Abstract

Generally, every company must have an assessment of the supplier of materials in order to maintain the quality of their production. When a supplier gets a good rating, the company usually gives awards such as incentives to the supplier in the hope of increasing motivation, professionalism and good relations with the company. The determination of incentives is currently only based on analysis of existing data records manually, which may lead to errors. From previous observations, a decision support system was created in the optimization of incentives. This study aims to optimize the results of decisions in providing incentives to suppliers. The method used is Technique for Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). This method can determine which suppliers are entitled to incentives. The data that is processed in this research comes from PT. Prima Beton Cakrawala. Price, Quality, Delivery, Service and Offer are the assessment criteria for determining incentive recipients. The results of the TOPSIS calculation process can find a more accurate alternative choice decision, because the alternative assessment is in accordance with the specified criteria. Based on the value of the criteria weight for the selection of incentive recipients for each alternative. The results of this study recommend A3 suppliers with a preference value of 0.646 as raw material suppliers who are entitled to receive incentives. Comparisons made between manual calculations and the system built get almost the same results. So that the level of accuracy is 95% accurate enough, so that it can produce factual decision data in order to assist companies in determining incentive recipients so as to increase the motivation of suppliers in providing services. So that it is expected that the leadership can use it as a reference for optimizing decisions on providing incentives.

Abstract

Gambir adalah tanaman perdu semi panjat yang dapat merambat hingga 1-3 meter dengan batang berbentuk segi empat dan daun berhadapan yang berwarna coklat muda. Tanaman ini digunakan sebagai bahan utama dalam penyirihan dan merupakan salah satu hasil pertanian di Sumatera Barat. Namun, produksi gambir mengalami kualitas produksi yang rendah, sehingga menurunkan daya jualnya. Metode Technique for Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) digunakan untuk menentukan peringkat alternatif dengan mempertimbangkan solusi ideal dan terburuk dan mempertimbangkan kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing alternatif. Metode ini digunakan sebagai penentu kualitas gambir dalam bentuk perankingan yang dapat membantu dalam memilih kualitas gambir terbaik untuk menetapkan harga. Kriteria yang digunakan untuk menilai kualitas gambir adalah kandungan katekin, air abu, warna, dan kepadatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada tiga alternatif yang memiliki kualitas gambir di atas alternatif standar dengan nilai preferensi sebesar 0.494. Salah satunya adalah alternatif P1, yang merupakan alternatif gambir dengan kualitas terbaik dengan nilai kedekatan alternatif terhadap solusi ideal sebesar 0.689. Namun, terdapat dua alternatif yang memiliki kualitas di bawah standar, yaitu P5 dan P6 dengan nilai preferensi masing-masing 0.492 dan 0.149. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna dalam penentuan harga sesuai dengan kualitas gambir.

Abstract

Sumbangan pembinaan pendidikan (SPP) merupakan biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh siswa atau orang tua yang diperuntukan untuk menunjang kebutuhan sekolah dalam menyelenggarakan proses pendidikan. Pada saat ini sekolah SDIT Darul Hikmah dalam admininstrasi pembayaran SPP dilakukan secara konvensional yaitu mencatat dan mencari data pembayaran pada buku besar, sehingga kegiatan ini memerlukan waktu yang lama. Salah satu contoh bendahara mengalami kesulitan dalam mencari dan mencatat data baru, dikarenakan data pembayaran SPP menumpuk, selain itu data rawan mengalami kerusakan dan juga hilang. Selain itu proses pembuatan laporan yang belum terkomputerisasi mengakibatkan laporan disajikan dengan waktu yang lama dikarenakan harus kembali membongkar tumpukan. Tujuan penelitian agar siswa/orang tua/bendahara yang memiliki hak akses dipermudah dalam melakukan pembayaran dan pengolahan data pembayaran SPP secara cepat, tepat dan akurat. Metode yang digunakan adalah RAD (Rapid application development) karena cocok digunakan untuk penelitian dengan permasalahan administrasi pembayaran SPP. Karena dimulai dengan perencanaan kebutuhan, desain sistem, proses pengembangan dan pengumpulan feedback, hingga implementasi atau penyelesaian produk.Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan sistem informasi administrasi pembayaran SPP untuk memudahkan siswa/orang tua dan bendahara melakukan pembayaran serta mengelola data dengan mudah dan laporan pembayaran SPP secara online.

Abstract

The registration process for marriage and reconciliation is still carried out by submitting printed documents as requirements to the Office of Religious Affairs (Kantor Urusan Agama, KUA). The required documents for marriage registration include: Certificate of Marriage Eligibility, Spouse Consent Letter and Parental Consent Letter, Family Card (Kartu Keluarga), National ID (KTP), Latest Educational Diploma, Marriage Recommendation Letter (if coming from outside the local subdistrict), Birth Certificate, TT Immunization Certificate for women, Court Dispensation Letter (if the applicant is under 19 years old), Passport-sized photographs. These documents are submitted directly to the KUA subdistrict office through the Village Religious Counselor (Pembantu Penghulu), after which the officer records the registration in the marriage registration book. For reconciliation procedures, the applicant must appear with their former spouse and bring the necessary documents, which include: National ID (KTP), Family Card (Kartu Keluarga), Reconciliation Letter from the Village Head or Urban Ward Head, Original Divorce Certificate. The purpose of this study is to improve services at the KUA of Lubuk Batu Jaya Subdistrict by enhancing integrity, transparency, and cost certainty for the community. The methodology used in this study is the waterfall model, which is suitable for addressing issues related to marriage and reconciliation applications to make them faster and easier. Once the system is implemented, the result is an integrated system that simplifies the process. The application is tested using the black-box testing method, which examines the software from the perspective of functional specifications.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce as a form of electronic commerce has transformed the global shopping landscape. To maintain user satisfaction and competitiveness, e-commerce sites must effectively understand and improve the usability of their systems after launch. The aims of the study are to improve e-commerce post-launch usability so that anime fans' enthusiasm can be capitalized upon for financial gain and market expansion. In this study, we adopted a combined approach that included user observations, interviews, surveys, and performance measurement for anime community e-commerce analysis Weeboo web commerce. Through this method, we analyze the behavior and views of users towards e-commerce systems. The results show that most users experience a positive experience in shopping online by appreciating the usability of the layout, search process, and fast checkout process. The results indicated that most users have a positive online shopping experience, appreciating the layout, search process, and fast checkout process. The SUS score of 75.375 (grade B) and the overall PSSUQ satisfaction score of 2.0296 indicate that the system is acceptably well-received. The proposed recommendations can help e-commerce companies quickly identify usability issues and implement relevant fixes.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini membahas tentang hasil panen dan kerja harian yang ada di PT Flora Wahana Tirta belum sepenuhnya menggunakan sistem komputerisasi, sehingga menyebabkan beberapa kendala diantaranya yaitu pengolahan data yang belum teratur yang mengakibatkan pencarian data sulit untuk dilakukan serta kurang efisiennya waktu pengolahan data menjadi acuan dibangunnya sistem informasi yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai hasil panen dan kerja harian PT Flora Wahana Tirta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall dalam pengembangan sistem informasi untuk mengelola data Activity Daily Harvasted (ADH) dan Plantation Daily (PD). Sistem pengolahan data ini dirancang untuk mengatasi tantangan dalam pencatatan dan pelaporan aktivitas harian panen dan operasional perkebunan yang masih dilakukan secara manual atau semi-otomatis, yang seringkali menyebabkan inefisiensi, kesalahan data, dan keterlambatan informasi. Pendekatan Waterfall dipilih karena struktur sekuensialnya yang jelas dan mudah dipahami, dimulai dari tahapan perencanaan, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi kode, pengujian, hingga pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi metode Waterfall berhasil dalam membangun sistem yang terstruktur dan fungsional, mampu mengotomatisasi proses pengumpulan dan pengolahan data ADH dan PD. Sistem ini meningkatkan akurasi data, mempercepat akses informasi, dan mengefisiensikan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pelaporan. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dikembangkan dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dan pengelolaan operasional perkebunan yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Pengepul H. Muslimin adalah tempat transaksi jual beli tandan buah sawit (TBS). Saat ini, proses pengelolaan data TBS masih dilakukan secara tradisional dengan menggunakan buku besar. Hal ini menyebabkan beberapa masalah, seperti kesulitan dalam mencari dan mengolah data TBS, termasuk masalah seperti kesalahan dalam mencatat berat timbangan, hilangnya atau tercecernya nota pembelian, dan kesulitan dalam menghitung biaya operasional yang telah dikeluarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan sebuah aplikasi jual beli TBS dengan menerapkan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dan Unified Modelling Language (UML), serta menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP sebagai fondasi untuk pengembangan aplikasi tersebut.
