Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Public Service Quality on Community Satisfaction in the Marawi Family Office, Tiroang District, Pinrang Regency. The population in conducting this study were people with male and female gender, amounting to 1,342 family cards from three environments, the sampling technique used was the Slovin formula with the results of 93 people, taken based on cluster techniques. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, data collection techniques used are observation techniques, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data selection, data clarification, data tabulation, data standardization using the SPSS 21 application. Based on the research taken from the results of the questionnaire data processing, the recapitulation of the Public Service Quality variable with a percentage of 64 % is included in the "Good" category, while the recapitulation of the Community Satisfaction variable is with a percentage of 63%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of government policies on the discipline of the state civil apparatus at the Village Office in Baranti District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 23 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. Quantitative data analysis techniques used are frequency tabulation analysis and simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20.0 for windows program and Likert Scale. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was obtained a recapitulation of the variables of government policy implementation, measured through indicators of the right policy, right implementer, right target, right environment, and right process, 41% included in the "good enough" category. The recapitulation of the discipline variable of the state civil apparatus is measured by indicators of time discipline, regulatory discipline, and responsibility discipline, 33% of which are included in the "less good" category. Based on the results of the processed simple regression analysis using SPSS 20.0 for windows, with the Summary Model obtained a value of 41% in the "good enough" category.

Abstract

This research provides an empirical contribution to the strengthening of strategic governance-based innovation policies, and can serve as a practical reference for other regions facing similar innovation problems. This study aims to analyze the effect of local government management strategies on increasing regional innovation in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Using a quantitative approach with descriptive methods, data was collected through observation, questionnaires, and literature studies from 39 respondents at Bapperida. The results of validity and reliability tests showed that the instruments used were valid and reliable. Regression analysis revealed that planning, organizing, directing and supervising have a positive and significant effect on regional innovation (R² = 0.811). The t-test and F-test reinforced that all independent variables simultaneously contributed significantly. These findings support George R. Terry's theory and the Regional Innovation System approach that emphasizes the importance of managerial synergy in public governance. The practical implications of the results emphasize the need for strategic integration of management functions to strengthen regional innovation capacity. However, the limitations of the study lie in the scope of the region and the quantitative approach that has not captured contextual aspects thoroughly. It is recommended for future research to use a mixed methods approach and a wider area coverage for more in-depth and generalizable results.
