Abstract

ABSTRAKPengaruh Proses Rekrutmen dan Seleksi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Rumah Sakit Efarina Pangkalan Kerinci Masalah pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah proses rekrutmen dan seleksi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Rumah Sakit Efarina Pangkalan Kerinci, diantara proses rekrutmen dan seleksi yang manakah yang paling berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Rumah Sakit Efarina Pangkalan Kerinci. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh proses rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Rumah Sakit Efarina Pangkalan Kerinci, 2) Untuk mengetahui manakah faktor yang berpengaruh lebih dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Rumah Sakit Efarina Pangkalan Kerinci. Untuk mengaplikasikan tujuan tersebut maka digunakan metode deskriptif, metode statistik deskriptif dengan bantuan sistem komputerisasi (Program Komputer SPSS versi 19) dengan menggunakan rumus yaitu analisis regresi berganda, uji t dan uji F.Berdasarkan hasil analisis mengenai pengaruh antara rekruitmen dan seleksi dengan kinerja karyawan khususnya pada Rumah Sakit Efarina Pangkalan Kerinci, ternyata diketahui ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara rekruitmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian hipotesis terbukti. Variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan khususnya pada Rumah Sakit Efarina Pangkalan Kerinci adalah seleksi, alasannya karena variabel seleksi memiliki nilai koefisien regresi yang terbesar jika dibandingkan dengan variabel rekruitmen, sehingga hipotesis kedua dapat dikatakan terbukti. Kata Kunci: proses rekrutmen, seleksi kerja

Abstract

Peran manajemen sumber daya manusia secara signifikan sangat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT Allegrindo Nusantara Tigarunggu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Bagaimanakah Peran Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Allegrindo Nusantara Tigarunggu Kabupaten Simalungun dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpul data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode triangulasi data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik wawancara langsung terhadap pihak manajemen sumber daya manusia PT Allegrindo Nusantara, beberapa karyawan serta atasan langsung karyawan maka peneliti menyimpulkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran manajemen sumber daya manusia terbukti dapat berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan hal ini telah dibuktikan dengan kecilnya pelanggaran peraturan serta motivasi karyawan dalam memberikan kinerja terbaik baik karyawan tetap maupun outsourcing. Hasil kinerja yang baik akan mendapatkan imbalan sesuai dengan sistem yang telah diatur baik.Kata Kunci : Peran Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to determine and test the effect of the variables Work Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance at the Mandiri Pematangsiantar CU. And the data used in the study The population used in this study were CU employees. Primary data were Mandin Pematangsiantar with a sample size of 45 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which aims to calculate the magnitude of the regression coefficient to show the magnitude of the influence of the variables Work Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance. While the model feasibility test shows that the variables Work Motivation and Compensation together have a significant effect on employee performance at the Mandiri Pematangsiantar CU. . Meanwhile, the results of the partial determination coefficient test (2) show that compensation is the variable that has the dominant influence on employee performance at Mandiri Pematangsiantar CU.

A very good business opportunity for students of SMA Negeri 4 Pematang Siantar because the location of the school is very strategic with residential communities. Adjacent to community settlements is a very good opportunity for them. Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the driving force of the economy which is expected to improve people's welfare. Community creativity and the ability to utilize existing natural resources to guide ideas and creations are embodied in various MSME products. There are many MSMEs in Simalungun Regency with various MSME products. The purpose of this service program is to provide training and mentoring for MSMEs in Simalungun Regency through a virtual marketing strategy. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap RS Harapan Pematangsiantar, (2) mengetahui penaruh harga terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap RS Harapan Pematangsaintar, (3) mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap RS Harapan Pematangsaintar, dan mengetahui secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pasie rawat inap RS Harapan Pematangsiantar. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitianini meliputi deskriptif, analisis regresi, dang pengujian hipotesis, analisisi dugunakan sesuai dengan perumusan modal dan permasalahan yang ada. Responden dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan sebanyak 5 orang (50,0) dan responden dengan umur 35-39 Tahun sebanyak 4 orang (40,0). Sedangakn yang bekerja mayoritas Pegawai swasta sebanyak 8 orang (80,0). Sedangkan lama dirawat selama kurang dari tiga hari ada 6 orang (60,0). Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pasien rawat inap Rumah Sakit Harapan Pematangsiantar dalam penelitian ini jumlah laki-laki balance dengan perempuan, lebih banyak yang berumur 3-39 tahun, pekerjaanya sebagai pegawai swasta dan lama rawat inap kurang dari tiga hari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 15 employees and the sample numbered 15 respondents who were taken using a saturated sampling technique. This research was conducted at the Ranking Tutoring of the Bangun Purba Branch, Deli Serdang, using secondary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression and is operated through SPSS 21.0. The results of this study indicate that motivation as well as compensation and job satisfaction affect employee performance. While motivation as well as compensation and job satisfaction simultaneously influence employee performance.
