Abstract

Covid-19 is a new type of virus that has hit countries around the world. Therefore, to combat this pandemic, it is health workers who have a major role in combating the spread of this virus. So this review was conducted to sensitize the public to help health workers in maintaining personal health and encouragement to eliminate negative views for health workers by interviewing and distributing questionnaires to collect data, which will then be processed and will be presented in the form of videos as a result of the project. Through the video will contain true, proper, and important information with moving animation which can attract everyone's attention. Through this video, people will know the importance of self-awareness on health that will have an impact on those around them and health workers at the time of this Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membuktikan brand experience, perceived value, brand personality, brand image, product quality dan service quality terhadap brand loyalty dengan brand trust sebagai variabel mediasi pada pengguna brand handphone di kota Batam. Populasi pada riset ini merupakan masyarakat Batam yang menggunakan smartphone. Metode purposive sampling dapat digunakan dalam mengumpulkan sampel dengan mengambil sampel atas pertimbangan tertentu salah satunya responden yang menggunakan smartphone. Brand smartphone saat ini dipegang oleh beberapa brand yaitu Xiaomi, Oppo, Samsung, Realme, Vivo, Iphone, dan lainnya. Pertanyaan pada penelitian sebanyak 35, sehingga jumlah ukuran sampel yang diperlukan paling kecil ialah sejumlah 35 x 10 = 350 sampel. Data diolah dengan mengunakan program Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen terhadap variabel mediasi brand trust adalah 0,553 yang berarti variabel independen dapat menjelaskan variabel mediasi sebanyak 55,3% sedangkan 44,7 % di jelaskan oleh variabel lain. Variabel independen dapat menjelaskan variabel dependen sebanyak 80,3%. Sedangkan 19,7% di jelaskan oleh variabel lain. Hasil dari quality index dinyatakan besar karena nilai GOF nya lebih besar dari 0,36.
