Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of planned changes to improve the implementation of stunting risk discovery, through the preparation of guidelines for stunting and wasting risk nursing care. The research method used is a case report which includes problem identification, problem analysis, plan of action (POA), implementation and evaluation activities. Data collection was carried out using interview guides, questionnaires. The results of the research show that the implementation of the planning function in implementing the stunting program is not yet optimal, so guidance is needed so that implementation is more optimal. In conclusion, the preparation of stunting risk nursing care guidelines and clinical pathways is a solution to the problem. PoA implementation was carried out using Kurt Lewin's planned change approach. Keywords: Nursing care, Clinical pathway, Stunting

Abstract

This research aims to identify the relationship between the application of nursing ethical principles and nurse performance. The method used was quantitative with a cross-sectional approach to 129 nurses on duty in the Inpatient Room at RSAL Dr. Mintohardjo. Data analysis was carried out using a linear regression test. The research results show that factors related to performance include rank or class (p=0.037), respect for others (r=0.621), compassion (r=0.594), advocacy (r=0.610), intimacy (r=0.608). The regression test shows that 7 variables have a joint influence with the equation Y: 31.864+1.127*Respect to Others + 1.689*Education + 1.179 Length of Work - 1.919 *class rank + 0.755 Intimacy – 1.975*career level + 1.054 Advocacy. Respect to others partially has a positive effect on nurses' performance in nursing care (t=2.433, p=0.016), while the other variables are confounding variables (p>0.05, t<1.98). Variables namely education, rank/class, length of service, career level, advocacy, respect for others and intimacy influence nurse performance with a determined influence of 39.3%. Conclusions from the 4 sub-variables of ethical implementation where these four variables have a significant relationship independently to nurse performance. Abstract

The aim of this study was to look at oil-based topical treatments that are effective in reducing and reducing the scale of uremic pruritus in patients with chronic kidney failure. The research method used in writing this systematic review was a literature search conducted through the Pubmed, Proquest, Science direct, Scopus databases with articles selected from 2010-2022. The results of this study showed a significant reduction in the scale of uremic pruritus in chronic kidney failure patients within 1-4 weeks of oil-based topical treatment. In conclusion, oil-based topical treatments are effective in reducing complaints of itching and pruritus in chronic kidney failure patients so that they can be used in nursing treatment. Abstract

This research aims to optimize nurse handover with electronic-based SBAR communication. The research method used is a pilot project. The research results show that implementing nurse handovers with electronic-based SBAR communication in the Emergency Room makes the nurse's work system more optimal, which is demonstrated when patient-related information is clearer, structured and more complete, communication becomes more effective, and can increase patient safety, 27 respondents stated 81.5 % already understand what SBAR communication is and 40.7% have attended SBAR communication training, and as many as 77% have the ability to fill in electronic-based handover formats and are able to carry out handovers using electronic-based SBAR Communication. In conclusion, implementing nurse handovers with electronic-based SBAR communication in the Emergency Room makes the nurse's work system more optimal, which is demonstrated by making patient-related information clearer, structured and more complete, communication becomes more effective, and can increase patient safety. Keywords: Electronics, Effective Communication, Handover, SBAR.
