Abstract

Mead is a sweet and thick food containing gold to chocolate with high sugar content and low fat. But mead farmers have a mead squeeze process, because mead farmers in Sumbawa still use traditional methods. Related to this at the time of extortion and comfort of mead farmers. Furthermore, a mead squeezer machine is needed as a solution to improve the work process of mead farmers in producing quality mead water. The press from this automatic mead-squeezer produces mead water that is not mixed with the residue of the residual nest. This extortion process takes a short amount of time to squeeze meadcombs with a capacity of 3 kg in just 10 minutes. At this time meadcomb dregs are stuck to the walls of the filter and do not come mixed with mead water depending on the filter hole which is very small and neat. This extortion process uses an electric motor with a rotation of 1400 RPM as a drive or filter player that is transmitted by the van-belt.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the signs found in Sapu Alang, such as motives. In order to find out how Sapu Alang became the identity of the Sumbawa people. This research is a qualitative research using Charles Sanders Pierce's semiotic analysis, which is based on representament, object, interpretant. The object in this study is Alang Sapu. This study uses interview data, observation, and documentation. This research focuses on the meaning or meaning of the hidden signs, symbols and symbols in the Sapu Alang motif so that later it will be associated with how Sapu Alang becomes the identity of the people of Sumbawa. The data were obtained through semiotic analysis, while the research location was Poto Hamlet, Poto Village, Moyo Hilir District, Sumbawa. The results of the study after analysis using Carles Sanders Pierce's semiotics show that the reed broom gives signs to objects in the form of various forms of motifs which as a whole show the identity of the Sumbawa people. Abstract

Penelitian Strategi Komunikasi Satlantas Polres Sumbawa dalam Meningkatkan Ketertiban Ketertiban Lalu Lintas ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi Satlantas Polres Sumbawa dalam meningkatkan ketertiban lalu lintas di Kab. Sumbawa dengan menggunakan teori strategi komunikasi oleh Anwar Arifin, meliputi pengenalan khalayak, menyusun pesan, memilih metode, penggunaan media dan peran komunikator yang digunakan Satlantas Polres Sumbawa dalam meningkatkan ketertiban lalu lintas. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, dan proses pengumpulan data dengan mengumpulkan dokumentasi dan wawancara. Penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini adalah, Satlantas Polres Sumbawa melakukan pengenalan khalayak, tetapi tidak memahami kondisi kepribadian dan kondisi fisik khalayak, Satlantas Polres Sumbawa juga tidak memahami pengaruh kelompok serta nilai-nilai kelompok yang ada, tetapi Satlantas Polres Sumbawa melakukan pengenalan khalayak dimana kelompok khalayak itu berada. Satlantas Polres Sumbawa menyusun pesan dengan merencanakan terlebih dahulu pesan yang akan disampaikan. Satlantas Polres Sumbawa menyampaikan pesan komunikasi dengan metode edukasi. Satlantas Polres melakukan analisis terlebih dahulu dan media yang digunakan media resmi seperti media cetak, online dan media sosial, tetapi tidak menyesuaikan media yang digunakan dengan khalayak serta tidak maksimal dalam penggunaan sosial media. Satlantas Polres Sumbawa dapat dikatakan bahwa Satlantas Polres Sumbawa gagal melakukan perannya sebagai komunikator sebagaimana teori Strategi Komunikasi oleh Anwar Arifin karena kurang maksimal dalam melakukan pengenalan khalayak, tidak memilih media sesuai dengan khalayak dan tidak maksimal dalam menggunakan sosial media yang dimiliki.
