Abstract

Dalam tulisan ini membahas Penekanan prinsip dan nilai ajaran islam pada variabel-variabel yang sudah populer dalam pandangan atau kajian konvensional. Tampaknya sudah terabaikan dan terlupakan oleh manajer-pemilik muslim padahal itu semua merupakan unsur penting serta sangat berharga dari sumber daya manusia Islam yang memang jarang  di adopsi oleh mereka dalam operasi bisnis yang dijalankannya. Variabel-variabel itu adalah motivasi, pengetahuan, pengalaman dan pelatihan bisnis. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode survei literatur. Penggunaan metode ini dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya perpustakaan dalam memperoleh data, melacak sumber-sumber sebelumnya untuk menyiapkan kerangka kerja teoritis dan mempertajam metodologi. Prinsip-prinsip  yang dipegang seorang modal manusia islam selain untuk meningkatkan produktifitas dalam mencapai laba perusahaan yang maksimal juga mendapatkan ridho Allah swt melalui pekerjaan yang sedang dikerjakannya.

Abstract

The concept of halal was initially understood as a religious provision related to what is permissible for Muslims to consume. However, over time, the meaning of halal has expanded significantly and is no longer limited to the aspect of consumption alone. Halal has developed into a broader value system that encompasses various economic activities, including production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services. This development has led to the emergence of the halal industry, which integrates Islamic principles into various sectors such as food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, fashion, finance, and tourism. This study aims to analyze the concept of halal as a foundation for the development of the halal industry from the perspective of Islamic economic law. The research employs a normative approach using a literature study method by examining Islamic legal sources, including the Qur’an, hadith, fiqh literature, and regulations related to halal product assurance. The findings indicate that the concept of halal is not only related to the legal permissibility of products but also reflects values of justice, transparency, cleanliness, and public welfare in economic activities. In Indonesia, the development of the halal industry is supported by regulations through Law No. 33 of 2014 on Halal Product Assurance, implemented by Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency with the involvement of Indonesian Ulema Council in determining halal fatwas.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi sinergi antara teknologi hijau dan filsafat ekonomi syariah sebagai solusi berkelanjutan untuk pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis yang melibatkan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip maqashid syariah mendukung penerapan teknologi hijau untuk menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa ekonomi syariah tidak hanya berorientasi pada keuntungan material tetapi juga mempertimbangkan aspek keberlanjutan lingkungan dan keadilan sosial. Kebaharuan dari penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi nilai spiritual syariah dengan solusi teknologi modern untuk mengatasi tantangan lingkungan. Adapun penelitian ini berkontribusi sebagai acuan kebijakan pemerintah dan lembaga ekonomi syariah dalam mendukung agenda pembangunan hijau yang berlandaskan nilai Islam. Abstract: This research aims to explore the synergy between green technology and Islamic economic philosophy as a sustainable solution for economic development in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach involving a literature study. The results show that the maqashid principle of sharia supports the application of green technology to maintain environmental sustainability and improve social welfare. This finding confirms that Islamic economics is not only orientated towards material profit but also considers aspects of environmental sustainability and social justice. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of sharia spiritual values with modern technological solutions to address environmental challenges. The research contributes as a reference for government policies and Islamic economic institutions in supporting the green development agenda based on Islamic values.
