Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas tentang pengaturan perlindungan dan pelestarian lingkungan laut dalam UNCLOS 1982, dan implementasinya dalam peraturan perundang-undangan nasional Indonesia. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum (yuridis) normatif, yaitu dengan mengkaji bahan-bahan pustaka (studi kepustakaan). Karena itu, data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data skunder, yang mencakup bahan hukum primer, skunder, dan tersier. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa UNCLOS 1982 telah mengatur secara lengkap mengenai perlindungan dan pelestarian lingkungan laut dalam Bab XII Pasal 192-237, yang terdiri atas beberapa aspek yaitu: kewajiban umum negara-negara terhadap perlindungan dan pelestarian lingkungan laut (Pasal 192-193), kewajiban negara terhadap penanggulangan pencemaran (Pasal 194-196), kerjasama internasional mengenai perlindungan dan pelestarian lingkungan laut (Pasal 197-201), bantuan teknik (Pasal 202-203), monitoring dan analisa lingkungan (Pasal 204-206), pembuatan peraturan perundang-undangan disertai penegakan hukumnya (Pasal 207-234), tanggung jawab datn ganti rugi (Pasal 235), hak kekebalan (Pasal 236), dan kewajiban lain berdasarkan konvensi lain (Pasal 237). Dalam melaksanakan amanat UNCLOS 1982, Indonesia telah mengeluarkan beberapa peraturan perundang-undangan, baik yang berbentuk Undang-undang, Peraturan Pemerintah, maupun yang berbentuk Peraturan Menteri. Selain itu Indonesia juga telah melakukan beberapa Perjanjian Internasional di bidang perlindungan lingkungan laut, baik secara global, regional, multilateral, dan bilateral. Namun, dari beberapa peraturan yang dikeluarkan Pemerintah Indonesia masih ditemukan adanya kekurangan dan kelemahan, sehingga memerlukan adanya revisi terhadap peraturan tersebut. Begitu juga dalam hal Perjanjian Internasional, masih perlu lebih ditingkatkan mengingat semakin hari masalah kelautan juga semakin meningkat khususnya dalam hal perlindungan laut. Kata Kunci : UNCLOS 1982, Peraturan Peundang-undangan, Perlindungan dan Pelestarian Lingkungan Laut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pupuk kandang sapi terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman gambas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai dengan bulan Agustus 2023 di kebun Petani Desa Mata, Kecamatan Kambowa, Kabupaten Buton Utara, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri atas 5 taraf perlakuan, yaitu (P0) kontrol (tanpa pupuk), (P1) pupuk kandang sapi 75 gram/tanaman, (P2) pupuk kandang sapi 100 gram/tanaman, (P3) pupuk kandang sapi 125 gram/tanaman dan (P4) pupuk kandang sapi 150 gram/tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosis pupuk organik (pupuk kandang sapi) berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah daun, jumlah buah, dan berat buah.Kata kunci : Tomat, POC, Kulit Bawang Merah, dan NPK

Abstract

This qualitative study investigates how teachers influence eighth-grade female students' motivation to learn Arabic at an Islamic boarding school in Indonesia. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation and analyzed using Vygotsky's sociocultural framework. Findings were validated through extensive observation and triangulation. The study reveals that teachers enhance students' interest in learning Arabic by fulfilling roles as instructors, mentors, class managers, demonstrators, motivators, and evaluators. This increased interest is reflected in students' enthusiasm, attentiveness, and positive behavior in class. Moreover, factors such as psychological wellbeing, teaching quality, instructional materials, methods, and the learning environment are critical in shaping motivation. The study highlights the pivotal role of teacher involvement and a supportive educational atmosphere in promoting effective Arabic language learning.

Abstract

Purpose of the Study: This research investigates the interplay between the educational zoning system, teacher performance, and student academic achievement in high schools. Given the increasing implementation of zoning policies in Indonesia’s education system, understanding their direct and combined effects on teacher performance and student outcomes is critical for shaping equitable and adequate education policies. Methodology: The study focuses on six high schools in Kendari City, employing a quantitative approach to analyze the relationships between zoning policies, teacher performance, and student achievement. Data were collected through surveys and analyzed using statistical tests, including multiple regression analysis, with a significance threshold of α = 0.05. Main Findings: The results indicate that the educational zoning system positively and significantly impacts student academic outcomes, with a significance value and a contribution of 10.00%. Similarly, teacher performance significantly influences student achievement, with a significance value and a contribution of 10.00%. However, the zoning system does not directly affect teacher performance, as indicated by a non-significant, contributing only 3.4%. When combined, the zoning system and teacher performance significantly influence student achievement (ρ = 0.001), underscoring the complementary nature of policy and teacher effectiveness in improving academic performance. Novelty/Originality of the Study: This study provides new insights into the nuanced relationship between zoning policies and education quality, emphasizing the critical role of teacher performance in mediating policy outcomes and highlighting the importance of integrating zoning reforms with teacher development programs to maximize their collective impact on student achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model on the learning interest and mathematics achievement of fifth-grade students at SDS IT Asy Syamil. Using a quasi-experimental method with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design, the study involved 36 students divided into experimental and control groups. Research instruments included validated and reliable learning achievement tests and learning interest questionnaires. The results showed significant differences in students' learning interest and achievement before and after the PBL implementation, as well as between the experimental and control groups post-treatment. These findings indicate that PBL is effective in enhancing students' active engagement and academic outcomes. The study contributes to the growing body of empirical evidence supporting PBL effectiveness in primary education, particularly in mathematics learning in Indonesia. However, limitations include the small sample size and the focus on a single school. Further research with broader populations and across different subjects is recommended.Keywords: Problem-based learning, learning interest, learning achievement, mathematics, primary education

Abstract

Twenty-first-century learning demands that students go beyond mastering religious content to solve authentic problems collaboratively. Islamic Religious Education must adopt an interdisciplinary approach rooted in Islamic law that bridges Qurʾan–Sunnah teachings with social sciences, science, technology, arts, and culture. This study aims to reveal the essence of the experiences of Islamic Religious Education teachers in Kendari senior high schools who have integrated Islamic Religious Education content with other disciplines for at least one year. A qualitative phenomenological design was employed. Purposefully selected teachers participated in in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and written reflections. Data were analyzed through bracketing, phenomenological reduction, textural-structural description, and synthesis of the essence following the Moustakas model. Findings confirm that an interdisciplinary, law-based Islamic Religious Education framework cultivates a contextual and collaborative learning ecosystem. The study affirms that an interdisciplinary approach grounded in Islamic law enhances student learning quality and continuously builds teacher competence, collaboration, and self-reflection, fostering a more adaptive and innovative school ecosystem aligned with Islamic character values by designing maqasid-based
