Abstract

Kecenderungan menggenerelesasi sunnah sebagai syariat sangatlah marak di kalangan kaum Muslim, sehingga hadits yang terumuskan dari sunnah yang hidup saat itu mempunyai harga mati yang tidak dapat ditawar-tawar lagi, yang mana akan sulit untuk membedakan mana hadits yang bersifat mutlak atau hadits yang bersifat nisbi. Pemikiran Yusuf Al Qordhowi dalam pembagian sunnah ini dianggap terpengaruh oleh orang-orang barat dengan maksud ingin memegang kendali atas seluruh masalah sekuler dan membiarkan umat Islam bebas melaksanakan masalah keagamaan mereka. Oleh sebab itu Penulis akan memaparkan tentang Problematika sunnah non tasyriiyah, dan implikasi pemikiran Yusuf Al Qordhowi terhadap hukum fiqih. Kata Kunci: Sunnah Non Tasyriiyah, Pemikiran Yusuf Al Qordhowi

Abstract

Psycholinguistics is important science to learn to provide interesting and enjoyable learning outcomes for students. Psycholinguistics and the Arabic Language have a very close relationship to achieving learning objectives. Very weak, this is certainly due to the lack of interest in learning and lack of motivation from students. Therefore, this study uses Psycholinguistics as a theory, especially in the book “How Language is Learned” to analyze a problem that exists in learning Arabic. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods: Observation, Interviews, and Documentation. External factors affect the listening and reading abilities of the students of At-Thoyyibiyah Bangkalan school. The solution to overcome these problems is to provide motivation and encouragement to students which can be done by their parents by memorizing vocabulary, forming a language environment, and using film media in increasing student motivation in listening learning.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini diawali dengan melakukan koordinasi dengan Kepala desa Tiremenggal untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat untuk pelaku UMKM yang ada di desa tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan survey untuk mengetahui kondisi terkini dan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan para pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Tiremenggal, lalu menganalisis permasalahan yang terjadi pada para pelaku UMKM di Desa Tiremenggal serta menentukan program untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Dari analisis yang telah ditentukan, maka solusi yang dapat dilaksanakan yaitu melakukan sosialisai dan pendampingan pembuatan NIB melalui OSS Pada tahap sosialisasi mengundang seluruh pelaku UMKM untuk diperkenalkan tentang OSS dan NIB. Pada tahap pelatihan Peserta pelatihan UMKM, perangkat Pemerintahan Desa dan juga Mahasiswa KKN Universitas Qomaruddin diberikan tata cara dalam mengakses, menginput data, submit data, verifikasi dan validasi data usaha melalui web OSS oleh petugas yang ditugaskan langsung dari Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Gresik. Berdasarkan hasil dari kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1. Peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai NIB dan OSS dan manfaat yang didapat apabila membuat legalitas usaha 2. Peningkatan pemahaman tentang tata cara membuat NIB melalui web OSS secara mandiri. 3. Ketersediaan pelaku UMKM untuk mendaftarkan usahanya ke lembaga OSS 4. Pasca kegiatan masyarakat para pelaku UMKM telah memiliki NIB dan bukti Surat Keterangan Izin Usaha, serta usahanya telah terdaftar di lembaga OSS.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen ketenagaan terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni penelitian kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini digunakan instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner untuk masing-masing variabel yakni variabel manajemen ketenagaan dan mutu layanan pembelajaran. Kuesioner yang digunakan terlebih dahulu dilakukan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada di MTs Mambaul Ulum Bedanten Bungah Gresik, dengan guru sebagai responden. Populasi berjumlah 52 orang guru, yang juga dijadikan sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yakni analisis regresi linier sederhana dan korelasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 20, dengan dasar melihat perbandingan nilai t hitung dan nilai t tabel untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh manajemen ketenagaan terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran.. Hasil penelitian yakni manajemen ketenagaan (X) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran (Y) dikarenakan value t-hitung > t-tabel atau 33,338 > 2,000, jadi Ho dinyatkan ditolak yang berarti nilai koefisien regresi sangat signifikan/ manajemen ketenagaan (X) nyata berpengaruh signifikan terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran (Y) .

Abstract

The BMK (Book Reading Guidance) lesson is one of the lessons taught at the Qomarudin Sampurnan Bungah Gresik Madrasah Diniyah Islamic Boarding School which is given to students of the Tsalis magic class, Robi. Khomis, and Sadist. The salaf book used is the book of Fathul Qorib. The BMK learning method at Madrasah Diniyah Qomaruddin so far has been bandongan (lectures). The sorogan method is a learning activity for santri that focuses more on developing individual abilities under the guidance of a kyai/ustadz. The purpose of implementing the sorogan method is to improve the ability of the students personally so as to produce a more stable learning achievement for each student. The method in this research is classroom action research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were 24 students of the Madrasah Diniyah Pondok Pesantren Qomaruddin Sampurnan Bungah. Data collection procedures carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the effectiveness of the sorogan method was quite good. The classical values ​​before cycle, cycle I, and II were respectively 25%, 66.67% and 100%. The average value of students increased in each cycle from 67.17, 68.75 and in cycle II to 89.79. The results of this study indicate that the sorogan method is classified as effective in increasing BMK (Book Reading Guidance) learning achievement for students.

Abstract

One strategy to improve the quality of education is the implementation of strategic management. Which reason fundamental is that the concept of strategic management offers to schools to provide better and more adequate education for students. Achieving compatibility between environments school and strategic, school structure and processes, have a positive effect on teacher performance. education crisis faced by the Indonesian nation revolves around crisis management, in which education management is mobilization of all educational resources to achieve the set educational goals. Research methods used is descriptive qualitative research conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum Peganden. It is called qualitative research, because the main data source for this research is in the form of the words and the actions of the people observed or interviewed. Based on the results of the research, it gives a conclusion that Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum Peganden has implemented strategic management of deep education improve teacher professionalism

Abstract

With the flow of rational-religious philosophy, of course, thinkers in conceptualizing an education cannot escape the role of religion and reason. The leaders of the adherents of this school are Ibn Miskawaih and Ibn Sina, this research is certainly made as a starting point to see the differences between the two. This research is library . The primary data in this study is a journal about the thoughts of Ibn Miskawaih and Ibn Shina. In this study, the researcher used content analysis in a descriptive form. The results of this study are: In terms of goals, the two figures proclaimed character-based goals. Ibn Miskawaih proclaimed character-based cognitive goals, then Ibn Sina proclaimed character-based Psychomotor goals. In terms of material, both provide religious material and worldly material, but Ibn Sina is more adapting the material to be given to the psychology of students. From the aspect of the method, the two figures have similarities in providing methods, namely in providing role models and providing a good environment from an early age, but the method used by Ibn Sina focuses more on student/psychomotor skills that does not leave affective, while Ibn Miskawaih focuses on affective. which does not leave cognitive. In terms of evaluation, Ibn Miskawaih's standard provides more detailed standards for student achievement than Ibn Sina's

Abstract

The plurality of Indonesian society cannot be separated from the state system that will be used. With a democratic system based on Pancasila, it will greatly minimize friction between tribes and religions. However, the challenge to democracy in Indonesia is the groups who are against democracy. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. This research is in the form of library research from the study of the character's thinking. The researcher uses Content Analysis technique by recording factual information and includes a detailed and accurate description of various dimensions related to all aspects studied. So, in this study, the researcher described the results by taking materials that were appropriate to the problem, then the data were analyzed, combined, and concluded. Islam and Democracy cannot be separated from one another, because the values ​​of Islamic teachings are contained in the foundation of the Indonesian state, namely Pancasila. As for the efforts that can be made, of course there must be prevention efforts from the government and from among students and students. The government's efforts that can be done, of course, must be combing and mapping which groups are included in the fundamentalists with mutual consolidation on the part of the government and the fundamentalists. As for the efforts of the students, of course, to educate the general public about the dangers of anarchism and textualism to democracy in Indonesian society. Likewise, santri, they must be able to preach in a polite manner and provide education about the values ​​of Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Morality (akhlak) reflects values of morality, ethics, and personality in relationships with God, humans, and the environment. Good morality plays a vital role in shaping noble character, strengthening interpersonal relationships, and creating a harmonious social environment. This study aims to examine the influence of education, social media, and social environment on students' morality. The research employs a quantitative approach with a simple random sampling method, involving 61 students from MI Tarbiyatul Aulad, Cerme, Gresik, as the sample. Research instruments include questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that, partially, education (p = 0.025) and social media (p = 0.037) have significant effects on students' morality. Simultaneously, education and social media influence morality with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.638. The greatest influence comes from the education variable, with a relationship value of 0.726, while the social media variable has a relationship value of 0.712. Additionally, the social environment significantly mediates the relationship between education, social media, and students' morality. This study provides important implications for developing educational strategies and managing social media to enhance students' morality.

Abstract

BP Ma'arif NU Assa'adah Junior High School is one of the schools that organizes the Islamic Boarding School-Based (SBP) program. In 2009, the Education Office appointed BP Ma'arif NU Assa'adah Junior High School to organize the SBP program, citing the school's readiness and its status as an Islamic boarding school. The focus of this research is the implementation of pesantren-based school education at BP Ma'arif NU Assa'adah Bungah Gresik Junior High School and efforts to improve the quality of pesantren-based school education at BP Ma'arif NU Assa'adah Bungah Gresik Junior High School. This research is qualitative in nature and employs a case study approach. The data collection techniques used in this study are participant observation, unstructured in-depth interviews, and documentation. The study's results demonstrate the development of several aspects of the SBP program at BP Ma'arif NU Assa'adah Junior High School, including curriculum development, facility and infrastructure improvements, human resource (HR) enhancements for both teachers and educators, education personnel, and students, and the enhancement of religious (spiritual) activities. Meanwhile, the focus of efforts to enhance the quality of education through SBP is on developing the curriculum, enhancing the quality of students, and improving the quality of teachers. The theoretical implications show that the Islamic Boarding School-Based Program will be considered good if it is able to integrate the school education system with the Islamic boarding school education system well, which will ultimately create educational outputs with character.
