Abstract

Sebagian Masyarakat di Kelurahan Aie Pacah Kecamatan Koto Tangah Kota Padang berada diperlintasan Saluran Udara Tegangan Tinggi (SUTT). Adanya SUTT ini menimbulkan keresahan dikalangan masyarakat disekitarnya. Keresahan ini timbul karena masyarakat pada umumnya tidak mengerti tentang pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh medan listrik dan medan magnet. Oleh karena itu, melihat kondisi tersebut, maka kami mengadakan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat tentang dampak medan listrik dan medan magnet disekitar perlintasan SUTT. Kegiatan ini memberikan informasi tentang bagaimana dampak yang ditimbulkan dari medan magnet dan medan listrik di sekitar jalur SUTT, agar masyarakat mengerti cara menanggulanginya dengan baik. kegiatan ini berbentuk sosialisasi berupa ceramah yang meliputi presentasi hasil-hasil penelitian serta pemaparan peraturan-peraturan pemerintah berhubungan dengan batas batas aman untuk masyarakat.  Evaluasi dilakukan dengan cara diskusi tentang dampak yang ditimbulkan dari medan magnet dan medan listrik serta cara menanggulanginya. Hasil dari diskusi ini memberikan rasa aman dan kepuasan kepada masyarakat disana, dengan tanpa tekanan faktor phisikis dari dampak listrik tegangan tinggi.

Abstract

As the growth of technology and telecommunication network, demands of mobile technology is also raised. The quality of the network will decrease by the insufficient number of network and cell to support the growth of user, and the scope of e-Node B is not optimal. The method of cell splitting can be used to solve the problem, this method splitting macro cell network become smaller size of cell with scoping area of each without interruption. The planning of new site as microcell implemented in area of Flamboyan Baru using XL operator. As the count gained, 1 site microcell and 2 cell with the antenna of 18,5 meters and power of 38 dBm, cell splitting method could increase network quality and improve the average number of parameter RSRP, SINR, and throughput, also proving that the implementation of cell splitting in microcell could escalate the quality of LTE network, the improvement of network quality in SINR parameter with average number of 24,23 dB with category of very good, RSRP parameter with average number of -94,28 dBm with category good, and the average number of throughput reach 63.094,91 kbps with category very good.

Abstract

Badan Kontak Majelis Taklim (BKMT) merupakan induk majelis taklim se-Indonesia. BKMT berfungsi sebagai media pemberdayaan dan pengembangan pendidikan keagamaan baik bagi setiap anggota organisasi maupun bagi masyarakat dan bangsa secara keseluruhan. BKMT Kecamatan Padang Utara merupakan salah satu BKMT yang berada di Kota Padang. BKMT ini mewadahi bidang dakwah, pendidikan, sosial dan pemberdayaan ekonomi. Permasalahan yang muncul pada bidang pemberdayaan ekonomi  adalah masih terbatasnya keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh anggota, keterbatasan waktu untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan dan keterbatasan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana  mempromosikan produk yang telah dihasilkan. Solusi yang diberikan yaitu melakukan pelatihan handycraft berupa pembuatan beberapa aksesoris.  Agar produk yang dihasilkan dapat dipromosikan secara online maka tim PKM juga akan memberikan tips bagaimana caranya mengoptimalkan smartphone yang dimiliki untuk membuat foto/video produk dan menggunakan software desain grafis canva untuk mendesain sebuah poster. Sedangkan untuk keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki oleh anggota untuk hadir dalam kegiatan pelatihan yang nantinya dilaksanakan tim PKM akan membuatkan video tutorial pembuatan handycraft. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dulu dengan paparan tentang adaptasi teknologi pada era digital. Dilanjutkan paparan informasi apasaja yang harus ada pada sebuah poster dan mendesain poster pada canva dengan menggunakan template yang telah tersedia. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan membuat handycraft berupa bros dan tasbih. Karya yang telah dibuat difoto dan diedit dengan software canva yang hasilnya nanti dapat digunakan sebagai media promosi. Dengan kegiatan ini diharapkan permasalahan mitra dapat diatasi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

The Long-Term Evolution (LTE) technology is currently evolving in the cellular communication system. Currently, LTE technology is only used for faster internet data activities. Unfortunately, phone calls still rely on second-generation (2G) or third-generation (3G) networks. To improve the quality of voice calls, one of the ways is through the utilization of Voice Over LTE (VoLTE) technology. The reason for using VoLTE in fourth-generation (4G) networks includes the voice quality based on Internet Protocol (IP). This study analyzes the performance of VoLTE technology networks. Based on the data collected, the Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP) with a percentage of 37.73% falls into the Good category, Signal to Interference Noise Ratio (SINR) with a percentage of 55.32% falls into the Fair category, and Throughput with a percentage of 66.16% falls into the Poor category. In terms of delay, it has a score of 4, categorized as very good, jitter has a score of 3, categorized as good, and packet loss has a score of 4, categorized as very good. The optimization results using physical tuning show that the Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP) falls into the Good category with a percentage of 52.8%, Signal to Interference Noise Ratio (SINR) falls into the Good category with a percentage of 70%, and Throughput falls into the Very Good category with a percentage of 64.50%.

Abstract

This measurement aims to analyze the quality of the 4G LTE network and its relationship with the quality of service (QoS) parameters on the performance of TCP/IP provider XL Axiata in Lolong Belanti Village. The measurement results show that the network with the quality category "Good" to "Excellent" has a percentage value of RSRP 97.5%, SINR 75.52%, and Throughput is categorized as good (Good) based on KPI. In comparison, the network with the category "Poor" to "Fair" shows a percentage value of RSRP 2.5% and SINR 24.48%. The measurement also found that RSRP and SINR parameters significantly affect QoS, with increasing RSRP and SINR values associated with increasing Download Bandwidth, Upload Bandwidth, and Throughput. The highest quality was achieved in the "Excellent" SINR category, with a Download Bandwidth of 42.60 Mbps, an Upload Bandwidth of 28.30 Mbps, and a Throughput of 2,543 kbps. However, there was a significant decrease in the "Poor" category, especially in Download Bandwidth and Throughput. Factors such as packet loss, jitter, and delay were also analyzed, with the results showing that the highest packet loss occurred in the "Poor" category. In contrast, jitter and delay dominated the "Poor and Fair" categories. These findings indicate the importance of RSRP and SINR parameters in determining the quality of 4G LTE networks and their impact on user experience.

Abstract

In general, monitoring of animal growth and health is done directly by farmers (invasive measurement methods) which can cause cows to be injured or experience stress. To avoid this, several studies have been conducted on non-invasive methods using image processing technology. In this study, we systematically reviewed several works of literature to identify and synthesize published articles on image processing technology and image processing applications related to weight estimation and individual cattle identification. Analysis of image processing technologies used for weight estimation and individual cattle identification is the main objective of this article. Articles were searched through several databases and studies that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed and used in the review. The studies were divided into three main themes: image processing technologies, applications using image processing, and image processing research on cattle growth and health. It can be concluded that deep learning approaches are increasingly being studied, tested and considered as a viable and promising approach to monitor cattle weight and health in several aspects

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk mengatasi kemacetan lalu lintas sudah banyak digunakan, salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan CCTV. Citra dari CCTV diurai antara foreground (citra kendaraan, sebagai salah satu komponen penyebab kemacetan) dan backgroundnya (citra latar lalu lintas), fokus penelitian salah satunya adalah cara menentukan background model dengan berbagai macam teknik. Pada penelitian ini mencoba memberikan alternatif penentuan background model dengan menerapkan kandidat sampling background sebagai background model. Lokasi penelitan pada simpang bypass ketaping padang dan pengambilan gambar menggunakan raspberry pi dan web camera dengan arah tembakan menyamping dan durasi tembakan tiap menit. Hasil yang didapatkan cukup memuaskan terutama pada kondisi pagi dan siang hari. Abstract The use of information technology to overcome traffic congestion has been widely used, one of them is by using CCTV. The image of CCTV is parsed between the foreground (vehicle image, as one of the components of the congestion cause) and the background (traffic background image), the focus of research is one way of determining the background model with various techniques. In this research try to give alternative background model determination by applying background sampling candidate as background model. Research location at intersection bypass ketaping and taking pictures using raspberry pi and web camera with sideways shot direction and duration of shots every minute. The results obtained are quite satisfactory, especially in the condition of morning and afternoon.
