Abstract

Value is something that is believed to be true, trusted and felt useful, and is manifested in its attitude or behavior. Family counseling is an effort to provide assistance to individual family members through improving family communication so that the potential to develop is as optimal as possible and the problem can be overcome on the basis of the willingness to help from all family members based on their willingness and love for the family. This researcher uses the literature study research method. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of government policies on the discipline of the state civil apparatus at the Village Office in Baranti District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 23 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. Quantitative data analysis techniques used are frequency tabulation analysis and simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20.0 for windows program and Likert Scale. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was obtained a recapitulation of the variables of government policy implementation, measured through indicators of the right policy, right implementer, right target, right environment, and right process, 41% included in the "good enough" category. The recapitulation of the discipline variable of the state civil apparatus is measured by indicators of time discipline, regulatory discipline, and responsibility discipline, 33% of which are included in the "less good" category. Based on the results of the processed simple regression analysis using SPSS 20.0 for windows, with the Summary Model obtained a value of 41% in the "good enough" category.

Abstract

According to Islamic Fiqh, taxes are mandatory alms that the government levies on citizens for the benefit and prosperity of the people. As for Law No. 28 of 2007, article 1, tax is a mandatory contribution to the state that is owed by an individual or entity that is coercive based on the law without receiving direct compensation and is used for state needs for the greatest prosperity of the people. Taxes have very significant educational values ​​in various aspects, both from religious, legal, economic, practical application and development aspects.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Perilaku Birokrasi terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di Desa Bina Baru Kecamatan Kulo Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang.Populasi dalam melakukan penelitian ini yaitu keseluruhan masyarakat yang telah menerima pelayanan dan Tokoh- tokoh masyarakat dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan yang berjumlah 1775 orang dari dua dusun. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu rumus Slovin dengan hasil 100 orang, diambil berdasarkan teknik purpossive sampling. Tipe penelitian yang digunakanyaitupenelitian Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan teknik observasi, kuesioner, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Teknik anallisis data yaitu menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 16,0 dan Skala Likert. Berdasarkan penelitian yang diambil dari hasil olah kuesioner diperoleh rekapitulasi variabel Perilaku Birokrasi sebesar 60.4% termasuk kategori “Kurang Baik”. Rekapitulasi variabel Kualitas Pelayanan sebesar 60.3% termasuk kategori “Kurang Baik”.

Abstract

The number of accidents due to electricity is mainly caused by bad electrical installations. This is because the installation is done carelessly without sufficient knowledge. It is necessary to give good knowledge to the public about how to do the correct electrical installation to reduce accidents due to electricity. One of them is by training the students of MAN 1 Banjar on electrical installations. The training is given theoretically and practically. The results of the training were shown from the practice that the trainees were able to perform electrical installations correctly and also from the questionnaires which assessed their own abilities. Banyaknya kecelakaan karena listrik terutama disebabkan oleh instalasi listrik yang tidak baik. Ini disebabkan instalasi dilakukan secara sembarangan tanpa pengetahuan yang cukup. Perlunya diberikan pengetahuan yang baik kepada masyarakat tentang cara melakukan isntalasi listrik yang benar dapat mengurangi kecelakaan karena listrik. Salah satunya adalah dengan pelatihan kepada siswa MAN 1 Banjar tentang instalasi listrik. Pelatihan diberikan secara teori dan praktek. Hasil pelatihan ditunjukkan dari praktek bahwa peserta pelatihan dapat melakukan instalasi listrik dengan benar dan juga dari kusisoner yang menilai sendiri kemapuan meraeka masing masing.

Abstract

This study aims to find the roles, supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the home coffee industry in increasing the economic welfare of working families and the community around the Malem Diwa home industry. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. In collecting data researcher used direct interview methods. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the role of the Malem Diwa home coffee industry is able to increase family economic welfare, and can open jobs for the community around the home industry, so that people earn income to prosper the family economy in meeting family needs. Factors supporting the Malem Diwa home industry are sources of business capital from owners, labor, goods quality raw materials and technology. While the inhibiting factors are constrained by the lack of business capital and infrastructure facilities in supporting the activities of managing the home coffee industry.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital pada siswa melalui pengenalan Tools desain grafis yang dimana dapat membantu siswa dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan analisis.Dengan menggunakan tools desain grafis siswa dapat membuat presentasi yang menarik, membuat poster yang informatif, dan membuat infografis yang mudah dipahami. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa tools desain grafis dapat membantu siswa dalam mengembangkan keterampilan kreativitas dan inovasi. Dalam pengabdian ini, kita berharap dapat mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan tools desain grafis dapat meningkatkan literasi digital pada siswa. Kita juga berharap dapat mengetahui bagaimana cara mengenalkan tools desain grafis pada siswa agar mereka dapat mengembangkan keterampilan desain, analisis, dan sintesis yang diperlukan dalam berbagai bidang. Pengenalan tools desain grafis dapat menjadi suatu upaya yang efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi digital pada siswa.

Abstract

A specific educational institution requires the assistance of suitable infrastructure and educational facilities. Because the infrastructure and facilities for good learning will make the process of teaching and learning more successful and effective. However, not all academic institutions have top-notch infrastructure and amenities. A Pesantren with sufficient infrastructure and facilities is Pesantren Sulaimaniyah. Pesantren Nurul Awal, on the other hand, is a Pesantren that lacks the necessary infrastructure and facilities. As a result, this thesis explores the relationship between students' academic success and the quality of facilities and infrastructure. Abstract

The book This Is My Jihad is a book of life stories by the author Muhammad Zulfikar Rahmat, who tells his life story, the story of a person who was born with disabilities or disabilities. He tells the story of a dream fighter, a person with disabilities who tries to fight against obstacles and tests in order to realize his goals and dreams. The phenomenon of disabilities in general has many obstacles both individually and in groups, such as barriers to mobility, mentality, feeling inferior, lacking self-confidence, being isolated, experiencing awkwardness in carrying out social functions, not being able to get along normally, not being able to communicate well, not being able to participate in development activities. The purpose of this research is to describe the meaning of achievement motivation for people with disabilities in the book This Is My Jihad. The method used is a qualitative method with a hermeneutic type of research, and the data analysis uses the objectivist hermeneutics cycle of the partwhole line from Gadamer. The results of research on the meaning of motivation for people with disabilities in the book This Is My Jihad found three meanings of motivation: perseverance, positive thinking and patience.

Abstract

One of the cultures that is characteristic in Indonesia, especially in Bali, is a very unique culture, namely the nyuwang nganten wedding culture in Karangasem Bali. The Nyuwang Nganten culture is an activity one day before the marriage contract, the groom’s family brings the prospective bride to the groom’s residence for the smooth running of the contract process which is marked with a handover. This culture has been practiced since the time of our ancestors and still exists today. It’s just that the Nyuwang Nganten culture highlights a lot of controversy, in which many researchers allow or prohibit it because it is considered to complicate the marriage process. There fore, society needs an analysis of the values of Islamic teachings so that the nyuwang nganten culture can become an appropriate instrument of Islamic da’wah in matters of marriage. This study aims to describe the values of Islamic counseling contained in the nyuwang nganten culture. This research method uses a qualitative approach to the type of ethnographic research. The results of this study are the values of Islamic counseling contained in the Nyuwang Nganten culture, including preserving the khitbah process, respecting the woman’s family, maintaining responsibility, respecting customs, prioritizing good morals, maintaining the dignity of the bride and groom, providing policies in the process Nyuwang Nganten, broadcasting religion.
