Abstract

The advancement of science and technology especially in the field of Information Communication Technology (ICT) is characterized by the availability of information access faster, easier, convenient, but also vulnerable to try to steal (tap) and modify information. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational support perception, competence, and motivation with information security awareness. The survey involved a population of 324 people affordable employees in local government that handling information systems in 33 provinces. The sample was taken 140 people by stratified proportional random sampling. The data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression. The results of the research show: (1) Information security awareness is influenced positively and significantly by the organizational support perception, competence and motivation, (2) The competence is the dominant factor that influences the information security awareness compared to the organizational support perception  and motivation, (3) Information security awareness can improve by competencies of knowledge, skill, attitude continuously and tiered, and  the model instructional awareness training developed by ‘Schultz’ can be used to improve the attitude or character of  information security awareness.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to show whether it is necessary to strengthen the capabilities of the innovation and informatics technology among vocational school students who will later become human resources enter points that can improve the performance of the SMEs industry in the digital era. We know that the SMEs industry is one of the pillars of Indonesia's economic development that spearheads job creators, and vocational graduates are expected to be the driving force for the achievement of SME optimal performance. This research relied on quantitative explanatory with survey method; its sample involved 176 out of 758 merchants (the total population) in Pasar Glodok Jakarta. All data were analyzed using descriptive and regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed that: (a) the ability innovating and the information technology of SME entrepreneurs is the dominant factor determining the achievement of optimal SME performance, with a correlation value = 0.79.5 or 0.8 (strong correlation); (b) Innovation and information technology skills contribute to the performance attainment of SME entrepreneurs in the research site by 63.2%; the remaining 36.8% is determined by factors not included in the study; (c) Innovation and information technology capabilities are the capabilities needed by SMEs human resources in achieving optimal business performance; (d) it is necessary to strengthen the ability of innovation and information technology since school (especially Vocational schools) in a sustainable manner which will become the key point of SMEs industry's human resources as an effort to bring closer the concept of link and match between educational institutions and industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discover the impact of continuous learning through strengthening competence, and innovation literacy on the improvement of performance. The research method used is a quantitative explorative technique with surveys with respondents being employees of the money management department at Bank Indonesia. The study samples are 160 out of the 272 total population, which were selected using simple random sampling. The data collection process was employed using a questionnaire. Subsequently, the data analysis process used descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression, and before the regression analysis, requirement analysis was conducted using tests of normality, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation multicollinearity. The findings in this study are: a) competence and innovation literacy affect the level of achievement of employee performance in Institution X; b) the correlation between competence and innovation literacy on the performance of Institution X employees shows ‘positive’ and ‘strong’; c) competence and innovation literacy contribute to the achievement of Institution X’s employee performance by 52.8%, and the remaining 47.2% by other factors; d) innovation literacy has a higher level of sensitivity in achieving Institution X employee performance compared to competence; e) the results of this study imply the need to strengthen competence and innovation literacy through a decent   effective continuous learning in organizational, and the learning model of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPCK) can be used as a continuous learning model in organizations/Institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of analysis and evaluation of curriculum S1 UIA is to look at thecurriculum S1 currently used are still relevant to needs of student of UIA as the curriculum inorder to improve the quality of kearning proces in the UIA. Teh number of samples usedevaluation as many as 127 students of teh seventh of teh academic year 2015/2016.Curriculum evaluation instrument involves seven indicators that were previously tasted thevalidity and reliability of the instrument. The validity of test results using r product momentis valid all with values between 0,608 – 0,691. The results of reliability test using AlphaCronbach shos coeffcient was 0,8084. Thus the curriculum instruments used as valid andreliabel measurement tools.The finding are as follow : curriculum S1 UIA program that is currently used as thestructure of curriculum, the composition of the subject and the number of credit (SKS) betwencore curriculum and institutional curriculum is still relevant use, both in term of standard ofHigher Education as well as the needs of students.

Abstract

The study was based on the problems experienced by teachers in learning videoediting skills in vocational competence broadcasting techniques. Issues under study range inquestion: "How do teachers attempt to improve video editing Learning Outcomes ThroughMedia Student Learning and Creativity? '. This study aims to: (1) Finding Step - step effectiveuse of Instructional Media and Creativity learn to develop kretivitas learners in vocationallearning video editing. (2) Obtain an overview of mastery of the material / concepts bystudents after participating in the learning process of video editing using instructional mediaand creative learning. (3) To know the perception and impression of the students on learningoutcomes (4) Getting an overview of effective use of instructional media and learning creativelearning video editing to improve learning outcomes. This research approach is quantitatifresearch method is experimental research. Procedure refers to the collection of researchempirical data including planning, implementation, evaluation.The results are as follows: (1) The application of instructional media and creativelearning can improve learning outcomes of students video editing, (2) impact on increasingstudent learning outcomes (3) Students have a positive perception of having learned thebenefits of using instructional media and creativity learning. (4) Teachers have the ability tounderstand the medium of learning and creativity and improve learning outcomes in learningvideo editing. Conclusion The results of the study are as follows: Model of Learning andCreativity learning can improve student learning outcomes. Hence, the implementation modelof learning and creativity learned in social studies learning, is effective for improving thequality of processes and learning outcomes of students from elementary schools.Finally, the study recommends to teachers in vocational Skills CompetencyBroadcasting Techniques, learning to use the media and creative learning fun, andchallenging students to be creative, practice problem solving, collaboration, fosteringcuriosity, and motivate them for more active learning. Teachers are challenged to facilitate,guide, assist, and motivate students to learn.

Abstract

Transparency International has issued the corruption ranks for 2015 and Indonesia sits in 107positions, much better than the previous year position, which was in 114 positions of 174 investigatedcountries. However, this position is still far below Philippine, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore whosits in the thirties ranks. The efforts to eradicate corruption have been done through legal approach,building awareness and community participation through Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK)and other institutions. Regardless, the corruption index is still high. This shows that the efforts thatcurrently implemented tend to be less effective. Hence, other alternatives, such as, strategic humanresource management needs to be looked at to optimize the community participation to prevent anddeter corruption. Further, this effort is expected to curb the number of corruption cases in Indonesia.The purpose of this research is to develop a model to build effective institutions internal environmentand healthy so it can hit as low as possible the occurrence of acts of corruption.This research uses explorative quantitative survey method, meanwhile, descriptive andregression analyses are used in data analysis. The dependent variable is the prevention and deterrenceof corruption (Y), whereas, the independent variables are organizational culture (X1), Competencies(X2), Leadership (X3), and Internal Monitoring (X4). The population of this research is the employeesat the Joglo village office of Kemanggisan sub-district, West Jakarta City. The total number ofpopulation is 25 people, which is also the total sample.The conclusions of this research are, among others: a) The regression model of corruption preventionand deterrence is Y = 4,94 + 6,08x1 – 0,155X2 – 0,058X3 + 0,176X4; b) organizational culture effectsignificantly to prevent acts of corruption and charms has the greatest influence among other freevariables so it should be a priority in the policy prohibit acts of corruption charms; c) competencieshave a negative effect against barring acts of corruption but the charms not significant so that it doesnot include priority in building barring corruption acts of charms. Smart, savvy employees are criticalbut would damage the organization when no mandate; d) influential leadership negatively to preventacts of corruption but the charms not significant so that it does not include prioritaas in building barringcorruption acts of charms; e) internal monitoring positive effect against barring acts of corruption butcharms the level of its influence under the organizational culture, so although not including priority inbuilding barring acts of corruption, but charms the need developed an internal system of control whichis associated with the culture of the organization

Abstract

The aim of this cooperation is the evaluative research to know the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of UIA cooperation with partners, so that the results can be used to repair either substance and the implementation of cooperation in the future. Evaluation methods using survey with samples as many as 65 people were taken simple random from a population of 168 target fixed lecturer in UIA TA 2017/2018. Data analysis using descriptive with SPSS program. The result of this research show that opinions of the fixed lecttures about the quality of cooperation with partners from both the domestic and overseas: highly optimum = 1.5%;, Optimum = 44.7%; moderate optimum = 36.9%; less than optimum = 15.54% and very less than optimum = 1.5%. The average opinion of the respondents = 3.23 score , that means the quality of collaboration with UIA partners shows quality of "moderate optimum"; and this needs to be improve.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to evaluative and obtain empirical data about the quality of organizing " capacity building technical guidance of Member of Legislative districts/cities/provinces" organized by UIA-LPPM. The method of study using surveys with the target population is all participants technical guidance 2018/2019 during the period (6 months) that there were 6 times technical guidance activities. Sampling is done in a simple random sample, the amount of 50% of the total activities of the technical guidance, namely: three (3) events from event 6 times technical guidance as many as 86 people. Data analysis using SPSS program with a descriptive analysis. The research results showed that the participants opinion technical guidance provide that the quality of capacity building organization of Member of Legislative districts/cities/provinces " is a great fit with the needs = 25%; appropriate with needs = 69%; fit =; less appropriate = 0% and highly inappropriate = 0 %. The average opinion of the respondents give score = 4.1222 which means the quality of organizing "capacity building technical guidance of Member of Legislative districts/cities/provinces" in accordance with the needs of the participants technical guidance"; this needs to be maintained the quality of its commissioning and when necessary be present again.

Abstract

The purpose of this evaluation study is to know the extent to which the quality of library service – UIA inorder to support the learning process for the students of the UIA's next get what information should be improved inthe manifest ' prima ' library services. The object of this research is a student is a student of Strata program S1 in 6(six) faculty (FE, FAI, PEDAGOGY, FH, FST, FIKES) semester 7 (seven) FY 2015/2016 on The Islamic Syafi'iyahUniversity Jakarta (UIA); the number of samples of 84 students. Library service quality evaluation of variablesmeasured using instruments non test by questionnaire.The Data collected is processed and analyzed using descriptive analysis , i.e., Using a central tendency:size: mean, median, mode and size dispersion: score the minimum, maximum, standard deviation score. Theanalysis of statistical data is done with the help of program Excels and 11.5 version SPSS for windowsThe results of research on the quality evaluation of UIA library services can be explained that the average(mean) library service quality score achieved score 59.67 included in categories of "enough". The value of themedian (middle value) score the quality of library services achieve a score 59.0; This gives a meaning that 50%quality of library services show score above 59.0 or above reasonably and 50% of his show score under 59.0 underenough. The value of the mode of 60.0; this indicates that the in General, students give an assessment of the qualityof library services "enough". The lowest score of the quality of service library of 42.0 and highest score achieved,meaning there were 89.0 students who rated lowest 42.0 or "enough" and there are students who rated highest 89.0or "excellent" ,The conclusions of the research library service quality upon evaluative UIA is: 1). In general the quality oflibrary services UIA rated by students in the categories of ' enough '; 2) Assessment of the students in the categoriesof ' enough ' giving opportunities to management library for working to improve the quality of its services for beinga requirement of ' good '; 3) Managing a library to become ' learning resource centre ' among the students andteachers not only required UIA sufficient funds, but also required the managers ' creative and innovative ' inaccordance with the progress of the IPTEKS.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of visual media, print media and the interest in learning outcomes in Arabic. The research method used is the method of experiment with sample two classes, which amounted to 39 students. Research samples were taken in a simple randomized basis. The Data was analyzed in descriptive and ANAVA. The results are: a) the learning outcome of Arabic students who are taught using visual media is higher than using print media; b) there is interaction between the media and learning interest in Arabic language learning outcomes; c) on students who have a high learning interest, the learning outcomes of Arabic students who use visual media is higher than use print media; d) on students who have low learning interests, the learning outcomes of Arabic students who use visual media are lower than use print media.
