Abstract

A B S T R A K Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam adalah jenis penelitian deskripsi dengan menggunakan sumber data yaitu observasi dan wawancara mendalam kepada sejumlah informan dan melakukan pencatatan data sekunder yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan penelitian. Adapun fokus penelitian adalah penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditinjau dari segi penyuluhan, bahwa penyuluh pertanian kepada kelompok pertanian belum berjalan dengan baik dimana sering informasi tidak sampai kepada seluruh anggota kelompok tani tentang pembinaan yang akan dilakukan. Ditinjau dari pelatihan, bahwa pelatihan yang diberikan oleh penyuluh pertanian kepada kelompok tani belum efektif, dikarenakan tidak semua anggota kelompok tani mengikuti pelatihan dilakukan oleh penyuluh pertanian. Ditinjau dari segi pendampingan yang diberikan oleh penyuluh pertanian kepada kelompok tani belum efektif karena jumlah kelompok yang mendapatkan bantuan tersebut 9 kelompok sedangkan yang melakukan pendampingan hanya 1 orang. Berdasarkan hasil simpulan tersebut, maka disarankan bahwa perlunya pihak penyuluh pertanian lebih meningkatkan penyuluhan terhadap kelompok tani agar tercapai sesuai harapan. Di harapkan penyuluh pertanian lebih meningkatkan pemberian pelatihan kepada kelompok tani bukan hanya sekali pelatihan harus di lakukan agar anggota petani lebih memahami apa yang di sampaiakan oleh penyuluh pertanian. Sedangkan pendampingan yang dimaksud yaitu pendampingan aggota kelompok terhadap penyuluh pertanian lebih di tingkatkan lagi. Kata Kunci: Penyuluhan; Pelatihan; Pendampingan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang faktor-faktor penghambat proses surat keluar di kantor desa Tuladenggi Kecamatan Dungingi Kota Gorontalo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pendekatan survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner / daftar pertanyaan, yang menyebar ke 30 (tiga puluh) responden yang terdiri dari pejabat dan masyarakat yang sedang bertugas. Pengumpulan data lainnya melalui observasi dan dokumentasi untuk mencatat data sekunder yang berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian. Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian melalui tabel frekuensi, disimpulkan bahwa rekapitulasi skor total rata-rata faktor penghambat kemampuan aparatur dan infrastruktur diperoleh 3,07 poin dalam kategori sedang. Rekapitulasi menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan dan infrastruktur sarana, kurangnya kriteria untuk kebaikan. Kurangnya kriteria yang baik yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan prasarana dan sarana tersebut menghambat proses pengiriman surat keluar di Kantor Desa Kecamatan Tuladenggi Dungingi. Kemampuan pejabat di Kantor Desa Tuladenggi sebagai staf yang melayani masyarakat, sangat sedikit yang sebagian besar atau sekitar 72,22 persen memiliki tingkat sekolah menengah. Proses surat keluar di Kantor Desa Tuladenggi telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan, tetapi karena tidak memadainya ketersediaan sarana prasarana yang digunakan, maka serangkaian kelompok kolaboratif orang dalam proses administrasi penyelesaian surat keluar dihadapkan dengan kendala. Disarankan, perlu peningkatan kemampuan aparatur melalui sarana pendidikan meliputi pendidikan normal dan non formal dalam bentuk keterampilan dan keahlian dalam proses surat keluar, menyiapkan kepemimpinan organisasi berarti peralatan kerja seperti meja, kursi yang digunakan dengan baik dan alat tulis yang memadai, menyediakan peralatan infrastruktur seperti pemrosesan data yang terkomputerisasi secara khusus selalu siap ketika dibutuhkan. Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the service for obtaining building permits (IMB) at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office in North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Types of Qualitative research. Data analysis begins with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the service for managing building permits at the Investment Service and One-Stop Service in North Bolaang Mongondow Regency is not optimal and optimal, there are several problems, namely; socialization, service completion time, human resources (officers), PMPTSP service office facilities, especially building permits, so that needs to be addressed in order to provide more optimal service and meet community expectations.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain and know an overview of the Education and Training Improvement Policy (PIM-4) for State Civil Apparatus at the Education and Culture Office of North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The results of this study indicate that the synchronization of employee placement has not run optimally and has not complied with standard operating procedures, there is a problem of lack of coordination from the leadership and the agency in terms of placement, the budget for education and training activities is very lacking, so the participant quota must be reduced because it adjusts the budget available at SKPD, poor coordination carried out by each employee is limited and there is a lack of coordination because in making decisions on placement and training policies it is not in accordance with the scientific field. Suggestions need to be improved regarding data synchronization, budget additions, and coordination so that the Improvement of Education and Training (PIM-4) for State Civil Servants at the Education and Culture Office of North Bolaang Mongondow Regency can run optimally

Abstract

The aim of this research is so that the government's role in actualizing the PKH (Family Hope Program) program in the villages of Tinelo, Tilango, Gorontalo can be known during its implementation. With a research focus, namely coordination, data validation, and data distribution. The type of research used to discuss and process information in this research is descriptive qualitative. Meanwhile, the method used to collect information is by observation, interviews, and also literature review. The technique used to analyze data is qualitative analysis according to the type of research. The results obtained from the conclusion are that the role of the village government in implementing the Family Hope Program (PKH) has not been effective. This can be seen from the aspect that coordination has not been effective, data validity has not been effective, and aid distribution has not been effective in Tinelo Village, Tilango District, Gorontalo Regency.

Abstract

Pajak di Indonesia telah ada sejak zaman kerajaan dan berfungsi untuk mendanai kegiatan. Dengan kemajuan teknologi, pembayaran pajak online menjadi lebih efisien, cepat, dan mudah diakses, sehingga memudahkan wajib pajak untuk memenuhi kewajiban mereka dari mana saja dan kapan saja selama ada akses internet. Hambatan utama meliputi kurangnya sosialisasi, pelatihan pegawai yang tidak optimal, dan penerapan sistem Yanjak yang belum berjalan maksimal. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas pembayaran Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) melalui Yanjak, menunjukkan bahwa meskipun teknologi mempermudah pembayaran, hambatan-hambatan tersebut mengurangi efektivitas. Mengatasi ini, diperlukan sosialisasi yang lebih baik, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan pengembangan sistem yang lebih canggih. Rekomendasi strategis diusulkan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak dan efisiensi sistem pajak online.

Abstract

This study aims to find out objectively about improving the quality of state civil apparatus resources through Level IV Education and Training (Diklatpim IV) in the Gorontalo City Regional Secretariat. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews with a number of informants, observation and recording of secondary data related to research problems. The results of the study concluded that the attitude of integrity possessed by echelon IV officials had not been fully implemented properly. This can be seen from the number of echelon IV State Civil Apparatuses (ASN) who have not been able to uphold public ethics or the values ​​of staffing norms. The ability to make plans possessed by echelon IV officials has not been fully implemented properly. This can be seen from leadership work meetings where echelon IV officials tend to be passive in providing ideas or ideas. The ability to maximize the organizational potential of echelon IV officials has not been fully implemented. It is recommended, the need to cultivate an attitude of integrity of echelon IV officials through system renewal and a more productive work culture. The need to provide opportunities for echelon IV officials to carry out innovative planning. The need to provide opportunities for echelon IV officials to be able to optimize the potential of organizational resources. The need for comprehensive efforts in building and shaping the managerial capabilities of echelon IV officials by increasing the attitude of integrity, optimizing the ability to make innovative plans and the ability to maximize the potential of the organization.
