Abstract

Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini adalah mendeskripsikan prosedur pengembangan media pembelajaran sejarah dengan media flash flipbook digital untuk pembelajaran sejarah peserta didik SMA dengan kajian materi sejarah lokal Geger Cilegon  1888 dan mendeskripsikan kelayakan media flash flipbook digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RD) yang terdiri dari tahapan: 1) pencarian dan pengumpulan data, 2) perencanaan, 3) mengembangkan produk awal, 4) uji lapangan awal, 5) analisis revisi produk, 6) uji coba produk (ujicoba produk skala kecil atau terbatas, 7) hasil produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan media flash flipbook digital telah divalidasi oleh 1) ahli materi dengan skor presntase 78% dengan kriteria “layak”, 2) ahli media dengan skor presntase 89% dengan kriteria “sangat layak”, 3) ahli pendidikan dengan skor presntase 90% dengan kriteria “sangat layak” dan respon peserta didik dengan skor presntase 86% dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran flash flipbook digital yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada kajian materi sejarah lokal Geger Cilegon 1888 untuk pesertaa didik kelas XI di SMA N 1 Ciruas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Hybrid Learning in history subjects in class X IPA 6 and X IPS 3. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The instrument used in this study was a closed questionnaire which was distributed to students in class X IPA 6 and X IPS 3 at SMAN 4 Serang City via Google Forms. The results of this study show: (1) history learning carried out at SMAN 4 Serang Serang City after the pandemic was carried out by applying the Hybrid Learning learning model, the Hybrid Learning learning model is learning with an online or online system combined with face-to-face meetings for several hours, learning carried out in rotation with 50% of students, namely students participating in online learning or face-to-face learning alternately (2) the effectiveness of the application of the hybrid learning model in history learning which is carried out face-to-face can attract students' interest in learning, where face-to-face learning, students can directly interact with teachers, establishing good learning communication between teachers and students so as to make students active in the learning process (3) factors that influence the implementation of the Hybrid Learning model, namely because it is not certain when the pandemic will end While learning activities must be carried out, however, when online learning, there are many obstacles that occur, such as: lack of interaction between teachers and students or students and students, lack of learning tools that support the online learning process, learning is monotonous and makes students passive in learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Sunan Gunung Djati in Islamization in the archipelago, especially in Mauk District. Sunan Gunung Djati is a member of a da'wah organization in Java which is incorporated in the Walisongo organizational unit, so Sunan Gunung Djati is active and plays a very important role in spreading Islam in Java. His preaching focuses on the western part of Java or better known as Tataran Pasundan, especially in the spread of Islam in Banten. It has a unique fact, namely that his name is known in the stories of the people of Banten, especially the stories of the people of the Mauk District, Kab. Tangerang. There is a lot of emphasis and belief of the people in Mauk District regarding the process of spreading Islam carried out by Sunan Gunung Djati, which then this folklore grows and lives in the culture of the community and becomes an oral tradition from generation to generation. Even though his role is carried out by his confidant, a name that lives on in society is a great and central figure in the Islamic world, namely Sunan Gunung Djati, so this research focuses on the role of Sunan Gunung Djati in Islamization in Mauk District. In this study using historical research methods, and also in the study using a philological approach. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji mengenai Peran Sunan Gunung Djati dalam Islamisasi di Nusantara khususnya di Kecamatan Mauk. Sunan Gunung Djati merupakan anggota dari organisasi dakwah di Jawa yang tergabung dalam satuan organisasi Walisongo, dengan begitu Sunan Gunung Djati aktif dan amat berperan dalam penyebaran Islam di tanah Jawa. Dakwahnya berfokus pada wilayah Jawa bagian barat atau yang lebih dikenal dengan istilah Tataran Pasundan, khusunya dalam penyebaran Islam di Banten memiliki fakta yang unik yakni namanya terkenang dalam cerita masyarakat Banten, terkhusus cerita masyarakat Kecamatan Mauk Kab. Tangerang. Banyak spekulasi dan keyakinan masyarakat di Kecamatan Mauk mengenai proses penyebaran Islam yang dilakukan oleh Sunan Gunung Djati, yang kemudian cerita rakyat ini tumbuh dan hidup dalam kebudayaan masyarakat dan menjadi sebuah tradisi lisan dari generasi ke generasi. Meskipun peranannya dijalankan oleh orang kepercayaannya, namun sebuah nama yang hidup dalam masyarakat adalah sosok yang agung dan sentral dalam dunia Islam yakni Sunan Gunung Djati, dengan begitu penelitian ini memfokuskan pada Peran Sunan Gunung Djati dalam Islamisasi di Kecamatan Mauk. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Historis, dan juga dalam kajiannya menggunakan pendekatan filologi.

Abstract

This study provides an overview of the formation of the city of Banten (Surosowan) in a historical-archaeological view as the center of the capital of the Sultanate of Banten with a Cosmopolitan style. This characteristic is a sign that Banten City at that time was an area that had a diverse and multicultural community structure but was very thick with Islamic entities. As the largest trading port after the fall of Malacca to the Portuguese, Banten was also the largest city of Islamic civilization (Tamaddun) on the island of Java in the sixteenth century. This can be seen from the building structure and layout of the city of Banten which has the characteristics of an Islamic civilization city. The method used in this study is the historical method which includes the heuristic, criticism, interpretation, and historiography stages. Data collection techniques with literature study of relevant sources. The historical and archaeological facts found show that there are remains that form the basis of the argument that Banten has the characteristics of being a city of Islamic civilization (Tamaddun). The focus in this study is on archaeological remains in the form of city layouts, elements of Islamic cities and the classification of buildings around the center of the old Banten city in the early period of their formation. This is also a historical description of the architectural development of Banten City around the XVI century.

Abstract

Judging from the historical aspect, Indonesia-Australia relations have a fairly strong amity and enmity side, with a more prominent aspect of enmity. Indonesia's relationship with Australia has had its ups and downs due to notable differences in terms of economic conditions, population, ethnicity, culture and religion. The interests between the two countries also often rub against each other, which also affects the harmony of relations between the two countries. Some cases mainly prevent the two countries from fighting for economic resources. From Operation Seroja onwards, Indonesian military forces were involved in the massacre of East Timorese civilians. The forms of violence committed are very diverse, from forced searches to the number of murder cases to attract international attention. In the 1998 referendum process, Australia was involved as a party involved. Australia in relation to East Timor (post-refrendum East Timor) indirectly applied its hegemony to support Australia's political and economic interests. In the concept of regional security, Australia has a veiled political interest of making East Timor a buffer zone in addition to the economic interests of oil and gas resources in the Timor Pass. The article, written using qualitative methods, aims to provide an overview of the interests of Australia, Indonesia and East Timor in the conflict that occurred in the aftermath of the East Timor inetgration until after the 1998 referendum.

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejarah penyebaran suku Jawa di wilayah Suriname. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif, Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penyusunan artikel ini adalah teknik studi literatur, dimana penulis mengambil materi dari berbagai sumber tertulis baik berupa jurnal, artikel, dan juga buku. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwasanya. Imigran Jawa pertama tiba di Suriname untuk bekerja sebagai buruh kontrak di Marienburg, perkebunan terbesar di Suriname. Perkebunan ini dimiliki oleh NHM Belanda (Nederlandse Handel-Maatschappij, Perusahaan Dagang Belanda). Periode migrasi masyarakat Jawa di Suriname berkisar pada tahun 1890-1939, dengan total jumlah penduduk migrasi sekitar 33.000 orang. Jumlah tersebut terus meningkat karena diluar dugaan pemerintah kolonial masyarakat Jawa yang telah bermigrasi justru tidak ingin kembali ke tanah airnya setelah tinggal bertahun-tahun disana. Sekitar 80% dari jumlah 33.000 populasi penduduk Jawa memilih tinggal dan melanjutkan hidupnya di wilayah ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the e-magazine-based project based learning model on historical thinking skills in History learning for class XI at SMA Negeri 9 Pandeglang. The research method used in this study is a quasi-experimental with. Data collection was carried out through a purposive sample technique with class XI B consisting of 34 students as the experimental class using the PjBL model and class XI C consisting of 34 students as the control class using the discovery learning model. The results of the study are as follows; (1) there is an effect of the e-magazine-based project based learning model on students' historical thinking skills, hypothesis testing through a two-way t-test using the polled variant diporel formula, t count = 5,151 ≥ t table = 1,996 with α = 0.05, (2) the historical thinking skills of students who use the project based learning model are higher than students who use the discovery learning model. The average post-test score of the experimental class (77,4) and the control class (68,9) showed that the control class had an average difference of (8,5) higher than the control class. Indicators of chronological thinking skills, skills in identifying continuity and change, indicators of recording data/information/historical sources, skills in identifying continuity and change, and skills in designing and reporting historical research results experienced changes and increases seen from before and after the treatment of the project based learning model in the form of cause and effect ideas on learning materials, analysis at the discussion stage, and compiling and reporting the results of reports according to the selected topic. Based on the results of the t-test analysis, the t-count value = 5,151 and t-table = 1,996 were obtained with a significance level of 0,05, so it was concluded that there was an influence of the use of the e-magazine-based project based learning model on students' historical thinking skills at SMA Negeri 9 Pandeglang.
