Abstract

This study aims to determine the response given by the red lettuce plant to the provision of nutrients in the form of nutrient solution (AB Mix) on the horizontal installation of the hydroponic system. The study was conducted on December 20, 2017 until February 16, 2018 at the PKK Gardens Education Center in Bengkulu province. Seeding process of Red Lettuce Seedlings is carried out for 14 days then transferred to a net pot at the installation in the Greenhouse. Fertilizers with the Fiora A and B Brands are dissolved to be mixed in a nutrient bath with a capacity of 3000 L with a nutrient density of 500 ppm in the Greenhouse to be distributed to the horizontal installation of the hydroponic system inside the Greenhouse. Then growth observations were carried out on 10 plant samples with parameters of leaf length, leaf width, number of leaves, stem height, andstem diameter for 30 days. The results obtained by sample 1-10 have an  average growth and development that is not much different. The maximum leaf length and leaf width parameters are in samples 2 and 3. While the highest number of leaf strands in sample 3 is 22 strands with an average of 18 strands and sample 4 has the highest stem height parameter of 3.5 cm with an average height 2.7 cm. The largest stem diameter in sample 4 is 4.1 cm with an average of 3.38 cm. The response of red lettuce after the last week showed symptoms of leaves that are less red with relatively more withered body.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, mendeskripsikan penggunaan tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi dan mendeskripsikan penyimpangan penggunaan prinsip kesantunan dan kerja sama dalam ketiga jenis tindak tutur tersebut pada pembelajaran di dalam kelas dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskripitif-kualitatif, sehingga dapat diketahui tindak tutur yang digunakan dan penyimpangan-penyimpangan prinsip kesantuan dan kerja sama yang digunakan guru dan siswa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif, yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Artinya dengan menggunakan metode ini data yang telah direkam melalui media perekam suara dan video serta melalui pencatatan langsung akan ditranskripsikan dan dianalisis, dideskripsikan dan ditafsirkan dengan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan kemudian disimpulkan. Dalam menganalisis data, dilakukan rangkaian aktifitas yakni 1) reduksi data, 2) penyajian data, dan 3) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Guru selalu menyampaikan tuturan yang memiliki maksud dan tujuan untuk merangsang siswa-siswa berpikir dan bertindak secara aktif dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dan jika dihubungkan dengan penggunaan prinsip kesantunan dan kerja sama, maka Guru dan siswa sudah cukup mampu menggunakan tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi yang sesuai dengan prinsip kesantunan dan kerja sama.

Abstract

This study aims to identify, describe the use of locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary speech acts and describe the deviations from the use of politeness and cooperation principles in the three types of speech acts on the Indonesia Lawyers Club program on TV One episode Is It Necessary to Declare Total War and Badr War using a descriptive-qualitative approach, so that the speech acts used and deviations from the politeness and cooperation principles used by speakers or resource persons in the event can be identified. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative research method, namely by using content analysis techniques. This means that by using this method the data that has been obtained from the video shows is then transcribed and analyzed, described and interpreted with the stated objectives and then concluded. In analyzing the data, a series of activities were carried out, namely 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, and 3) drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the most widely used speech act is perlocutionary speech act, and if it is associated with the use of the principles of politeness and cooperation, then most of the speakers violate the maxims of wisdom, humility and consensus. Meanwhile, when viewed from the violation of the principle of cooperation, speakers often violate the maxim of quality and method.

Abstract

Partners for this International Community Service activity are the Malaysian Land Professional Association (PERTAMA) community and also lecturers from various universities in Malaysia and Indonesia. The partners' problems are: 1) Community waqf literacy still needs to be improved, 2) Community participation in waqf still needs to improve, 3) The use of social media to disseminate information about waqf development still needs to be improved, and 4) Cooperation between institutions related to efforts to increase waqf literacy still needs to be improved. Based on these three problems, the solutions included: 1) Efforts to increase waqf literacy through discussions on waqf development, 2) Carrying out seminars on increasing community participation, especially in this activity, namely community members and lecturers, 3) Promote social media to disseminate waqf information and increase waqf literacy, and 4) Collaborating with PERTAMA to convey the waqf literacy message. A qualitative approach was used for data collection using the discussion group forum method. After the implementation of the activities, several changes occurred as follows: 1) The participants know the importance of developing waqf and the law regarding waqf, 2) The participants know about various training programs for waqf development, 3) Participants can understand how to use multiple social media to support increasing waqf literacy, and 4) Establishing collaboration/partnerships with PERTAMA communities to support the Zakat literacy program. This international community service activity successfully supported efforts to increase waqf literacy for academics from various universities and PERTAMA members in Malaysia.

Abstract

Partners in this program are teachers from the National High School or Bukit Katil State School (SMK) in Ayer Keroh, Melaka, Malaysia. The problem faced by partners is that there is still not optimal knowledge about the use of digital learning and business education from an Islamic studies perspective. Apart from that, several teachers have never attended seminars on developing business education which is very important for increasing their insight as teachers at the vocational school level. The teachers have never held discussion activities related to this topic face to face with lecturers or delegates from international universities. In relation to these problems, the problems are efforts to increase literacy, knowledge and insight of teachers regarding the use of digital learning and development of buying and selling businesses from an Islamic perspective through seminars and joint discussions, and efforts to increase Islamic economic and financial literacy, communication skills within the scope of business education development, for teachers together with lecturers from various universities in Indonesia. This activity purposes to identify partners' knowledge and insight in utilizing digital learning and business education effectively from an Islamic perspective. This activity is very useful for expanding and strengthening relationships between teachers and lecturers in related fields. This activity was carried out using the Forum Group Discussion method. After carrying out this international community service activity, the knowledge, literacy and understanding abilities of the teachers increased. This is demonstrated by their ability to answer various questions in the discussions held. The teachers are also quite enthusiastic in establishing good relationships with lecturers from various disciplines

Abstract

One of the rules in writing a thesis is using Indonesian language rules properly and correctly. Even though students of the Business and Economy Syariah major focus on writing theses in the field of syariah economics, students are still expected to be able to write theses according to the Indonesian language rules that apply in the guidelines for writing scientific papers issued by institutions related to uniformity and compliance with the rules for writing scientific papers. Classification is used so that analysis of students' language errors can be carried out systematically and not randomly. By classifying these errors, we can determine the grammatical description for each error. Therefore, activities at this stage of classifying errors include determining or determining the grammatical description for each error, for example, (1) errors in the field of phonology, (2) errors in the field of morphology, (3) errors in the field of syntax, and paragraphs. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, which is included in linguistic research. A qualitative approach was chosen because the problem studied is in the form of data (thesis), which is more precisely explained using words. The results of research on spelling errors in several theses of Business and Economy Syariah major, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN Raden Intan Lampung, resulted in 247 cases of errors, which included: (1) errors in the use of capital letters totaling eight errors, (2) errors in the prepositions in and totaling 30 errors, (3) errors in using punctuation totaling 209 cases of errors and (4) Errors in writing absorption elements were not found.

Abstract

Research scientific articles are made using language as a tool. Therefore, lecturers as writers must understand and implement language rules. Both in terms of the use of spelling, diction, effective sentences, and paragraphs. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the form of errors in the use of spelling, diction, effective sentences, and paragraphs in the scientific articles of UIN Raden Intan Lampung lecturers for the 2021 Fiscal Year. Related to this, this study aims to describe the forms and number of errors in the use of Indonesian language rules in a scientific article by a lecturer at UIN Raden Intan Lampung for the 2021 Fiscal Year. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data were taken from 48 scientific articles researched by UIN Raden Intan Lampung lecturers for the 2021 Fiscal Year. The results showed that there were 537 errors in the use of Indonesian language rules in the research articles by UIN Raden Intan Lampung Lecturers for the 2021 Fiscal Year. The details are 1) 247 spelling errors, which include: errors in the use of capital letters, errors in prepositions in and to, errors in the use of punctuation marks, and errors in writing absorption elements; 2) there were 215 errors found related to diction; 3) there are 67 errors found related to effective sentences; and 4) there were 8 errors found related to paragraphs.

Abstract

Evaluasi digunakan untuk mengetahui tujuan yang dirumuskan tercapai, apakah penggunaan media pembelajaran e-learning sudah mencapai sasaran, apakah prosedur penggunaannya sudah tepat, dan apakah seluruh elemen-elemen lainnya yang menentukan keberhasilan tujuan penggunaan media pembelajaran e-learning di UIN Raden Intan Lampung sudah tercapai, termasuk mengetahui kendala atau permasalahan yang terjadi dalam proses penggunaannya. Oleh karena itu, maka kedudukan evaluasi menjadi sangat penting adanya sebagai media atau wahana untuk menganalisis tingkat keberhasilan. Tujuan penelitian: 1) Mendeskripsikan implementasi Media Pembelajaran E-Learning UIN Raden Intan Lampung, 2) menjabarkan faktor-faktor penunjang dan penghambat implementasi media pembelajaran E-Learning UIN Raden Intan Lampung, dan 3) memaparkan evaluasi Media Pembelajaran E-Learning UIN Raden Intan Lampung melalui pendekatan CIPP. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode deskriptif. Populasi terdiri atas dosen berjumlah 358, dan mahasiswa berjumlah 51.673. Sementara sampel yang ditentukan ialah dosen 36 orang, dan mahasiswa 978 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Implementasi media pembelajaran e-learning di UIN Raden Intan Lampung sudah dapat dikatakan baik. Hal ini karena dosen dan mahasiswa UIN Raden Intan Lampung sudah menerapkan tahapan penggunaan e-learning secara terstruktur dan sistematis. Secara keseluruhan pengelolaan dan pemahaman dosen terhadap e-learning termasuk dalam kategori sedang dan mencapai presentase sebesar 74,33 %.

Abstract

Cita-cita yang rasional dalam mewujudkan internasionalisasi bahasa Indonesia ialah mewujudkan bahasa Indonesia menjadi bahasa ASEAN. Bahasa Indonesia sudah cukup mendominasi di kawasan Asia Tenggara. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis upaya pemerintah Indonesia dalam menginternasionalisasikan bahasa Indonesia menuju bahasa ASEAN; Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kendala-kendala pemerintah Indonesia dalam menginternasionalisasikan bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa ASEAN; dan Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis prospek pemerintah Indonesia dalam menginternasionalisasikan bahasa Indonesia menjadi bahasa ASEAN. Metode yang digunakan dalam riset ini yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dari penyelusuran data-data melalui buku, artikel jurnal, video di youtube, majalah, tabloid, sumber internet lainnya yang berkaitan dengan strategi internasionalisasi bahasa Indonesia menjadi bahasa ASEAN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Badan Pengembangan dan Pembinaan Bahasa telah berhasil dalam Program BIPA. Pada upaya mewujudkan bahasa Indonesia menjadi bahasa ASEAN, terdapat beberapa kendala secara internal, salah satunya sikap negatif masyarakat terhadap bahasa Indonesia. Pada penerapannya, terdapat banyak pengguna bahasa Indonesia asli yang justeru tidak menggunakan bahasa Indonesia yang baku atau bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar. Selain itu, masih juga terdapat pengguna bahasa Indonesia yang lebih suka dan bangga memakai bahasa Inggris dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This research analyzes the role of universities in developing professional Sharia Economic SDI (Insani Resources) to compete in the world of work, which ultimately has an impact on the development of Islamic Economics in Indonesia. The title of this research is the Role of Higher Education in Sharia Economic Human Resource Development (Study in the Superior Accredited Sharia Economic Study Program by LAMEMBA). The aim is to analyze, identify and also develop strategic steps for the role of the Sharia Economic Study Program in developing Sharia Economic Human Resources in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative research. The qualitative research design in this study uses a field and literature study approach, because this method is considered to be able to explain and answer the problems that this research wants to know. The data sources that researchers obtained to solve problems in this research were from literature (library research) as secondary data and field data (field research) as primary data. Data analysis, namely organizing data, making memos, describing and concluding. The following are some of the main roles and contributions of the two institutions: a) Education and Training of Professional Staff; b) Development of Sharia-Based Curriculum and Modules; c) Research and Development of Sharia Economics; d) Collaboration with Industry and Stakeholders; e) Public Socialization and Education about Sharia Economics; and f) Sharia Entrepreneurship Development.
