Abstract

A research using magnetotelluric method have been done in Blawan geothermal field, Bondowoso, East Java. This research done to identify the geothermal system of research area based on its resistivity value. Magnetotelluric measurement done in 19 point with spaces 250 m up to 1200 m each other. The tools used in this research is Metronix ADU-07e that measure three components of the magnetic field (????????, ???????? dan ???????? ) and two components of the electric field (???????? dan ????????). Data obtained in the form of an apparent resistivity and phase value in the frequency domain in the range of 0,01 Hz to 10.000 Hz. All of measurement points are divided into four 2D modeling profile. The results of 2D modeling indicate that the geothermal system in the research area consists of caprock zone (≤32 Ω.m), reservoir zone (>32 Ω.m - ≤512 Ω.m), and a heat source zone (>512 Ω.m). Beside that, based on the modeling result it also identified the presence of several faults that support Blawan geothermal system.

Abstract

One of Indonesia's regions, Pacitan, is an earthquake-prone area where one of the consequences of the earthquake is the phenomenon of soil liquefaction. Soil liquefaction is the process of changing or transforming the form from a solid to a liquid form. The purpose of this study was to analyze the potential for liquefaction based on field data at the finite element PLTU Sudimoro Pacitan or FEM method. There are three location plans for the liquefaction potential analysis point, namely C-36, S-58, and TC-32 based on earthquake data. Point C-36 has the possibility of liquefaction. For the point S-58 has conditions that will definitely experience liquefaction. Meanwhile, Point TC-32 has the possibility of liquefaction. The subsidence that occurs due to the earthquake load has a large enough impact on land subsidence, namely at point C-36

Abstract

Talangagung Edu-Tourism Landfill is one of the landfills in Indonesia that leads to the Edu-Tourism Landfill. Thus, there is a need for OHS risk management for workers to improve service to tourists. Aim of the study is to determine, identify, analyze, and compile hazard sources or injury potential and risk assessment in activities from technical workers in the work area of Talangagung Edu-Tourism, as well as risk control that can be applied to reduce the consequences of each hazard sources or injury potential. The data collected through observations, interviews, and brainstorming to all technical workers and a chief. The processing of occupational health and safety risk management data was based on the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) concept. The hazard source or injury potential identification finds 7 activities. Each of which several steps along with their hazard source or injury potential and consequences identified. There are 43 hazard sources or injury potentials, from which, based on the risk assessment, 14 are extreme (E), 12 are high (H), 2 are medium (M), and 15 are low (L). The control divided into two. Eight of the controls conducted by the management of Talangagung Edu-Tourism and seventeen of the rest controls suggested by the researcher. By applying OHS Risk Management, they will increase the number of tourists because it improves the quality of the workers in service. Keywords: Job Safety analysis, OHS, risk management.

Abstract

In the process of implementing a project, few people find projects that go according to plan. In general, there are projects that are behind schedule, both in terms of time and schedule, but there are also projects that experience acceleration from the originally planned schedule. Project delay is a problem that arises as a result of unplanned construction implementation. Damage to the state due to additional costs and delays is one of the impacts of project delays. The purpose of this research is to track project implementation, identify factors that cause delays, calculate the cost of delays that occur, find root causes and suggest alternative solutions that can be used to anticipate project delays. Monitoring and evaluating delays require an approach that includes the use of Microsoft Project Tracking, Fishbone Charts, and Root Cause Analysis. Alternative methods are used to track performance and analyze delays in public service building projects. The results showed a lack of understanding of human resources in terms of planning/evaluating existing plans, lack of training programs related to the field of work being handled, and poor schedule planning causing a lack of lightning rods, installation in the main building, lighting in changing rooms, grounding systems, central duct/airline, less power cables than needed and original water source using PAM water converted into deep pumping wells.

Abstract

Transmigration is one of the government programs that aim to create a new growth center by establishing an activity center through the development of basic business patterns. Development of the main business pattern is carried out through the management of land resources for agriculture. Improper management of land resources can lead to a decrease in environmental quality. Therefore, it is necessary to know the potential carrying capacity of ecosystem service to plan agricultural development. Parameters are used to analyze the carrying capacity of ecosystem services as provisioning based on environmental services for water and food provisioning. The environmental service assessment method for water and food provisioning is calculated using weighting and scoring. The total value of the carrying capacity of ecosystem services as provisioning is obtained from the calculation of the two parameters using the Simple Additive Weighting method. The results of the analysis show that the value of the carrying capacity of ecosystem service as provisioning is classified as very low. This indicates that the capability of the land for agricultural development is very low. Agricultural development requires conservation actions to increase the carrying capacity of ecosystem service. Recommendations for conservation actions are carried out through land use arrangements.
