Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dalam memberikan kesejahteraan keluarga di Selagalas Kota Mataram, Indonesia. Pendekatan penelitian yang di gunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pelatihan informan penelitian ini terdiri dari 1 informan kunci, 3 informan utama, dan 6 informan tambahan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik triangulasi (triangulasi sumber, triangulasi metode, dan triangulasi teori). Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian bahwa pelaksanaan program PKH di Kelurahan Selagalas belum berjalan dengan baik, hal ini dilihat dari tujuan utama program PKH dalam mengurangi angka kemiskinan, menyelesaikan rantai reruntuhan serta peningkatan kualitas SDM yang belum tercapai. Mekanisme pelaksanaan program PKH yang tidak sepenuhnya dilakukan seperti pertemuan awal yang dilakukan sosialisasi dengan KPM dan tahap validasi data KPM tidak berjalan sesuai ketentuan. Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dikatakan belum mampu mensejahterakan masyarakat miskin dilihat dari pendapatan, konsumsi atau pengeluaran keluarga, keadaan tempat tinggal, fasilitas tempat tinggal, kesehatan, pelayanan kesehatan dan pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Native Income and General Allocation Fund on Capital Expenditure in West Nusa Tenggara Province in 2012-2021. The type of research used is quantitative research that emphasizes analysis of data with statistical methods. The data collection technique in this study is to use observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. This study took data on the report on the realization of local original income, general allocation funds and annual capital expenditures at the Central Statistics Agency of West Nusa Tenggara Province during the 2012-2021 period. The results of this study indicate that Regional Own Revenue and General Allocation Fund partially have no significant effect on Capital Expenditure. Simultaneous testing shows that Regional Own Revenue and General Allocation Funds do not have a significant effect on Capital Expenditure.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and to analyze how the MEKAAR PNM Program influences the income of the poor in Manggelewa District in 2019-2020. The research method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. The technique used in taking samples from the population uses the slovin formula with an error rate of 10%. The results showed that the PNM MEKAAR program had a positive and significant effect on the income of the poor in Manggelewa District in 2019-2020.
