Abstract

Kinerja organisasi merupakan akumulasi dari berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Dari berbagai faktortersebut, nampaknya kapasitas organisasi memberikan pengaruh yang cukup siginifikan terhadap pencapaian kinerjasuatu organisasi. Adapun yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah adanya berbagai fenomena yang mengindikasikankinerja STIA LAN Bandung belum optimal.Dalam penelitian ini, kapastitas organisasi diteliti dengan menggunakan delapan dimensi yaitu kepemimpinanstratejik, struktur organisasi, sumber daya manusia, keuangan, infrastruktur, manajemen program, manajemen proses,dan hubungan antar organisasi. Sedangkan kinerja organisasi diteliti dengan menggunakan empat dimensi yaituefektivitas, efisiensi, relevansi, dan kelayakan keuangan.Analisis hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahuibahwa dari delapan dimensi kapasitas organisasi, hanya satu dimensi yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerjaorganisasi, yaitu manajemen proses. Sedangkan ketujuh dimensi yang lain memberikan kontribusi kepada kinerjaorganisasi.

Abstract

Sending employees to education and training programs has become the most common choice among institutions in order to improve their comptencies. It is believed that this approach is effective for improving employees? specific capabilities for certain jobs. However, many factors may influence the accomplishment of the education and training programs, such as the eduaction and training organizers? competency. Their competency determines how well the training proceeds as planned. Therefore, competency mastery for education and training organizers is definitely a necessity to be fulfilled.

Abstract

Performance appraisal is an important process dealing with the performance measurement of employees. The result of performance appraisal is significant in human resource management functions. It can be used as a basis to determine the proper compensation, training and development involvement, career management, and other personnel substances. However, based on experience, the tool recently used to  measure the employees? performance, called DP-3, is not an appropriate instrument. The possibility of making mistakes in judging  the employees? performance is quite open, so it may not show an objective performance. Therefore, another approach to measure employees? performance have to be developed.

Abstract

Public sector human resource management tends to have been neglected. In practice, human resource has been positioned as complimentary asset of an organization and has no sufficient bargaining power. This condition leads to a condition in which organizations neglect their employees’ administrative development such as promotion, pension and so forth. Furthermore, at some point it will create hindrances for career path development, performance improvement, andpersonnel development as a whole. Negligence in human resource management after all results in public sector’s deteriorating productivity and dwindling capability to serve the citizens. This condition is usually worsened by inept leaders who are incapable to manage the organization’s human resource.

Abstract

Efektivitas pencapaian tujuan organisasi sangat tergantung kuantitas dan kualitas SDM yang ada di dalamnya. Kesesuaian antara tugas pokok dan fungsi organisasi dengan kapabilitas SDM menjadi aspek yang sangat krusial. Kesesuaian ini akan terwujud bila salah satu landasan fundamental dalam pengadaan SDM, yaitu analisis jabatan mendapat perhatian serius dari organisasi. Kurangnya perhatian akan analisis jabatan membawa organisasi pada arah yang kurang menguntungkan, menimbulkan keluhan bagi pelanggan, dan menimbulkan biaya tinggi yang berujung pada sulitnya mencapai tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

Asset management is one of the important aspects in supporting the operational services at the Public Service Mall (MPP) of Cimahi City as a center for integrated services for the community. This research aims to analyze asset management at the MPP of Cimahi City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The analysis is conducted using the asset management theory approach according to Siregar which includes five indicators: asset inventory, legal audit, asset valuation, asset optimization, and supervision and control. The results of the study indicate that asset management at the MPP of Cimahi City is already functioning quite well. However, several constraints were found, namely the presence of assets in several tenants that do not have asset inventory labeling, in addition, the inventory data regarding asset damage and loss is still minimal, and there are assets that have not been optimally utilized. The conclusion of this study is that asset management in the MPP of Cimahi City has generally supported operational services, but there are still constraints in the aspects of asset inventory and asset optimization. To address this, a digital reporting system is needed to record asset damage or loss in real time. Additionally, it is necessary to prepare clear and structured Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding the management of regional-owned goods. The next effort involves socialization and education for tenant officers and related parties involved in asset management, including technical training in the operation of certain assets.   Keywords: Asset Management; Public Service Mall; Service Operation
