one part of the Cianjur district which produces coffee as a commodity. Geographically, the location of Naringgul Village is very suitable for the development of coffee plants. Many Naringgul people become coffee farmers as a livelihood without knowing the advantages of the content in the coffee they produce. The question in this study is what are the components of active chemical compounds contained in the coffee beans of Naringgul village as the mainstay of coffee production. The method used is a literature review journal by looking for several journals related to the research title. Search journals through google scholarships from national, international journals, textbooks and scientific articles. The analytical method to determine the components of the active chemical compounds in coffee beans is the UV-Vis spectrophotometry method. The results of the review obtained are the components of active chemical compounds in coffee beans in general are chlorogenic acid, aromatic compounds, pyrolles, mercaptans, phenols, Thiophenes, Furans, and Pyrazines. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the highest levels of chlorogenic acid were found in coffee beans that had gone through a certain roasting process.

Abstract

Sekoper Cinta merupakan upaya Pemprov Jawa Barat sebagai mewujudkan kesetaraan kedudukan, akses, partisipasi, kontrol serta memanfaatan kalangan ibu rumah tangga di Jawa Barat. Sekoper Cinta didirikan karena banyaknya permasalahan KDRT, stunting, perdagangan manusia, kecerdasan serta keahlian untuk memberdayakan dan melindungi diri merupakan kemampuan yang penting untuk dimiliki perempuan. Target Sekoper Cinta adalah ibu rumah tangga. Program yang di ajarkan dalam Sekoper Cinta yaitu Program Keluarga Bahagia, Program Keterampilan Dasar Perempuan, Program Citra Diri Perempuan dan Program Pengembangan Minat Diri. Latar belakang penelitian ini karena jumlah lulusan dari program tersebut mencapai 2700 orang berasal dari daerah yang memiliki permasalahan perdagangan manusia dan stunting yang tinggi. lTujuan lpenelitian ladalah luntuk lmengetahui lEfektivitas lProgram lSekolah lPerempuan lCapai lImpian ldan lCita-cita l(Sekoper lCinta) lterhadap lPemberdayaan lPerempuan ldi lJawa lBarat. lJenis lpenelitian lini lmenggunakan lkualitatif ldengan ltipe lpenelitian ldeskriptif. lData lprimer ldiperoleh llangsung lmelalui lwawancara ldari lalumni lprogram lSekoper lCinta ldan ldosen lIWU lyang lmenjadi lfasilitator. lHasil lpenelitian lini lberdasarkan lindikator ldigunakan lterdapat lpertama, lproses lprogram lSekoper lCinta ldilihat ldari lkomunikasi, lpengambilan lkeputusan, lpengembangan lperempuan lsampai lsosialisasi lsudah ldilaksanakan lkarena lprogram lini ltelah ldimulai ldari 2018. Kedua, efesiensi program Sekoper Cinta dinilai efektif. Ketiga, kepuasan program Sekoper Cinta yang dinilai dari akses pendidikan dan pelatihan yang diberikan. Keempat keunggulan program Sekoper Cinta dinilai dari kepuasan, konsistensi alumni. Kelima pengembangan program Sekoper Cinta yang merujuk kepada strategi dan pencapaian tujuan.
