Abstract

Seiring dengan meningkatnya kemampuan ekonomi indonesia, jumlah jamaah haji indonesia dari waktu ke waktu mengalami peningkatan. Masih tingginya daftar tunggu bagi jamaah asal Indonesia, membuat Kementerian Agama (Kemenag) berencana mensosialisasikan kewajiban menunaikan ibadah haji sekali dalam seumur hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui dampak promosi dan harga pada keputusan pembelian pada paket Haji dan Umrah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey analitik dengan metode cross-sectional study. Hasil penelitian ini adalah harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedang Lokasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, Pelayanan Jasa berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Just in Time  dan Quality Management terdahap Efisiensi Biaya Produksi pada CV Daeng Kuliner Makassar. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan teknik pengumpulan yaitu dengan  menyebarkan kuisoner yaitu mengajukan atau membuat daftar pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang ditujukan kepada responden dalam hal ini kepada karyawan tertentu di CV Daeng Kuliner Makassar yang secara logis berhubungan dengan masalah penelitian yaitu mengenai pengaruh Just In Time dan Total Quality Management terhadap Efisiensi Biaya Produksi. Teknik pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Just In Time secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efisiensi Biaya Produksi pada CV Daeng Kuliner Makassar. Total Quality Management secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efisiensi Biaya Produksi pada CV Daeng Kuliner Makassar. Sedangkan Just In Time dan Total Quality Management secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efisiensi Biaya Produksi pada CV Daeng Kuiner Makassar.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan pertama penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan adanya pengaruh langsung kualitas aplikasi, kualitas layanan dan kepuasan terhadap Loyalitas pengguna aplikasi Zoom. Sementara tujuan kedua adalah untuk menganalisis apakah kepuasan memediasi pengaruh kualitas aplikasi dan kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pengguna zoom. Untuk itu, sebanyak 150 kuesioner telah disebarkan secara purposive kepada para mahasiswa pengguna aplikasi Zoom yang berasal dari 3 perguruan tinggi negeri di kota Makassar. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi SMartPLS versi 3.3.3. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung yang tidak signifikan dari kualitas aplikasi terhadap loyalitas pengguna Zoom, sementara terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan dari kualitas layanan dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pengguna Zoom. Hasil analisis data juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan memediasi pengaruh kualitas aplikasi dan kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pengguna Zoom. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Aplikasi,  Kualitas Layanan, Kepuasan, Loyalitas Konsumen. AbstractThe first objective of this research is to prove the direct influence of application quality, service quality and satisfaction on the loyalty of Zoom application users. While the second objective is to analyze whether satisfaction mediates the effect of application quality and service quality on zoom user loyalty. For this reason, as many as 150 questionnaires have been distributed purposively to students using the Zoom application from 3 state universities in the city of Makassar. The collected data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of the SMAtPLS application version 3.3.3. The results of the analysis show that there is an insignificant direct effect of application quality on Zoom user loyalty, while there is a significant direct effect of service quality and satisfaction on Zoom user loyalty. The results of data analysis also show that satisfaction mediates the effect of application quality and service quality on Zoom user loyalty. Keywords: Application Quality, Service Quality, Satisfaction, Consumer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Just in Time and Quality Management on Production Cost Efficiency at CV Daeng Kuliner Makassar. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by purposive sampling with the collection technique by distributing questionnaires, namely asking or making a list of questions addressed to respondents in this case to certain employees at CV Daeng Kuliner Makassar which logically relates to the research problem, namely the influence of Just In Time and Total Quality Management on Production Cost Efficiency. The data processing technique in this study uses Smart PLS software. The results of this study indicate that Just In Time partially has a positive and significant effect on Production Cost Efficiency at CV Daeng Kuliner Makassar. Total Quality Management partially has a positive and significant effect on Production Cost Efficiency at CV Daeng Kuliner Makassar. While Just In Time and Total Quality Management simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Production Cost Efficiency at CV Daeng Kuiner Makassar.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive economy, efficient financial management is the key to success for both individuals and businesses. Good financial planning is not only important for individuals in managing personal finances but also crucial for business continuity, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In 2023, it is estimated that the Indonesian economy will strengthen thanks to the significant contribution of MSME growth, MSMEs play a vital role as the main driver of the Indonesian economy, considering that 99% of businesses in this country are MSMEs. PKM uni aims to increase knowledge about personal finance and business finance. The method used in producing the focus of PKM objectives is Service Learning (SL), where through this approach business groups are invited to not only understand the theory of using science and technology in their business activities theoretically, but also to apply this knowledge practically. The results obtained are Based on the survey conducted, there was a positive response from the participants in the community service activities which was seen from the average of the three aspects in the survey results which were classified as very high above four. There were no significant obstacles during the process of implementing community service activities, due to good cooperation from partners and a high intention to learn from the training participants.

Abstract

Along with the increase in Indonesia's economic capacity, the number of Indonesian pilgrims from time to time has increased. The high waiting list for pilgrims from Indonesia has prompted the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) to plan to socialize the obligation to perform the haj pilgrimage once in a lifetime. This study aims to determine the impact of promotions and prices on purchasing decisions on Hajj and Umrah packages. This research is a quantitative study with an analytic survey approach with a cross-sectional study method. The results of this study are Price has no effect on purchasing decisions, while Promotion has an effect on customer satisfaction.Kata Kunci : Price, Promotion, dan Purchasing Decisions Hajj and Umrah packages

Abstract

Logistik dalam perkembangannya hingga saat ini merupakan ilmu yang patut mendapat perhatian khusus seiring dengan sejarah pertumbuhan ekonomi yang semakin kompleks, seperti produktivitas, distribusi dan penyimpanan barang yang diproduksi oleh pabrik dan perusahaan, dan keseluruhan pengelolaan hasil produk, memerlukan perlakuan khusus dan ketat. Pengorganisasian yang tepat, atau sering disebut Manajemen Logistik Terpadu, sangat penting untuk memastikan tidak ada ketidakseimbangan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan untuk mencapai hasil yang efisien dan efektif. Berdasarkan hasil data, pada hipotesis pertama efektivitas logistik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Kedua, pada hipotesis efesiensi logistik tidak ditemukan adanya pengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Ketiga, yaitu differensiasi logistik berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the most appropriate estimated time to complete a construction project at the Royal Sentraland Makassar housing complex using the PERT method. This research uses quantitative research methods. This research uses primary data, namely from every activity that has been carried out, the dependency relationship of every work carried out and what is the cause of every delay that occurs in every project work item. Based on the results of research conducted using the alternative approach PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique) which produces an estimate of the correct time to complete the development project at the Royal Sentraland Makassar housing complex. The results of calculations using PERT can show the amount of time needed, the level of confidence desired in determining the time of each activity, monitoring of activities, especially those on the critical path, can be more concentrated, and in terms of completion time for the initial one it is 142 days and for the proposal (accelerated) is 132 days, so there is a time efficiency of 10 days.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of just in time implementation, total quality management and information technology on operational performance at the Takalar sugar factory. This research uses primary data and secondary data, the sampling technique used in this research is probability sampling using simple random sampling and using the Slovin formula with a sample size of 127 respondents in this research. The type of research used is quantitative research. In this research, it uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS version 3.0 for Windows as a data analysis technique. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it shows that the implementation of just in time has a positive and significant effect on operational performance, the implementation of total quality management has a positive and significant effect on operational performance, the implementation of information technology has a positive and significant effect on operational performance, and the implementation of just in time, total quality Management and information technology have a simultaneous influence on operational performance at the Takalar sugar factory.
