Abstract

Penelitian  ini  merupakan  teknik  analisis  deskriptif  dan  analisis  regresi  berganda. Teknik analisis deskriptif digunakan   untuk mendeskripsikan variabel gaya  kepemimpinan  kepala  sekolah  (X)  dan  kinerja  guru  (Y). Sedangkan analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap terikat, gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) di SD Kartini I Batam secara parsial.Hasil penelitian  ini  adalah  sebagai berikut: berdasarkan  analisis distribusi frekuensi  sebagian  besar  (60%) guru  di  SD Kartini I Batam  menyatakan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah adalah baik dan sebagian besar 83.7%) kinerja guru di SD Kartini I Batam  adalah tinggi atau baik. Dari analisis analisis regresi berganda dengan  menggunakan  taraf  kesalahan  5%.  Secara parsial  dapat  diketahui  variabel Untuk gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X2) mempunyai Sigt 0,003 0,05. Thitung (9,656)   ttabel  (0,679)  dan tingkat signifikansi (0,000) sehingga  dapat  dikatakan  secara  parsial gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru (Y). Nilai Angka  Adjusted R  square menunjukkan  koefisien  determinasi  sebesar  90,7% . yang berarti perubahan variabel kinerja guru (Y) disebabkan oleh gaya kepemimpinan kepala  sekolah  (X),  sedangkan  sisanya 9.3%%  disebabkan oleh  faktor  di  luar  variabel  yang tidak dibahas  dalam  penelitian  ini.  Kemudian  penghitungan Sumbangan Efektif  secara  parsial  variabel gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X) adalah  sebesar  93.243%.  Dengan  demikian  dapat  disimpulkan  bahwa  gaya kepemimpinan  kepala  sekolah  (X)  sangat  berpengaruh  terhadap  variabel kinerja guru (Y).

Abstract

Problem formulation which can be laid open in this research shall be as follows: 1) Whether behavioral factors of leader, motivate and environment work by together have an effect on to labour capacity of employees on part of production at PT. Madukara Malang, 2) Among behavioral factors of leader, motivate and environment work the, which factor having an effect on dominant to labour capacity of employees on part of production at PT. Madukara Malang. As for research target is to analyze the behavioral factors influence of leader, motivate, and environment work by together to labour capacity of employees on part of production at PT. Madukara Malang and also to analyze which the factors among behavioral factor of leader, motivate, and job environment having an effect on dominant to labour capacity of employees on part of production at PT. Madukara.  Result of test F indicate that by together behavioral variable of duty, behavioral of relation, motivate the intrinsic, motivate the extrinsic, and environment work by together have an effect on by significant to labour capacity of employees on part of production at PT. Madukara Worse luck, meaning progressively mount the duty behavioral, behavioral of relation, motivate the intrinsic, motivate the extrinsic, and environment work hence reached labour capacity will mount. Result of research indicate that the change of labour capacity equal to 78,2% because of change by together duty behavioral, behavioral of relation, motivate the intrinsic, motivate the extrinsic, and environment work, while the rest 21,8% because dissimilar variable which not checked.  Result of t test obtained by result that duty behavioral, behavioral of relation, motivate the extrinsic and environment work to have an effect on by significant to labour capacity. In the reality behavioral variable of duty represent the dominant variable have an effect on to labour capacity, become the head behavioral represent the variable having an effect on dominant to labour capacity of employees on part of production PT. Madukara worse luck tested.

Abstract

Principal research that you want to answer through this study is: Does work stress has direct influence on the performance of the employee, whether compensated directly influence employee performance. Does work stress affect the performance and compensation of employees simultaneously and partially PT. Harapan Citra Jaya. Results of this study, ie work stress directly affects the performance of employees based on the perception of 100 people scored 3,773 or (20.4%). compensation to employee performance scored 3,173 or (14.5%). So also with the stress of work and the compensation effect on the performance of the employees got together with the 7154 value (65.1%). From the analysis also found that it can be compared directly influence the three variables: the stress of work, compensation and performance of employees have an equally strong influence.
