Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in the Indonesian Export Financing Institution at the Makassar Regional Office. The population of this study were all employees of the Indonesian Export Financing Institution. The number of samples taken in this study were 50 respondents. The sampling method used in this study is the probability sampling method. Data collection in this study is to use archive strategies namely primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed using multicollinearity and Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a significant effect on work motivation. Leadership style also has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation significantly influences employee performance. Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic management of regional government performance development Polewali Mandar. The type of data used in this study is quantitative and qualitative data. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is the West Sulawesi provincial government apparatus, sampling using a purposive sampling method, with a sample that is the West Sulawesi Provincial Government apparatus. Analyzed data was performed using SPPS for Windows Version 20. The results of this study indicate that all proposed variables have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Polewali Mandar District Government employees, in this case showing that the strategy implemented by the government is very helpful in improving or developing employee performance. The results of the correlation of the three variables indicate that these three variables are still weak to be able to support employee performance improvement, so it is important to add variables or conduct research on variables that can still be used as a strategy to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Along with the development of increasingly modern times, this has caused a lot of competition in the business world, including retail business. Every businessman needs to pay attention to the factors that influence customer purchasing decisions. The research objective is to determine the effect of service quality and pricing strategies on purchasing decisions, determine the effect of service quality and pricing strategies on customer satisfaction, determine the effect of purchasing decisions on customer satisfaction, to determine the effect of service quality and price strategies on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions at 212 Mart Gowa The population in this study were all consumers who shop at 212 Mart Gowa determined as many as 100 respondents. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique uses validity and reliability, path analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study found that service quality has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, price strategy has a positive effect but is not significant on purchasing decisions, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, price strategy has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, purchasing decisions have a positive effect and significant on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, and the price strategy has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions on 212 Mart Gowa.

Abstract

This study aims to critically examine the application of organizational culture and leadership style carried out by PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV and its impact on organizational commitment and employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV by taking data from permanent employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data were collected from 213 respondents who were selected using considerations, namely that they must have criteria as permanent employees and have a service period of more than 1 (one) year. The method of analysis is Structure Equation Modeling with the AMOS program version 24.0. The results show that organizational culture and leadership style have a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. Then, organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, but leadership style has no influence on employee performance. In addition, organizational culture and leadership style have a positive and significant influence on employee performance through organizational commitment.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the leading business sectors that continues to develop in academic studies. This study aims to reveal a model of tourism activity development in supporting community business improvement in the Biroro Bontolerung River Area, Gowa Regency. The method applied is descriptive-qualitative with unit analysis of product resources and social resources at the research site. This research has identified the concept of tourism activities that are suitable to be developed in the Biroro Bontolerung River Area based on the concept of experiential tourism. Furthermore, this research has resulted in mapping the interests and interests of relevant stakeholders, to be studied further in making development decisions for the government and the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on consumer purchasing decisions at Aneka Gypsum UD, Gowa Regency. The variables used in this research are product, price, promotion, and place as the independent variables while the purchase decision is the dependent variable. This research is a quantitative research. The data source in this study used primary data where data collection used the questionnaire method and the sample determination method used was the slovin formula so that a sample of 314 respondents was obtained. The results show that the T test (partial) on the product, price, and place variables has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions while promotion does not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. by F test (simultaneous) on product, price, promotion and place variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
