h: 0px; "> This study aimed to examine the effect compensation and leadership style on employee’s performanceof Utama Husada Hospital Ambulu Jember. Respondents used in this study are employees of UtamaHusada Hospital Ambulu Jember as many as 45 employees. Respondents selected by random method.Collecting data using instruments such as questionnaires and tested the validity and reliability test.Analysis of data using multiple regression. The results showed that compensation and leadership styleinfluence on employee’s performance. Other results of the study indicate that leadership style has adominant influence on employee’s performance when compared with the compensation. This resultimplies that the compensation and leadership style has a significant influence on employee’sperformance of Utama Husada Hospital.Keywords : Compensation, Leadership Style, Employee’s Performance

Abstract

Introduction: Motivation is a condition that can influence a person's behavior to carry out an activity in achieving goals. Motivation in students of the Nurse profession can influence their performance in implementing the Nurse profession. This study aims to describe the motivation of students in the nursing profession. Method: The research design is non-experimental with a descriptive method. The research population was nursing professional students in the Jember district, with an accidental sampling technique totaling 255 students Result: The results showed that nursing students' motivation had a mean value of 28.17 and a minimum-maximum of 20-36. Indicators of motivation need for achievement with a mean (9.66) and min-max value (7-12), the need for affiliation with a mean value (13.48) and a min-max value (7-16), and the need for power with a mean value (5.02) with min-max value (0-8). Conclusion: The conclusion of the research shows that the motivation of students in the Nursing profession is not optimal. The motivation of students of the Nursing profession can be increased using the surrounding environment, namely family, educational institutions, and places of practice providing support to students of the Nursing profession. The recommendation for nursing professional students is to keep self-motivated in pursuing the ners profession.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Satisfaction with the accepted model between expectations (the standard of performance that should be) with the actual performance received by the customer, the value satisfaction felt by patients after getting health services. The quality of nursing services is the most important thing in health service agencies, to achieve the expectations and needs of customers (patients). Good quality nursing service will increase customer (patient) satisfaction. This study aims to see the relationship between patient satisfaction and quality of nursing services in clinics in Jember Regency. This type of research used in this study with a cross sectional approach. The research sample used quota sampling of 33 respondents. Chi-Square statistical test with a significance level of p <0.05. The results showed that patient satisfaction with satisfied criteria and the quality of nursing services with good criteria. Chi-Square test resulted in a value of p = 0.020 and a contingency coefficient of 0.374. These results indicate that there is a weak relationship between Inpatient Satisfaction and Quality of Nursing Services in Clinics in Jember Regency. It is expected from this research that the clinic will improve the quality of nursing services to provide patient satisfaction. Keywords: patient satisfaction, quality of nursing services ABSTRAK Kepuasan merupakan model kesenjangan antara harapan (standar kinerja yang seharusnya) dengan kinerja aktual yang diterima pelanggan, kepuasan nilai subjektif yang dirasakan pasien setelah mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan. Mutu pelayanan keperawatan merupakan hal terpenting dalam instansi jasa pelayanan kesehatan, untuk mencapai harapan dan kebutuhan pelanggan (pasien). Mutu pelayanan keperawatan yang baik akan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan (pasien). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan pasien dengan mutu pelayanan keperawatan di klinik di Kabupaten Jember. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan quota sampling sebanyak 33 responden. Uji statistik Chi-Square dengan tingkat kemaknaan p < 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepuasan pasien dengan kriteria puas dan mutu pelayanan keperawatan dengan kriteria baik. Uji Chi-Square dihasilkan nilai p = 0,020 dan koefisien kontingensi 0,374. Hasil ini menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang lemah Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Inap dengan Mutu Pelayanan Keperawatan di klinik di kabupaten Jember. Diharapkan dari penelitian ini agar pihak klinik meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan untuk memberikan kepuasan pasien. Kata kunci: kepuasan pasien, mutu pelayanan keperawatan

Keywords : Compensation, Leadership Style, Employee’s Performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Utama Husada Ambulu Jember. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan Rumah sakit Utama Husada Ambulu Jember sebanyak 45 orang yang dipilih secara random. Pengumpulan data menggunakan insrumen berupa kuesioner yang diuji dengan validitas dan reliabilitas. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian yang lain menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan dibandingkan dengan kompensasi. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki implikasi bahwa kompensasi dan gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan rumah sakit Utama Husada.
