Abstract

ABSTRAK Pos Pembinaan Terpadu Penyakit Tidak Menular (Posbindu PTM) merupakan usaha pemerintah dalam menanggulangi penyakit tidak menular. Masih rendahnya angka pemanfaatan Posbindu oleh masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan pelayanan posbindu menyebabkan tingginya angka kesakitan dan kematian. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menjelaskan hubungan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM oleh masyarakat di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Martapura 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan teknik purposive sampling pada 85 orang masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada periode Bulan Maret - April tahun 2019. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji chi square hasil menunjukkan  yaitu pendidikan (p-value = 0,029), pekerjaan (p-value = 0,022) OR = 4,30 (1,32 - 14,04), dukungan keluarga (p-value= 0,001) OR = 7,71 (2,70 - 22,06) , dukungan petugas kesehatan (p-value= 0,001) OR= 8,27 (2,80 - 24,49), dukungan kader kesehatan (p-value= 0,001) OR= 7,07 (2,23 - 22,45), dan dukungan teman sebaya (p-value= 0,001) PR= 5,84 (2,11 - 16,15). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan, pekerjaan, dukungan keluarga, dukungan petugas kesehatan, dukungan kader kesehatan dan dukungan teman sebaya memiliki hubungan pada pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM. Kata-kata kunci: Determinan, pemanfaatan, Posbindu, Puskesmas, Martapura  ABSTRACT Integrated Post Training of Non-Communicable Diseases (Posbindu PTM) is a government effort in tackling non-communicable diseases. The low utilization rate of Posbindu by the community in utilizing posbindu services can be seen from the PTM Posbindu visit data for the last three months of 2018 for long visits namely in October 365 visits, then in November it decreased to 348 visits and in December it decreased by 297 visits. Theoretically, a person is said to utilize a health service if attending the health service regularly in the last three months without causing disruption to daily activities. The purpose of this research is to explain the relationship between the factors that influence the utilization of Posbindu PTM by the community in the Work Area of Martapura Public Health Center 2.1,315-14,036), family support (p-value= 0.001) PR= 7,714 (95% CI2,698-22,057), support of health workers (p-value  0.001) PR= 8.273 (95% CI 2,795-24,488), support for health cadres (p-value= 0.001) PR= 7.071 (95% CI 2,227-22,454), and peer support (p-value= 0.001) PR= 5.844 (95% CI2,114-16,151. This shows that education, employment, family support, health worker support, health cadre support and peer support have a relationship to the use of Posbindu PTM.Keywords : Determinant, utilization, Posbindu, Primary Health Care, Martapura

Abstract

This study discusses the infusion detection device in a hospital room. This tool is designed to help hospital nurses to cope more quickly to avoid problems due to the infusion. Load cell sensors are used as heavy detectors that send notifications to the nurses through the telegram application that has been installed. The nurse will get a notification message sent to the telegram if the sensor has read the weight. The tool is made using a load cell sensor and NodeMCU Wi-FiESP866 which functions to send notification of the results of sensor data input to the Internet of Things (IOT) platform namely Telegram. Nurses need to be connected to the internet network to get notifications on the telegram. Test results show that the time needed to send and receive notifications on Telegram takes about 2-5 seconds. The message will be sent 3 times, first the infusion WARNING is almost exhausted (alert), second the infusion WARNING is almost exhausted (standby) and the infusion WARNING is almost exhausted (please replace). If the infusion is not replaced by the nurse, it will be warned by Buzzer. However, time can be influenced by the available internet network connectivity. However, time can be affected by the available internet network.

Abstract

Waktu tunggu yang lama adalah salah satu komponen yang menyebabkan ketidakpuasan pasien. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimental dengan desain post test only control group. Jumlah sampel adalah 70, instrumen kuesioner kepuasan dan lembar observasi waktu tunggu. Uji analisis menggunakan uji-T dan uji Mann Whitney. Lokasi penelitian di RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini yaitu kepuasan rata-rata pasien online adalah 107,31 dan pasien offline adalah 105,89. Ada perbedaan dalam kepuasan pasien online dan pasien offline (p = 0,001). Waktu tunggu rata-rata untuk pasien online adalah 50,3 menit dan pasien offline adalah 165,46 menit. Ada perbedaan waktu tunggu untuk pasien online dan pasien offline di rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Ratu Zalecha Martapura (p-value 0,003). Ada perbedaan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan sebesar 16,08. Kepuasan pasien online dan waktu tunggu telah mencapai kepuasan SPM (90%) dan waktu tunggu <60 menit sementara kepuasan offline belum mencapai SPM.

Abstract

Broadband wireless access technology has taken the lead in communication technology development, enabling users to communicate with fast data speeds and extensive coverage.. Problems that frequently arise in mobile communication systems are the wide range of services and the level of network service quality. Thus, optimization is carried out to improve network quality in the Lubuk Kilangan area by using the drive test method to determine the quality of the network and bad spot areas and analyzed using terms discovery software. The reason behind the findings of this study is that the optimal link budget value for 4G LTE infrastructure in Lubuk Kilangan is higher than the current industry standard due to the unique characteristics of the area. According to the analysis and calculation of the link budget, power additions, and antenna tilting alterations were carried out for optimization. The power quality of the RSRP parameter increased from the fair (orange) area of 2.58 to 0.29. For the SINR parameter, For the SINR parameter, there was also an increase in quality at poor category locations in the KPI parameters (Range RSRP) locations from 0.08% to 0.05%, resulting in SINR bad spots decreasing. The proportion for Throughput after optimization remains the same, at 100%. Indicating that there had been a good increase in the coverage area, making the coverage in the Lubuk Kilangan area good. It is necessary to conduct a deeper study by comparing several types of antenna orientation, including tilt, depending on various factors such as the deployment scenario, coverage requirements, interference considerations, and the specific characteristics of picocells, femtocells, and repeaters. Future research could explore the impact of other factors, such as network topology and user behavior, on link budget optimization of 4G LTE infrastructure in different contexts

Abstract

As the growth of technology and telecommunication network, demands of mobile technology is also raised. The quality of the network will decrease by the insufficient number of network and cell to support the growth of user, and the scope of e-Node B is not optimal. The method of cell splitting can be used to solve the problem, this method splitting macro cell network become smaller size of cell with scoping area of each without interruption. The planning of new site as microcell implemented in area of Flamboyan Baru using XL operator. As the count gained, 1 site microcell and 2 cell with the antenna of 18,5 meters and power of 38 dBm, cell splitting method could increase network quality and improve the average number of parameter RSRP, SINR, and throughput, also proving that the implementation of cell splitting in microcell could escalate the quality of LTE network, the improvement of network quality in SINR parameter with average number of 24,23 dB with category of very good, RSRP parameter with average number of -94,28 dBm with category good, and the average number of throughput reach 63.094,91 kbps with category very good.

Abstract

Desa Panton Luas merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Sawang, Kabupaten Aceh Selatan, Provinsi Aceh – Indonesia yang memiliki pertambangan emas ilegal. Sampai saat ini, tambang emas tradisional masih banyak dilakukan oleh masyarakat karena alasan ekonomi. Pada penelitian ini dibuat alat pendeteksi konduktifitas logam (emas) pada studi kasus Desa Panton Luas, Kecamatan Sawang. Alat pendeteksi ini dapat mendeteksi nilai induksi logam pada tanah maupun batu. Sensor konduktivitas akan mendeteksi logam yang terkandung dalam batu atau tanah dari hasil penambangan. Untuk mendeteksi keberadaan sebuah logam hanya tinggal meletakkan sampel batu maupun tanah ke objek pendeteksian dengan jarak sensing yang sudah disesuaikan. Apabila alat tersebut mendeteksi adanya logam (emas) pada sampel batu/tanah, LCD menampilkan niliai induksi dari logam tersebut. Pengujian yang dilakukan pada alat ini dengan tiga jenis lilitan 12, 20 dan 30 lilitan. Dan memiliki nilai yang berbeda-beda. Nilai berpengaruh pada lilitan,semakin banyak lilitan semakin baik nilai yang akan dibaca. Dan sebaliknya, semakin kecil/sedikit lilitan yang diuji, maka semakin sering terjadi nois atau nilai yang dibaca semakin menurun. Alat juga berpengaruh pada besar dan tidaknya nilai resistor ohm, nilai ohm pada resistor yang stabil pada alat ini 300-400 ohm. Alat ini dapat mempermudah masyarakat untuk mengetahui dengan mudah adanya logam yang terkandung dalam tahan/batu dari hasil penambangan.

Abstract

Smart agricultural technology by applying the internet of things (IoT) purposes to make farmers' work more efficient due to the automation system and assist farmers in monitoring the condition of their agricultural land. The focus of discussion in this research is the application of smart agriculture system technology that uses the concept of embedded systems for soil and hydroponic planting media. This system applies an automation system for water irrigation and fertilizer irrigation using four tanks, namely a water source, a water irrigation tank, a fertilizer tank, and a water circulation system in hydroponics. The system is also equipped with weather monitoring based on temperature, rainfall, and light intensity. Other parameters contained in this system are soil pH, water pH, TDS, fertilizer availability, and irrigation pump status. The monitoring system based on the Android application displays all parameters and the status of the devices used.

Abstract

SMK Semen Padang adalah sekolah di bawah yayasan PT. Semen Padang dan merupakan sekolah kejuruan yang menghasilkan anak didik yang sesuai dengan standar industri. Kurikulum SMK Semen Padang sudah menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan industri. Siswa-siswi SMK Semen Padang sudah ditahap mengetahui pengaplikasian IoT (Internet of Thing). Namun tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang pembuatan aplikasi android untuk smart system belum pernah dicoba dan belum ada diberikan dalam kurikulum di sekolah. Hal ini menjadi permasalahan bagi mitra karena SMK Semen Padang mempunyai keinginan untuk dapat terlibat dalam kegiatan tahun nasional tingkat SMK, yaitu Lomba Krestifitas Mahasiswa. Penjelasan ini merupakan permasalahan utama yang ingin diselesaikan oleh pihak sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan dampak pada pengembangan mata pelajaran bidang TIK khususnya pada materi aplikasi teknologi android dan mendukung siswa untuk memiliki kreatifitas dan inovasi-inovasi sehingga nantinya dapat mengambil peran ikut dalam ajang nasional. Metode yang dipakai pada kegiatan ini yaitu diskusi, ceramah, bimbingan dan pelatihan. Tahap pertama tim PkM memberikan diskusi dan ceramah mengenai aplikasi android pada smart system, selanjutnya tim melakukan bimbingan dan pelatihan pembuatan aplikasi android yaitu Wokwi, ThingSpeak, dan MIT App Inventor. Kegiatan PkM yang sudah dilakukan adalah ceramah materi, bimbingan teknis, pelatihan aplikasi Andorid, implementasi sistem pada smartphone serta penyerahan produk pada pihak mitra. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner kegiatan PkM pada SMK Semen Padang berjalan dan sesuai dengan target yang di inginkan.

Abstract

Lembah Gumanti Sub-District is one of the sub-districts in Solok Regency where people are on average separated from each other so that they spread out from one another. This is different from people who live in urban areas where they are close to one another. In addition, this area is dominant with hills and trees causing a performance degredation in 2G and 4G network performance. This study aims to find out how the quality of the 2G and 4G network of Telkomsel operators on the causeway in Lembah Gumanti District where data collection is carried out by means of a drive test using Tems pocket. The results showed that for the 2G network on RxLev it still showed poor results while on RxQual it showed good results. While making a call there were also 2 drop calls from 9 call attempts. Meanwhile for the 4G network the RSRP and SINR parameters showed poor results. Therefore, an increase in network performance is needed to increase people's satisfaction in the area.

Abstract

The FTTH network is currently a reliable network concept used in an era where very fast access to information is needed as it is today, but several problems arise in the FTTH network, for example, reduced data transmission speed due to losses in the transmission cable connection or drop core. In this study, activation of the FTTH network will be carried out so that it can function for internet data transmission and observations will also be made of the connection losses on the 10-meter dropcore cable with the number of connections respectively, namely no connection, 1 connection, and 2 connections, where each connection obtains connection losses from 0.00 to 0.02 dB which will affect the total attenuation obtained in the activated FTTH network. Standard attenuation for fiber optic network activation starting from OLT to ONT according to IEEE Std 802.3ah states that the permissible attenuation / loss tolerance is between 20-24 to 29 dB. Splicing losses are caused by errors in the process of joining the fiber optic cable cores. The number of connections in a fiber optic cable can affect the attenuation value in the fiber optic cable. The more connections, the higher the attenuation in the fiber optic cable.
