Abstract

Fenomena bertambahnya jumlah penduduk lansia di kota Mataram dari tahun ketahun dengan usia harapan hidup yang semakin meningkat dan masih banyaknya penduduk lansia yang berpartisipasi dalam pasar kerja yang informal merubah paradigma terhadap penduduk lansia yang dipandang sebagai penduduk yang tak berdaya , sakit-sakitan dan beban dalam pembangunan menjadi penduduk yang dapat menjadi aset pembangunan.Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor pendidikan, kesehatan, status perkawinan, jumlah tanggungan, jenis kelamin dan jaminan hari tua (pensiun) penduduk lansia memilih berpartisipasi dalam pasar kerja di kota Mataram. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksplanatif dan jumlah responden 60 orang. Model analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Model Regresi Logistik (MRL). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi kesehatan lansia dan adanya jaminan hari tua atau pensiunan menjadi pertimbangan yang utama dalam memutuskan berpartisipasi dalam pasar kerja di kota Mataram, disamping variabel lain seperti pendidikan, status perkawinan, jumlah tanggungan, dan jenis kelamin. Secara umum kondisi kesehatan responden lansia di kota Mataram berada dalam kondisi sehat dengan curahan jam kerja yang cukup panjang (lebih dari 35 jam perminggu), jenis pekerjaan responden lebih banyak pada sektor informal dan pendapatan yang diterima oleh responden lansia secara rata-rata melebihi upah minimun kota Mataram .

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang disruptif telah menyentuh hampir semua aspek kehidupan. Dari sisi bisnis, kreativitas dan inovasi di bidang teknologi berkembang ke berbagai bidang industri untuk efisiensi dan mengambil ceruk pasar. Apalagi di era revolusi industri 4.0 lahirnya inovasi-inovasi terbaru berbasis teknologi semakin tak terbendung, salah satunya financial technology (fintech). Tak terlepas keberadaan fintech juga diikuti dengan Literasi dan Inklusi Keuangan masyarakat sebagai pengguna financial technology. Dari pernyataan tersebut dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan masyarakat dan inklusi keuangan terhadap minat penggunaan financial technology sebagai sistem pembayaran non tunai di Kecamatan Ampenan Kota Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif sedangkan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah sampel survey, menggunakan probability sampling, sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 100 responden. Dalam menjelaskan hasil penelitian, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan yang diukur oleh indikator pengetahuan, sikap, perilaku, keterampilan dan keyakinan keuangan dan inklusi keuangan yang diukur oleh indikator akses keuangan, ketersediaan produk dan layanan jasa keuangan, penggunaan produk dan layanan jasa keuangan serta kualitas produk dan layanan jasa keuangan secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Minat Penggunaan Financial Technology. Hal ini mengandung implikasi bahwa literasi dan inklusi keuangan merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi minat penggunaan financial technology, sehingga kedepannya pemerintah harus mengembangkan ekosistem jasa keuangan untuk memperluas akses keuangan dan meningkatkan literasi keuangan masyarakat.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that economic growth in NTB Province fluctuates and is still very low compared to other provinces in Indonesia. This research aims to determine the influence of the components of the human development index, namely Life Expectancy, Expected Years of Schooling, Average Years of Schooling, and Per Capita Expenditure on the Economic Growth of NTB Province. This type of research is based on testing theory through measuring research variables with numbers and in an associative research format. This research is quantitative research using panel data regression analysis tools in the 2018-2022 period per district/city. In this research, the model used is Fixed Effects, because the Fixed Effects model is better than other models, which have been tested using the Chow test and the Hausman test. The data collection technique used is collecting directly from the relevant agency, namely BPS NTB Province. The research results obtained are that, partially, the Life Expectancy variable has a positive and significant effect on Economic Growth, Expected Years of Schooling has a negative and significant effect on Economic Growth, Average Years of Schooling and Per Capita Expenditures do not have a significant effect on Economic Growth. Meanwhile, simultaneously Life Expectancy, Expected Years of Schooling, Average Years of Schooling, and Per Capita Expenditures influence Economic Growth.

Abstract

The Human Development Index (HDI) is an indicator used to measure the level of development of an area, especially East Lombok Regency in West Nusa Tenggara Province. This research aims to analyze the influence of government spending on education and health, unemployment and economic growth, whether they simultaneously influence the Human Development Index in Lombok Timur district in 2013-2022. This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach and using statistical methods. Statistical analysis aims to test the hypothesis before the data is processed, the researcher changed the annual data above into quarterly data using Eviews 10. The Influence of Government Expenditures in the Education and Health Sectors, Unemployment and Economic Growth on the Human Development Index in East Lombok Regency in 2013 -2022 based on the results of research data that has been tested, it is concluded that the four independent variables have an effect simultaneously or together on the dependent variable, this is expressed by a probability value (F statistic) which is 0.000, which is smaller than the allowable error of 0.05. Meanwhile, partially the variables Expenditure on Education and Economic Growth have a positive effect, while the variables Government Expenditure on Health and Unemployment have a negative effect on the Human Development Index in Lombok Timur Regency in 2013-2022.

Abstract

MSME are a form of business managed by a person or group of people with a certain amount of capital and setting up a business with the aim of making a profit with the ability to develop flexible business processes. This research aims to determine the influence of financial attitudes, financial literacy, and income level on informal sector financial management behavior among basic food traders in Praya City, Central Lombok. The sample used was 103 respondents. The sampling technique uses probability sampling. In explaining the research results, the data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that the financial attitude and income level variables with financial management behavior have a positive relationship with financial management behavior and do not have a significant effect. However, the financial literacy variable shows a positive relationship and has a significant effect on financial management behavior. This implies that an individual's financial decisions will be greatly influenced by their financial knowledge.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor spesifikasi bank yang memengaruhi profitabilitas bank milik pemerintah selama periode 2018-2022. Profitabilitas menjadi indikator kritis dalam menilai kesehatan keuangan bank dan keberlanjutan operasionalnya. Faktor-faktor yang menjadi fokus penelitian meliputi Asset Quality, Net Interest Margin, Loan to Deposit Rasio dan Profitabilitas (ROA). Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data keuangan dari laporan keuangan bank milik pemerintah selama periode yang diteliti. Analisis regresi data panel digunakan untuk menilai hubungan antara spesifikasi bank dan profitabilitasnya. Variabel independen melibatkan Asset Quality, Net Interest Margin, dan Loan to Deposit Rasio yang diidentifikasi sebagai kunci dalam konteks perbankan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa varuiabel Asset Quality dan Net Interest Margin berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas sedangkan Variabel Loan to Deposit Rasio Berpengaruh Negatif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of road infrastructure, water infrastructure through the distribution of clean water, and educational infrastructure both partially and simultaneously on the economic growth of Mataram City from 2013 – 2022. The data source comes from Badan Pusat Statistik of city of Mataram with secondary data as a type of data. The data processing technique that we used is multiple linear regression analysis through a program. The research findings show that Educational infrastructure as an independent variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the economic growth of the city Mataram. Meanwhile, clean water infrastructure has an insignificant negative effect and road infrastructure has an insignificant positive effect on the economic growth of Mataram City. Research show that economic growth in the Mataram City, in the 10 year period 2013 – 2022 does not show a large influence from the variables of road infrastructure, clean water and education infrastructure.

Abstract

Poverty is a problem in a complex and multidimensional economy. Therefore, solutions are needed to overcome and reduce poverty levels. This research aims to analyze the influence of the independent variables Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), unemployment rate, Human Development Index (HDI) on the amount of poverty in West Nusa Tenggara Province in 2020-2022. Data was obtained from the West Nusa Tenggara Province Central Statistics Agency, namely in various prints of West Nusa Tenggara Province in Figures, Data and Information on West Nusa Tenggara Poverty Issues 2020-2022. .The analysis tool used is panel data regression. In this research, the model used is Fixed Effects, because the Fixed Effects model is better than other models, which have been tested using the F test and the Hausman test. The results show that the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) variable, the Human Development Index (HDI), has a negative and significant effect on the amount of poverty in West Nusa Tenggara, while the Regency/City unemployment rate variable has a significant positive effect on the amount of poverty in West Nusa Tenggara.

Abstract

The study aims analyze the Life Expectancy, Education and Employment Opportunities Against Poverty in the district/city of West Nusa Tenggara Province, from 2018 to 2022. The data is obtained from the Central Statistical Authority of West Nusa Tenggara. The type of data used is sekunder data. Analiysis the data used is Panel data regression analysis with Eviews 12 Application. After doing the analysis, The Research has shown that Partially Life Expectancy have a negative and significant effect on poverty in the districts/cities of West Nusa Tenggara Province. Meanwhile, Education have a positive and insignificant effect on poverty in the districts/cities of West Nusa Tenggara Province Then Employment Opportunity have a negative and insignificant effect on poverty in the district/cities of West Nusa Tenggara Province (4) Simultaneously Variable Life Expectancy, Education, Employment Opportunities together have a significant effect on poverty in the districts/cities of West Nusa Tenggara Province

Abstract

The high level of poverty in West Nusa Tenggara shows that the economic development process has not been able to improve community welfare evenly. Thus, it is necessary to analyze the factors that influence poverty in an effort to overcome the problem of poverty. This research aims to determine the influence of education, GRDP and Regency/City Unemployment partially or simultaneously on poverty in West Nusa Tenggara Province in 2017-2021. This test was carried out in 10 districts/cities in NTB Province with the observation year being 2017-2021. This research uses a quantitative approach and associative methods. Data collection was carried out using the documentation method, literature study and then analyzed using panel data regression analysis using the Random Effect Model (REM) approach using Eviews 10 software. The results of this research show that education has a significant and negative effect on poverty. GRDP has an insignificant and negative effect on poverty and unemployment has an insignificant and negative effect on poverty. Furthermore, education, GDP and unemployment simultaneously have a significant effect on poverty. The implication of this research is to provide information about factors that can influence poverty and for the government it can be used as consideration regarding efforts to reduce poverty in West Nusa Tenggara Province.
