Abstract

Act Number 17 of 20033, Act No. 1 of 20044 and Government Rule Number 24 of 2005 which has been changed with PP number 71 of 2010 about the Government Accounting Standard. Requiring government agencies to account  the implementation of the government’s mission in achieving the goals that have been set through periodic accountability in the form of financial statements and compiled based on government accounting standard. The fundamental findings to financial statements of the central government/local government (LKPP/LKPD) in addition the weakness of the internal control systems is the lack of human resource capacity of competent in management units of government finances. This research suggests the problem of how the competence of human resources and managerial influence on the quality of financial statements. This research aims to know and analyze the effect of human resource competencies and managerial for the quality of financial reporting. Survey on Departement of Revenue Financial Management and Local Asset at Buol Regency. The method used quantitative research method with the explanation purposes and test hypotheses. The data was collected by questionnaire to 87 employees in DPPKAD Buol Regency. The research results show the competence of human resources and managerial significant simultaneously effect on the quality of financial reporting. Partially the human resources competence gives significant effect on financial statements quality. Managerial competences have significant effect on financial statements quality.

Abstract

H. Mohammad Misbach was born in 1876 in Kauman, Surakarta, from batik successful merchant family. As an adult he could wrestle batik trading business, to be successful. Because her character is revolutionary and happy association, Misbach finally abandon their batik and began to cultivate the intellectual. Misbach entry of a West Irian Jaya (Inlandsche Journalisten Bond) in 1914 and the merger with Sarekat Islam (SI) marked the beginning of his involvement in the world of movement. Moving his religious outlook of Islam, suggests that Misbach want to "move Islam" as the power to transform colonial socio-political order, not just to legitimize and maintain it.DOI: 10.15408/sdi.v4i1.789

Abstract

Physical Fitness is very needed for primary school-age children’s development because the growth and development in this period of age are very fast, both physically and spiritually. Before starting activities at school, children need an adequate intake from their breakfast. This research aims to know the relationship between breakfast’s nutrition intake and nutritional status with physical fitness of 4th grade students in urban area SDN Cililitan 02 Jakarta Timur. This type of research is Analytical study with cross sectional design with total sample 77 people and were taken by systematic random sampling which qualified the inclusion in this research’s needed. Physical fitness data was obtained based on the Triple Hop Test. Breakfast’s nutrition intake from food recall 1x24 hours method in the school’s time. Nutritional Status Data (BMI) is measured using the anthropometric method. Data analysis with Frequency Distribution and Chi-Square Test. From 77 respondents, almost of them have a good physical fitness at 63.6 %, Good Nutritional Status Data (BMI) at 49.4 %, Adequate energy intake 80.5 %, Adequate protein intake 53.2 %, Adequate fat intake 83.1 % and Adequate carbohydrate intake 89.6 %. There is no relationship between nutritional status and physical fitness (p=0.213) and similarly there is no relationship between protein intake and physical fitness (p=0.669). There is a significant relationship between energy intake, fat intake, and carbohydrate intake with physical fitness (p=0.047), (p=0.024), and (p=0.011).

Abstract

Detergent is very dangerous for environment because of the water contaminated by detergent waste has potential as one of cause for cancer. The main formed material in detergent is Natrium Tripolifosfat (Na5P3O10) which a main cause of eutrofication on watar basin. A simple technology preventing water pollution is utilization of wet land. The swamp bamboo system is a novel innovation of wet land planted bamboo. This research was conducted unde laboratory scale in green house of Facuty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University Pekanbaru. The completely random design was used with two factors, namely the beginning concentration detergent and the remaining time which consisted of four treatments and three replacation each. The treatments of konsentrasi awal deterjen were without detergent, 4, 8, and 12 g detergent/l of water and the remaining time consisted of 0, 10, 20, nd 30 days. As a result, the swamp bamboo system was able to process waste water to 12 g deergent/l of water (equvalent to 6.96 mg/l fosphat) with the remaining time was 30 days. Intereaction and main treatment had a significant effect on reducing phosphate conten in waste water.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of CPO (Crude Plam Oil) sludge and ash of palm oil addition on growth and chili. The research was carried out at the experimental farm Faculty of Agriculture Riau Islamic University from September 2012 to January 2013. The experimental with Completely Randomized Design for Factorial 4 x 4 were used. The first factor was various doses CPO sludge addition, consisting of four levels, that is 0, 100, 200, 300 cc each plant and second factor was based on various ash doses of palm oil, consisting of four levels, namely 0, 100, 200, 300 g each plant. The result of research indicates that the interactian effect of treatment was significant to height of plant and chili yield. The best treatment was addition of CPO sludge 300 cc/plant and ash of palm oil 300 g/plant with height of plant (53,58 cm) and chili yield (670 g/plant).

Abstract

This research aimed to know the effect of various P fertilizer and cow urine on growth and yield of green pea. The experiment was arranged in th completely randomized design with cow factors. The first factor was Fertilizer TSP (P), consisting of 4 factors namely P0 (without fertilizer), P1 (10 g/plot), P2 (15 kg/plot), and P3 (20 kg/plot). The second factor was cow urine, consisting of 4 factors, i.e. U0 (without cow urine), U1 (50 cc/l water), U2 (100 cc/l water), and 150 cc/l water). The observed parameters were plant height, flowering age, harvest age, number of pods per plant, percentage of full pod per plant, dry grain weight per plant, dry 100 grain, and harvest index. The interaction between P (TSP) fertilizer and cow urine had a significant effect on plant height, number of pods per plant, and dry grain weight per plant. The best treatment was the usage of TSP fertilizer with dosage of 10 g/plot and cow urine with concentration of 100 cc/l water. The effect of P fertilizer was significant on plant height, lowering age, harvest age, number of pods per plant, percentage of full pod per plant, dry grain weight per plant and dry weight of 100 grain with the best treatment was the usage of TSP fertilizer with dosage of 10 g/plot. Furthermore, the effect of cow urine was also significant on plant height, flowering age, harvest age, pod number per plant, percentage full pod per plant, dry weight per plant, and dry weight of 100 grain with the best treatment of the usage of cow urine with concentration of 100 cc/l water. The interaction as well as alone, the application of TSP fertilizer and cow urine had no a significant effect on harvest index of green pea.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to know the effect of the mixed grow medya and various atonic concentrations on seed growth of Eucalyptus pellita. The research was conducted at the R and D Nursery of PT. Arara Abadi from October to Desember 2012. The completely randomized design was used with two factors, namely Medya (M) and 5 treatments. The atonic concentration (A) consisted of 4 treatments. The first factor M0 (peat + charcoal husk; 3 : 1), M1 (charcoal husk + cocopeat + compost; 1 : 1 : 1), M2 (charcoal husk + cocopeat + compost; 2 : 1 : 1), M3 (charcoal husk + cocopeat + compost; 1 : 2 : 1), and M4 (charcoal husk + cocopeat + compost; 1 : 1 : 2). The second factor was atonic application (A) with concentration of 0, 2, 4, and 8 cc per liter water. The observed parameters were plant height, number of leaves, stalk diameter, root lenght, root volume and compactness, plant bomass, grow percentage, and seed quality. The results showed that intereacion of mixed medya comparion and atonic application had no a significant effect on the obsrved parameters. The significant effect of medya was found on plant height, stalk diameter, grow percentage, and seed quaity with the best treatment was M4. The atonik application had no a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, root volume, grow percentage and seed quallity, but had a significant effect on stalk diameter and root lenght.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Experimental Farm of Faculty of Agriculture Riau Islamic University Pekanbaru from April to August 2008. The research aim was to examine the effect of husk and NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer application on Aloe vera. The experimental with Completely Randomized Design for Factorial 4 x 4 was used. The first factor was application of husk, consisting of four levels such as 0, 2, 4, and 6 tonnes each of hectare, and second factor was different rate of NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer, consisting of four levels such as 0, 10, 20, 30 g each plant. The result of research indicates that interaction of treatment had a significant effect on plant height, length of leaf, number of leaf, and fresh weight of plant. The best treatment was application of 4 tonnes/ha of husk with 20 g/plant of NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer that produced 810.83 g fresh weight/plant with increase percentage was 76.27% than without husk and NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to review the satisfaction of consumers in McDonald's (the foodservice industry) that leads to loyalty to the brand. It also reviews how McDonald's reacts to changes in the environment and consumer behavior. McDonald's has a strong ambition of providing the best fast service eating experience in the global fast-food market as a world fast-food enterprise. Being the best implies providing exceptional value in both quantity and quality of the product and services, ensuring that every customer is delighted with the brand. In addition, McDonald's believes that job happiness and motivation are some of the biggest influences on consumer satisfaction. The study is organized by collecting the data from consumers through a self-administered questionnaire survey and was distributed to 100 respondents. The results show that for overall satisfaction, most respondents slightly agree that McDonald's has given great services to satisfy their customer needs. Keywords: Consumer Satisfaction, McDonald’s, Foodservice, Marketing Research

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lama masa inkubasi berbagai pupuk organik dan anorganik terhadap sifat fisika tanah untuk media tanam bawang merah. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan  di Desa Kualu, Kecamatan Tambang, Kabupaten Kampar selama 5 bulan dari  bulan Agustus 2022 sampai dengan bulan Desember 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) tunggal terdiri dari 13 perlakuan dengan 3 ulangan sehingga diperoleh 39 satuan percobaan. Data masing-masing perlakuan hasil pengamatan dianalisis statistik. Jika F hitung lebih besar daripada F tabel dilanjutkan dengan melakukan uji lanjut DMRT dengan taraf 5%. Parameter pengamatan sifat fisika tanah yaitu suhu tanah, bulk density tanah, partikel density, porositas tanah, dan warna tanah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian rata-rata suhu tanah pada pukul 07.00-08.00 WIB, pukul 13.00-14.00 WIB dan pukul 17.00-18.00 WIB dengan kondisi cuaca cerah dan panas suhu tanah hariannya 36,50C. Sedangkan  rata-rata suhu tanah pada pukul 07.00-08.00 WIB, pukul 13.00-14.00 WIB dan pukul 17.00-18.00 WIB dengan kondisi cuaca malam  hujan, cuaca siang cerah dan cuaca sore gerimis suhu tanah hariannya 34,20C lebih tinggi daripada suhu tanah untuk pertumbuhan tanaman bawang merah. Warna tanah yang dihasilkan pada perlakuan lama waktu inkubasi pupuk organik dan perbandingan rekomendasi pupuk anorganik yaitu 2,5Y 3/1, 7,5YR 2,5/1, 7,5YR 3/1, 10YR 3/1, sedangkan pada perlakuan kontrol 5YR 6/1. Perlakuan lama waktu inkubasi pupuk organik dan perbandingan rekomendasi pupuk anorganik untuk media tanam tanaman bawang merah berpengaruh nyata terhadap bulk density dan porositas tanah. Perlakuan yang terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan lama waktu inkubasi 1 bulan+pupuk kandang ayam+pemupukan petani (B10).
