Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of creativity and learning innovation on entrepreneurial mentality and its implications on student learning outcomes. The research was carried out in the Economic Education Program of Universitas Pasundan Bandung with 43 students as the sample of the research. The research method used descriptive quantitative method with path analysis. The results of this study are: 1) Creativity variable is in good category, with an average score of 4.06; 2) Learning innovation variable is in good category, with the score of 4,17; 3) Entrepreneurial mental variable is in good category, with an average score of 4,14; 4) Student learning outcome variables are good, with an average score of 3.94; 5) There is influence of creativity (X1) to entrepreneurial mentality (Y) with total influence of 32,8%. Learning innovation (X2) to entrepreneurial mentality (y) with total influence of 30,47%. There is an influence of creativity (X1), and learning innovation (X2), simultaneously to entrepreneurial mentality (Y) with total influence of 63,3%; 6) There is an entrepreneurial mental effect (Y) on student learning outcomes (Z) of 67.7%. It can be concluded that there are influences between creativity and learning innovation towards entrepreneurship mentality and its implication for the student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD), pada hakekatnya adalah pendidikan yang diselenggarakan dengan tujuan untuk memfasilitasi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Salah satu faktor penting penyelenggaraan PAUD adalah komunikasi yang efektif dan efisien antara pihak sekolah dengan orang tua. Program parenting di TK Al-Jannah selama Tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 terlaksana secara keseluruhan sesuai program yang direncanakan. Namun dampak dari kegiatan tersebut belum diteliti secara obyektif. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana dampak program parenting di TK Al-Jannah terhadap pola asuh orang tua di rumah. Jenis penelitian yang disajikan adalah “Best Practice”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Setelah dilakukan kajian dari berbagai unsur terlihat kecenderungan hasil akhir bahwa dengan Program Parenting yang telah dijalankan oleh TK AL Jannah melalui komunikasi yang efektif dilakukan baik oleh Kepala TK, pendidik dan orang tua, dapat meningkatkan kesamaan pemahaman orang tua dalam memberikan pola asuh yang baik kepada para putera puterinya hingga 90%, capaian indicator 6 aspek pengembangan mencapai hasil 80% hingga 100%.Kata Kunci : Parenting; Komunikasi; Pengasuhan; PAUDAbstractEarly childhood education (PAUD), in essence is education that is organized with the aim of facilitating children's growth and development. One important factor in the implementation of PAUD is effective and efficient communication between the school and parents. The parenting program at Al-Jannah Kindergarten during 2018/2019 was carried out as a whole according to the planned program. But the impact of these activities has not been studied objectively. Therefore, a study was conducted aimed at finding out the extent of the impact of the parenting program at Al-Jannah Kindergarten on parenting at home. The type of research presented is "Best Practice". The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques through the study of documentation, interviews, and observations. After a study of various elements shows the tendency of the final results that with the Parenting Program that has been run by TK AL Jannah through effective communication conducted both by the Head of Kindergarten, educators and parents, can increase the common understanding of parents in providing good parenting to the sons and daughters up to 90%, achievement indicators 6 aspects of development achieved 80% to 100% results.Keywords: Parenting; Communication; Nurturing; PAUD

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities and the role of teachers on online learning outcomes in odd semester economic subjects in class X BDP SMK Pasundan 4 Bandung. The method used in this research is a survey. The subjects in this study used a sample of 56 students. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression calculation and coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS 25.0 for Windows. From the results of research using descriptive analysis, it is obtained that the average score recapitulation of respondents regarding learning facilities is in the "undecided" category, indicated by an average weight of 3.11 with a percentage of 62.40%. This indicates that most of the students are hesitant about learning facilities according to the average respondent. Meanwhile, regarding online learning outcomes, students are in the "Strongly Agree" category, indicated by an average weight of 4.50 with a percentage of 89.20%. This indicates that most students strongly agree that students' online learning outcomes increase according to the average respondent. Based on the classical assumption test through the normality test that has been carried out, it is obtained a significant value of 0.200> 0.05, it can be concluded that the residual value is normally distributed. In the hypothesis test, multiple linear regression coefficients (Y= 1.638 – 0.513X1 + 0.577X2 + 0.347) which means that if learning facilities (variable X1) and the role of teachers (variable X2) increase, it will cause a tendency to increase student online learning outcomes (variable X2). Y) of 1.09. The contribution of the influence given by the learning facilities variable to students' online learning outcomes is 34.5% and the teacher's role variable to students' online learning outcomes is 35.8%, the percentage is calculated based on the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination is 70.3%, while the rest amounted to 29.7% influenced by external factors that were not examined by the researcher, and the conclusion was acceptable. As the end of the research, the author conveys suggestions for schools for learning facilities and teachers to use adequate learning facilities in the ongoing teaching and learning process, specifically on learning facilities and the role of teachers in general so as to improve student online learning outcomes.

Abstract

The title of this research is The Effect of School Learning Facilities on Student Motivation (a survey of class X IPS SMA Negeri 1 Ngamprah). This study aims to (i) determine the school learning facilities at SMA Negeri 1 Ngamprah (ii) determine the level of student motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Ngamprah (iii) determine the effect of school learning facilities on student learning motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Ngamprah. This study the author uses a quantitative approach using survey research methods, with a sample of 60. To find the effect, the data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25, recapitulation of descriptive analysis of school learning facilities with a total weight of 40.86 and a value an average of 4.08, and student learning motivation with a total weight of 44.83 and an average value of 4.18, in the simple linear regression test there is a regression coefficient value obtained is 0.665, and the coefficient of determination is obtained the R number (correlation coefficient) or the number of relationships between variable X and variable Y is 0.702 or 70.2%. The amount of contribution made by the school learning facilities variable can be seen from the figure on the R Square, which is 0.493 which means that school learning facilities affect student learning motivation by 49.3%. While the other 50.7% is influenced by other factors outside of the research conducted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Web-Based assisted cooperative media on students' interest in cooperatives. The population is 69 students of the Pasundan University Economics Education Study Program. The analysis used is simple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26 program. The results of the study show a simple linear regression analysis which produces Y = 9.635 + 0.836x, which means that there is an increase of 9.635 from Web-Based assisted cooperative media, the interest in cooperatives will increase or an increase of 0.836 while the results of the coefficient of determination show that there is an influence of Web-Based assisted cooperative media on the interest in cooperative Economics Education FKIP Unpas students of 57.9% which is included in the fairly strong category and 42.1% is influenced by other factors. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence entrepreneurship using maklun services has on entrepreneurial interest at SMK Medikacom. The subjects in this study were students of SMK Medikacom Bandung Accounting consisting of 2 classes, namely Accounting XI-A and Accounting XI-B classes. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and documentation studies. To answer these problems using a quantitative approach with survey methods. The variables used in this study are Entrepreneurship Learning Using Maklun Services (X), and Entrepreneurial Interest (Y). Based on the results of research conducted by researchers on the results of entrepreneurship learning by using maklun system with descriptive test results of 3.98 with good categories, while interest in entrepreneurship shows descriptive test results of 3.97 with good categories, and entrepreneurship learning by using maklun services on entrepreneurial interest of students of SMK Medikacom there is a very strong influence with the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 81.4%. To increase entrepreneurial interest, it can incorporate entrepreneurship learning in the curriculum by collaborating with maklun system providers, holding internship programs, workshops, and practical training, as well as encouraging project development, mentoring, business simulations, competitions, and promoting the success of young entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This writing aims to find out: (i) Is there an effect of socio-economic status on student achievement in class XI IPS SMA Plus Assalaam, (ii) Is there an effect of parenting style on student achievement in class XI IPS SMA Plus Assalaam, (iii) How big is the influence of socioeconomic status and parenting style on student achievement in class XI IPS SMA Plus Assalaam. This study used a survey method with a quantitative approach and data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire. The results showed: (i) There was a significant effect of X1 on Y, the magnitude of the effect was 0.0023% on SE and 0.00116% on SR, (ii) There was an influence of X2 on Y which was significant, the amount of influence was as much as 1.9877% in SE and 0.99884% in SR, (iii) The amount of contribution given by X1 and X2 is 0.020 or equal to 2%. Based on this research, there is an influence of 2%, which means that 98% is influenced by other variables. Suggestions from the author: (i) for students, to know how much influence parents have on learning achievement, (ii) for parents, to help guide children in educational development, (iii) for schools, to consider improving learning achievement, (iv) for the community, it can provide information to the public on factors that can affect learning achievement, (v) for future researchers, it can find other variables that can influence it.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: (i) How much influence of promotion on impulsive buying behavior among students who use e-commerce at FKIP Unpas; (ii) How much influence of flash sales on impulsive buying behavior among students who use e-commerce at FKIP Unpas; (iii) How much influence of promotion and flash sale on impulsive buying behavior among students who use e-commerce at FKIP Unpas. The research method used was a survey using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, f test, determination coefficient, and partial determination coefficient. The results of this study show that: (i) There is a significant influence on the Promotion variable (X1) on Impulsive buying (Y) behavior inFKIP Unpas students class of 2021, with a contribution of 47.12%; (ii) There is a significant influence on the Flash Sale (X2) variable on Impulsive buying (Y) behavior in FKIP Unpas students class of 2021, with a contribution of 1.03%; (iii) There was a significant influence of 48.2% on the variables of Promotion (X1) and Flash Sale (X2) on Impulsive buying (Y) behavior in FKIP Unpas students of the class of 2021. The researcher recommends that universities can provide education about digital literacy and personal financial management of students. Students are advised to be more selective and aware in responding to promotions and Flash Sale and manage finances wisely. Further researchers are expected to be able to study this topic more deeply.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi dan prestasi belajar IPA Fisika pokok bahasan kalor jenis zat pada siswa kelas siswa kelas VII A SMP N 1 Kedungbanteng tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 dengan diterapkannya pembelajaran fisika menggunakan pendekatan SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, and Intellectual). Rumusan masalah yang diajukan dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah: Apakah dengan menggunakan pendekatan SAVI dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar IPA Fisika pokok bahasan kalor jenis zat pada siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 1 Kedungbanteng Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017?. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan SAVI. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, dengan subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 1 Kedungbanteng Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 36 siswa dengan jumlah dengan masing-masing siklus dilaksanakan dengan 4 (empat) tahapan yaitu; perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian tindakan kelas adalah dengan penerapan pendekatan SAVI pada siswa kelas VII A SMPN 1 Kedungbanteng selama 2 siklus dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran IPA materi kalor jenis zat. Motivasi belajar siswa menunjukkan peningkatan dari 75% pada siklus 1 dengan kriteria sedang menjadi 77,78% pada siklus 2 dengan kriteria sangat tinggi. Meningkatnya persentase motivasi belajar siswa pada siklus 2 ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya keterlibatan siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Sedangkan prestasi belajar siswa meningkat dari rata - rata 74,47 pada siklus 1 menjadi 82,05 pada siklus 2 dan ketuntasan belajar siswa meningkat dari 75% pada siklus 1 menjadi 91,67% pada siklus 2 dan telah melampaui KKM 73, sehingga siklus dapat dihentikan.
