Abstract

Kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III terkesan lebih kompleks dan meningkatkembali dibandingkan trimester sebelumnya, salah satu penyebabnya karena akan menghadapipersalinan. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ibu hamil sebagian besar mengalamikecemasan dalam menghadapi persalinan. Selain itu, survei yang dilakukan oleh spesialis kejiwaanmenunjukkan lebih dari 60% wanita hamil mengalami distress. Teknik Relaksasi Nafas Dalam dapatmeningkatkan ventilasi alveoli, memelihara pertukaran gas sehingga dapat mengurangi stress danmenurunkan kecemasan. Pemberian terapi tersebut dapat mengurangi kecemasan pada ibu hamildalam menghadapi persalinan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian TeknikRelaksasi Nafas Dalam terhadap kecemasan menghadapi persalinan pada ibu hamil di Wilayah KerjaPuskesmas Sukorame Kota Kediri. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan identifikasi tingkat kecemasansebelum diberikan Teknik Relaksasi Nafas Dalam kemudian responden diberikan terapi tersebut danselanjutnya dilakukan post test untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan setelah diberikan perlakuan.Desain penelitian one group pre- post test design menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional yangdilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2017 selama 2 minggu dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 16 respondendan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara simple random sampling. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan nilai p=0.03 (p<0.05) yang berarti bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yaitu adapengaruh pemberian Teknik Relaksasi Nafas Dalam terhadap tingkat kecemasan dalam menghadapipersalinan pada ibu hamil. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai salah satualternatif terapi yang dapat digunakan dalam memberikan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu hamil yangmengalami kecemasan dan menambah wawasan pengetahuan kebidanan terutama tentang kehamilan

Abstract

Cases of pregnant women who are HIV-AIDS positive have increased from 2017-2020. In 2017 there were 3,873 pregnant women with HIV positive. In 2018, there was an increase of 5,074 pregnant women who were HIV positive. An increase in cases also occurred in 2019 as many as 6,439 cases. In 2020 for the January-September period there were 5,828 cases of HIV positive pregnant women. Efforts toOne way to prevent mother-to-child transmission is with Prevention Mother To Child Transmission counseling (PMTCT). This study aims to determine the effect of health promotion through individual and group counseling on knowledge of pregnant women about PMTCT in Tamanan Village, Kediri City Tahun 2022. This research method uses pre-experiments through a two group pre-test-post-test approach with the number of samples is 32 pregnant women. The analysis used is the Wilcoxon test with research instruments in the form of a questionnaire that has been tested for validity. Results the research shows that there is an effect of health promotion through individual and group counseling on the knowledge of pregnant women about PMTCT with p value = 0.00. It is hoped that the results of this research can used as a reference for implementing the program counseling regarding PMTCT.

Abstract

Increased blood sugar occurs at menopause age because at the age of menopause there is an increase in blood components which results in blood sugar levels being higher and difficult to reduce if not with regular injections of the hormone insulin. Blood sugar disease occurs due to disorders of the pancreas gland which can disrupt the production of the hormone insulin. Based on a preliminary study in Tamanan Village on 30 menopausal women respondents, 20 of them (66.67%) suffered from increased blood sugar levels. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brown rice consumption on blood sugar levels in menopause. The research design used was a pre-experimental study with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all postmenopausal women who experienced an increase in blood sugar levels in Tamanan village. By purposive sampling, a sample of 16 people was obtained. The research instrument used was an observation sheet. Data were analyzed using paired t-test. The results showed that the average blood sugar level before giving brown rice was 131.94 mg/dl. The average blood sugar level after being given brown rice was 123.56 mg/dl. From the results of statistical tests with = 0.05 obtained p value = 0.000 so that p-value < then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This study concludes that there is an effect of the consumption of brown rice on blood sugar levels during menopause. Based on the research results, postmenopausal women should consume brown rice and pay attention to the consumption of balanced nutrition, so that blood sugar levels are controlled and health status can be optimal.

Abstract

Hemoglobin is an iron-carrying oxygen transport protein protein in red cells in the blood of mammals and other animals. Hemoglobin consists of iron which is the carrier of O2. High and abnormal hemoglobin levels occur due to hemoconcentration due to dehydration. The number of red blood cells and hemoglobin molecules is not always increasing and decreasing simultaneously, for example the decrease in red blood cells along with slightly elevated or normal hemoglobin levels occur in cases of pernicious anemia, as well as slightly elevated or normal hemoglobin levels of hemoglobin decreases, occurs in iron deficiency anemia. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of green bean extract on changes of hemoglobin (Hb) level in Pregnant Women. The research design used was pre experimental research. The population in detail is all Pregnant Women, with acidental sampling technique in obtaining a sample of 16 people. The research instrument used is observation sheet and digital hemoglobin gauge and statistic test used is T test. The result of research of hemoglobin level before giving of green bean has average value (mean) is 10,494 and hemoglobin level after giving of green bean has average value (mean) is 11.238 this indicates an increase of hemoglobin level in student result of research done shows that there is an increase of Hb level in get p value 0,756 and 0,89. Then the T.Test data distribution test can be concluded p value <0.05 which means H0 rejected and H1 accepted " The Effect Of Green Bean Side Effect On Changes in Hemoglobin Levels In Pregnant Women With Anemia". Based on the results of the study is expected people can consume green beans as an effort to prevent the occurrence of anemia and the fulfillment of nutrition, especially iron in Pregnant Women.
