Abstract

The political system in Indonesia has changed in line with the development of government model. Therefore, the patterns underlying the change of government closely influences the political system. Thus far, the political system of the country seems in quest of an ideal model by understanding and relating to the socio-political phenomena. The most difficult factor to find it  is the radical change of environment that may cause the incremental change of the structure. Apart of  the various development, the goal of the political system seems to be the realization of civil society. To reach the goal, the first step to take is the implementation of good governance.

Abstract

Man is the most essential factor in any organization. including the government bureaucracy  embodied by the apparatus consisting of men and women. However, the concept of gender is still an issue in the term of apparatus.  This assumption is based on the fact showing the lack of sexual balance in the program design or development project and its implementation which results in the negligence of woman substance and aspiration that declines the woman. Thus, the bureaucracy reformation aimed at developing the government apparatus based on the gender balance should be continuously attempted. In addition, the competency development combined with the professionalism and corporate culture improvement should also be promoted, so the Indonesian apparatus will be characterized by the technical and managerial capability of international level.

Abstract

In an organization can not be separated from the human resources available, in addition to other resources. The achievement of an organization's vision, mission certainly not terlepasa of performance generated by existing employees.Therefore, in this case the district Regional Employment Board Malinau a formal organization in the District Government Malinau. Regional Employment Board Malinau certainly has the vision, mission and goals of the organization that must be understood by every employee. For fulfilling their visi, the mission must be supported with a strong work motivation of each employee. Starting from this, the thesis takes the title of "ANALYSIS OF MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEES WORKING REGIONAL EMPLOYMENT AGENCY OF MALINAU PROVINCIAL EAST BORNEO". The purpose of this study was to determine the analyze of employee motivation at Regional Employment Board Malinau East Borneo Province. Apart from that, this study uses the concept of motivation from Victor Vroom is often known as expectancy theory (Expectancy Theory), in which the theory has major dimensions, namely: Expectancy, Instrumentality, and Valence. In terms of statistics, the motivation for this theory when stated in mathematical form is M = E x I x V, where the highest value is 1 and the lowest is -1. Based on this research, that each of the dimensions described in the description; 1. Expectancy, As has been stated that there are 6 items Expectancy dimensionalrepresentations, with the frequency of respondents' answers to the dimensions of expectancy is at 218 with a percentage score is 0.80 Thus, the dimension Expectancy respondents fall into the category of very high. 2. Instrumentality, For Instrumentality dimension statement contained 5 items, the frequency of respondents' answers to the dimensions Intrumentality total score is equal to 151.75, with a percentage score is 0.67. Thus, the responses to the dimensionsIntrumentalitas included in the high category. 3.Valence, Based on the total scores for the dimensions of Valence was the score at 76 with 0.35 percent Thus, the responses to the dimensions of value are included in the high category. Based on the analysis of the data for each dimension of the motivation variable, it is because this study refers to the theory of Victor Vroom where that motivation (M) = E x I x V, then M = 0.80 x 0.67 x 0.35 = 0.19 , if the results are interpreted in table interpretation, in the category of employee motivation enough. Where the dimensions of employee motivation are the highest and lowest Expectancy dimensions are the dimensions of Valence. Apart from that, quantitative data is supported by qualitative data in the form of interviews conducted by the researchers of the informants stated that employeemotivation Regional Employment Board Malinau generally far enough.

Abstract

This study using data analysis methods namely multiple regression models that are used to see the effect of independent variables, namely Mutations (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) on the dependent variable, namely Job Satisfaction (Y), so that in research this aims to be able to produce data processing that has been done at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil X Bandung, then tested using the T test and F test, showing that mutation variables and organizational culture simultaneously on job satisfaction shows results as complete as 53.8% or has a Sig. value of 0.000 where this value is smaller than the significance level used is 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected while for partial mutation variables for the variable job satisfaction of 27.04% or having a Sig. value of 0.011 is smaller than 0.05, meaning H0 is rejected so that it only has 1.1% and variables organizational culture on job satisfaction is 51.27% or has a Sig. value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected so that it only has an effect of 0% where all of these variables produce a continuum in the good category based on responses from employees as respondents fromfilling the questionnaire. Abstract

Research in administration sector, particularly state administration is one of the functions hold very important role in the efforts to improve the implementation of government towards good governance. Actually the condition of research in state administration sector in Indonesia up to now is considered remain suspended on output point and has not reach the outcome yet. As a matter of fact it is a national cost which is not in proportion with the benefit according to expectation. It is expected that the result of the research should become a better quality result in the future so that it can be used maximally, and can be more useful in providing input for material in making decision properly, either for the sake of administration science development or supporting the administration practitioner in the government’s environment in particular.

Abstract

Nowadays, it is time to execute the reformation of civil services in Indonesia, especially in the framework of answering the implementation of the Board Guielines of State Policy in creating good governance and answering the people aspiration on the implementation of clean, transparent and responsible government. The reformation through the functioning was significantly needed in the framework of developing profesionalism, supporting the implementation of regional autonomy and the endeavors of economic recovery.

Abstract

Pembentukan daerah otonom melalui desentralisasi pada hakikatnya adalah untuk menciptakan efisiensi dan inovasi dalam pemerintahan. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, beberapa pemikiran tentang reformasi pemerintah daerah dan beberapa pemikiran tentang organisasi pemerintah daerah masa depan, yang perlu dilakukan diantaranya adalah pemikiran tentang penataan kelembagaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan mewujudkan kepemerintahan yang baik di era baru pemerintahan. Menata ulang organisasi pemerintah daerah diarahkan pada terciptanya organisasi pemerintah daerah yang antisipatif, yaitu yang berorientasi kedepan, inovatif (berorientasi perubahan dan pembaharuan), dan prima/unggul dalam berkompetisi dengan organisasi lain. Organisasi pemerintah daerah harus diarahkan pada terbentuknya organisasi yang dapat mempercepat proses pelaksanaan tugas organisasi.
