Abstract

Latar Belakang : Puasa sunnah Senin Kamis merupakan puasa yang dilakukan pada hari senin dan kamis yang hukumnya sunnah. Banyak orang belum mengetahui manfaat kesehatan bagi tubuh manusia bila melakukan puasa tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh puasa sunnah senin kamis terhadap jumlah jenis leukosit. Metode : Penelitian ini bersifat analitik jenis cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel dengan kriteria usia antara 19 sampai 22 tahun, sehat, tidak menstruasi (bagi perempuan) dan tidak perokok yang berjumlah 25. Sampel yang diteliti berjumlah 10 sampel. Pengambilan sampel darah dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali, pengambilan darah sebelum dan sesudah puasa sunnah senin kamis. Setelah itu, dilakukan pemeriksaan hitung jenis leukosit. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan ini dilakukan uji normalitas dan uji T berpasangan.Sel basofil memiliki nilai p = 0,191 ( ditolak), sel eosinofil memiliki nilai p 0,007 ( diterima), sel neutrofil segmen memiliki nilai p = 0,000 maka ( diterima), sel neutrofil batang memiliki nilai p = 0,191 ( ditolak), sel limfosit memiliki nilai p = 0,000 ( diterima) dan sel monosit memiliki nilai p = 0,732 ( ditolak). Berdasarkan hipotesis yaitu Ho ditolak (tidak ada pengaruh) dan H1 diterima (ada pengaruh) dengan nilai p<0,05, artinya selisih rata-rata berbeda sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa adanya pengaruh puasa sunnah senin kamis terhadap hitung jenis leukosit. Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh puasa sunnah Senin Kamis terhadap hitung jenis leukosit. Pada sel eosinofil, neutrofil segmen dan limfosit. Diharapkan kepada masyarakat untuk melakukan puasa sunnah Senin Kamis karena dapat meningkatkan sistem imun dalam tubuh manusia

Abstract

Transmigration is one of the government programs that aim to create a new growth center by establishing an activity center through the development of basic business patterns. Development of the main business pattern is carried out through the management of land resources for agriculture. Improper management of land resources can lead to a decrease in environmental quality. Therefore, it is necessary to know the potential carrying capacity of ecosystem service to plan agricultural development. Parameters are used to analyze the carrying capacity of ecosystem services as provisioning based on environmental services for water and food provisioning. The environmental service assessment method for water and food provisioning is calculated using weighting and scoring. The total value of the carrying capacity of ecosystem services as provisioning is obtained from the calculation of the two parameters using the Simple Additive Weighting method. The results of the analysis show that the value of the carrying capacity of ecosystem service as provisioning is classified as very low. This indicates that the capability of the land for agricultural development is very low. Agricultural development requires conservation actions to increase the carrying capacity of ecosystem service. Recommendations for conservation actions are carried out through land use arrangements.

Abstract

A community service activity was carried out in Sukosari Village, Kasembon District, to improve the marketing of halal products. However, limited marketing processes have resulted in underdevelopment of food production by MSMEs. Therefore, this Community Service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of business actors in implementing Occupational Health and Safety, Clean Production, Marketing Strategies, and the benefits of antioxidants from Kasembon MSME food products. The methods used included location surveys, involving (Paguyuban Destinasi Usaha Kasembon) PADUKA, and continued with education and mentoring. This activity was attended by 10 participants consisting of business actors. Based on the results of the activity, it can be concluded that education/exposure increased the knowledge, motivation, and interest of participants in Kasembon MSMEs. With counseling and training, participants' knowledge and awareness increased. The results of this community service activity show that the knowledge and awareness of the community, especially business actors, regarding the importance of occupational safety, sanitation, marketing strategies and antioxidant content has increased through socialization activities, training, mentoring and monitoring and evaluation. MSMEs have realized the importance of improving marketing through various methods, including using AI (Artificial Intelligence).

Abstract

Ngawi Regency is a major rice production center in East Java, playing a strategic role in supporting food security. However, conventional farming practices that depend heavily on chemical inputs have caused environmental degradation, soil nutrient imbalance, and reduced farmer welfare. To address these issues, the local government implemented the Sustainable Environmentally Friendly Agriculture (PRLB) program to promote a more adaptive and sustainable system. This study evaluates the sustainability status of PRLB across five dimensions—ecological, economic, social, technological, and institutional—and identifies key leverage factors. A multidimensional quantitative approach using Multi-dimensional Scaling (MDS) with RAP-FARM software was applied. Data were collected from 204 farmers and experts, supported by institutional records. The analysis included the calculation of sustainability indices, identification of sensitive attributes through leverage analysis, and Monte Carlo validation. Results show that PRLB is moderately sustainable, with an overall index of 67.28 on a 0–100 scale. Dimension scores were 63.43 (ecology), 69.04 (economy), 71.30 (social), 65.30 (technology), and 67.32 (institutional). Sensitive attributes include organic fertilizer use, waste management, by-product valorization, farmer group participation, youth regeneration, and extension services. Monte Carlo validation confirmed stable results. Overall, PRLB shows positive progress but requires strengthening, particularly in ecological, technological, and institutional aspects.

Abstract

Boon Pring Andeman Ecotourism Area is a developing nature-based tourism destination characterized by bamboo forests, lakes, and natural water sources. However, the ecological quality of this area has not yet been comprehensively evaluated. Bioindicators, particularly aerial insects, can be used to assess ecosystem conditions because they are sensitive to environmental changes. This study aimed to identify the diversity of aerial insects across four habitat types in the Boon Pring Andeman area, namely the bamboo forest, lakeside area, mahogany forest, and mixed forest; to determine insect groups with potential as bioindicators; and to evaluate ecosystem quality. Insects were sampled through field surveys and identified at the family level. The results recorded 23 insect families distributed across the four study sites. Among them, the family Papilionidae showed potential as a bioindicator of ecosystem quality, although further studies are needed to confirm its reliability. Analysis of ecological indices, including the Shannon–Wiener diversity index, evenness index, and species richness index, showed variations among the four habitats, indicating differences in ecological conditions within the Boon Pring Andeman ecosystem.

Abstract

A single and long-term use of inorganic fertilizers harms soil quality. Therefore, it is highly recommended that inorganic fertilizers be combined with other fertilizers. This study explores the synergistic effect of inorganic, organic, and biofertilizers on maize rhizosphere properties and production. Biochar (BC) and compost (OF) were applied as organic sources, a consortium of phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB) was applied as phosphate biofertilizers, while urea and NPK-PONSKA fertilizers (IF) were used as inorganic fertilizers. A greenhouse experiment was designed as a completely randomized arrangement involving six treatments in triplicate, namely control (only IF), a combination of IF+BC, IF+PSB, IF+BC+PSB, IF+PSB+OF, and IF+BC+OF+PSB. The best changes in soil microbial and chemical properties, maize root dry weight, and production were observed in the IF+BC+OF+PSB combination, followed by IF+OF+PSB, IF+BC+PSB and (IF+BC; IF+PSB) and control treatment, respectively. A fertilizer combination involving the addition of BC (IF+BC, IF+BC+PSB, IF+BC+OF +PSB) significantly increased soil organic C content and soil pH compared to without biochar (IF+PSB and IF+OF+PSB). A higher root dry weight also results in higher maize production. Maize production Increased in the 4, 3, and 2 combinations compared to production in the control by 43.11%, 31.32-36.55%, and 18.57%-21.34%, respectively. In conclusion, the synergy of biochar, compost, and PSB, when integrated with fertilizer, can improve soil quality and the sustainability of maize production.
