Abstract

Karakteristik biografis dapat berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kinerja para pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kerakteristik Biografis Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Kecamatan Panca Rijang serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Kerakteristik Biografis Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Kecamatan Panca Rijang. Adapun tehnik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan Observasi, Kuesioner, Penelitian pustaka (library research). Adapun jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 7996 orang sedangkan sampelnya berjumlah 99 orang, adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk Pengaruh Kerakteristik Biografis Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Kecamatan Panca Rijang di peroleh hasil skor 3,88 dengan dinilai baik sedangkan untuk faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi diantaranya Faktor kemampuan kerjasama mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai di kantor Kecamatan Panca Rijang dikategorikan Baik dengan skor 3,99 dengan hasil persentase 79,8%.

Abstract

The problem of waste, remains an interesting issue to be discussed both among the government and the community. The Adipura Award, which has been contested for years by the government, remains an arena of prestige for the regency and city governments, but Adipura is not the only guarantee of public awareness of waste pollution. Sidrap after receiving the adipura award three times, still found a low level of public awareness of waste pollution. This study aims to determine public awareness, waste pollution and the effect of public awareness on waste pollution in Rappang Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The results showed that public awareness and waste pollution are still in the poor category. And public awareness has a significant influence on waste pollution conditions. The village government still needs a lot of socialization to the public about the importance of improving behavior in maintaining environmental health.

Abstract

Disiplin di lingkungan kerja sangat dibutuhkan, karena dapat menghambat pencapaian tujuan organisasi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, pegawai dengan disiplin kerja yang baik, berarti akan dicapai pula suatu keuntungan yang berguna baik bagi organisasi maupun pegawai itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kedisiplinan pegawai di Kantor Desa Bina Baru Kecamatan Kulo Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi budaya kerja di Kantor Desa Bina Baru Kecamatan Kulo Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 150 orang. Sampel sebanyak 97 orang dengan melihat tabel Isaac dan Michael. Tipe penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Observasi, Kuesioner, Penelitian pustaka dan Wawancara. Hasil penelitian yaitu berdasarkan rumus SPSS v.16 yaitu t hitung < t tabel, 0.898 < 1.985 maka Ho ditolak sehingga budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap kedisiplinan pegawai di Kantor Desa Bina Baru Kecamatan Kulo Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Variabel budaya kerja dinilai dengan 4 item yaitu perilaku tidak disiplin 89%, tidak jujur 52%, perilaku tidak tegas 88% dan tidak percaya diri 51%. Sedangkan variabel kedisiplinan pegawai diukur dengan menggunakan 3 item, yaitu disiplin waktu 86%, disiplin peraturan 85% dan disiplin tanggung jawab 48%. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi budaya kerja di Kantor Desa Bina Baru terdiri dari 2 yaitu kebersamaan 57% dan intensitas 58%. Kata Kunci: Budaya Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kedisiplinan Pegawai

Abstract

The purpose of this research, to find out Governent Policy on the application of Agribusiness Store in the Village of Pattondon Salu, Maiewa District, Enrekang Regency, the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics using data collection technique including questionnaire, interview, and observation. The population in this study were 2.380 people and the sampling used was probability sampling with a random sampling technique in order to obtain a sample of 88 people. Data analysis was performed with the help of the SPSS 21 program. The results of this study indicate that the planning of government policies on the application of agribusiness store aplications, in the Village of Pattondon Salu, Maiwa District, Enrekang regency, is at a percentage of value t count ≥ t table (5,024> 1,6627) with Y = 4,676 + 0,277 X or is the good category, while the aplications of agribusiness store applications is at a percentage of 86 % with an ideal 86,33% from 100% which is expected or is in the good category. Each indicator is in the good category with the percenatage of the producer role indicator at 88%, and the media role indicator at 86%.

Abstract

Latar Belakang bahwa dalampemberian pelayanan pemerintahan hendaknya konsep good governance diterapkan dengan maksimal, khususnya prinsip akuntabilitas dan transparansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan; 1) untuk menganalisis dan menggambarkan penerapan prinsip akuntabiltas dalam pelayanan Izin Mendirikan Bangunan(IMB), dan 2) untuk menganalisis dan menggambarkan penerapan prinsip transparansi dalam pelayanan Izin Mendirikan Bangunan(IMB) di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Lokasi penelitian di Kantor Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang.Penelitian dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan yaitu mulai September 2019 s.d Maret 2020.Sumber Data didapatkan dari hasil wawancara dengan aparat birokrasi dan masyarakat pengguna jasa.Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan kepustakaan.Teknik Analisis data yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Akuntabilitas Pelayanan Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB) pada Kantor Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang belum sepenuhnya akuntabel dalam pelayanan kepada pengguna jasa berdasarkan acuan pelayanan yang tidak konsisten, solusi pelayanan dimana kemudahan pelayanan masih bersifat diskriminasi, dan prioritas pemenuhan kepentingan pengguna jasa belum dikonsentrasikan sepenuhnya untuk kepentingan pengguna jasa. Transparansi pelayanan pemerintahan Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB) yang diselenggarakan oleh kantor Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dapat digambarkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan sudah semakin terbuka dan informasi terkait pelayanan Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB) kepada masyarkat dapat berjalan maksimal. Hal ini berdasarkan beberapa indikator yang digunakan yaitu keterbukaan dan standarisasi pelayanan yang sudah dilakukan oleh aparat birokrasi baik secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung. Proses pelayanan juga telah diterapkan secara cepat, efektif, sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang telah ditetapkan. Terkait mengenai transparansi pelaporan kegiatan pelayanan sudah diterapkan secara periodik dan teratur. Hanya saja, tindakan aparat birokrasi yang masih cendrung tidak adil dan diskriminatif.

Abstract

Motivated by the existence of problems regarding the rise of early marriage in the Maritengngae sub-district of Sidenreng Rappang district. The reason for the rise of early marriage in Maritengngae sub-district is the lack of socialization and government education about the dangers arising form early marriage. The factors that cause people to marry off their childern at an early age, namely : The desire to immediately get additional family members, matchmaking by parents or traditional factors, economic factors, educational factors, and Married by Accident (MBA) or pregnant outside of marriage.The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method to provide a clear picture of the problems studied in the Maritengngae district. The informant in this study is the purposive sampling method. There were 22 research informants, including 10 children married early, 5 parents who married their children at an early age, 3 village / kelurahan heads, maritengngae sub-district heads, religious court judges, 1 instructor of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN), and Head of the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of the District of Maritengngae, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Based on the results of the research in the field the researchers stated that the government's strategy in minimizing early marriage in the maritengngae sub-district of Sidenreng Rappang was not yet running optimally. This can be seen from the rise of early marriages that occur. And lack of understanding and education by the government to the community.

Abstract

Apparatus on the quality of public services in Wala Village, Kecamatang Maritengngae, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in conducting this study were people with male and female gender, amounting to 3,725 people from two environments, the data collection technique used was the Slovin formula with 92 results, taken based on purposive sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, data collection techniques used are observation techniques, questionnaires, literature study, and documentation. The data analysis technique is using the validity and reliability tests using the SPSS 21.0 application and a Likert scale. Based on the research that was taken from the results of the questionnaire data, it was obtained that the recapitulation of the Apparatus Performance variable with a percentage of 67.4% was included in the "Good" category while the recapitulation of the Public Service Quality variable with a percentage of 69.6% was included in the "Good" category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of bureaucratic behavior at the Bulo Wattang Village office, public services at the Bulo Wattang Village office and to determine the management of bureaucratic behavior towards improving public services at the Bulo Wattang Village office in Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 337 heads of households where the sampling used was Probability Sampling, with a random sampling technique using the 10% Yount Formula with a total sample of 34 heads of households. This study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is frequency tabulation analysis, and linear regression analysis using SPSS 16 for Windows. The results of this study show that the average percentage of bureaucratic behavior management in the office of Bulo Wattang Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is 65.8% with a good category, public services at the Bulo Wattang Village office, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang District are 60.32% with a fairly good category of bureaucratic behavior management to improve public services in the office of the Village of Bulo Wattang, District of Panca Rijang, District of Sidenreng Rappang by 33.0% with an influence category.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to use village websites in Carawali Village, Watang Pulu District, the use of village websites to improve public services during the COVID-19 pandemic in Carawali Village, Watang Pulu District. And the factors that influence the use of the website in Carawali Village, Watang Pulu District. The population in the study was 540 people and the sample was 54. This type of research is quantitative narrative. Data collection techniques mean observation, questionnaires (questionnaire) & literature. The analysis technique uses descriptive statistics. The results of the research output on the use of village websites in Carawali Village obtained poor results with an average percentage of 38.2%. The factors that encourage influencing E-Government are in the influential category with an average percentage of 70.9%. Then the use of village websites to improve public services during the COVID-19 pandemic shows a significant level of 0.002.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Village Consultative Body in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, which has an important position in the village government system. In Article 3 of Permendagri No.110/2016 it is stated that the purpose of setting up the Village Consultative Body is to emphasize the role of the Village Consultative Body in the administration of Village Government, to encourage the Village Consultative Body to be able to accommodate and channel the aspirations of the Village community, to encourage BPD in realizing good governance in the village. . research based on this method is a population survey research is a generalization area consisting of objects or subjects that have certain qualities and characteristics determined by researchers to be studied and then drawn conclusions. Data collection techniques are the most strategic steps in research because the main purpose of this research is to obtain data. The data collection techniques used in this study are as follows: Observation, Interview, Questionnaire, Literature Study. Research using quantitative research methods, the data in this study must be converted into numbers. Descriptive statistics are statistics that describe phenomena or data characteristics. Regarding the role of the Consultative Body in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Of the three indicators, including: active role, participatory role, passive role, obtained an average percentage of 39.2% is in the Less Good category.
