Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan penimbangan sembako yang dilakukan oleh pedagang sesuai dengan perspektif Ekonomi Sslam di Pasar Soppeng Kabupaten Soppeng. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan normatif dan sosiologis. Data penelitian diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masih banyaknya pedagang sembako di pasar Soppeng yang belum memahami bahkan mengaplikasikannya sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Hal ini juga terkait karena kurangnya perhatian pemerintah atau lembaga keagamaan yang menyinggung atau mengangkat etika bisnis Islam menjadi sebuah sistem yang akan berdampak positif pada usaha yang mereka jalankan.

Abstract

Jumlah pengunjung objek wisata Taman Purbakala Batu Pake Gojeng mengalami peningkatan dalam tiga tahun terakhir. Namun, dibalik peningkatan tersebut, tidak diketahui seberapa besar jumlah permintaan dan nilai ekonomi yang didapatkan konsumen atas permintaan konsumen tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah biaya perjalanan, pendapatan, umur, tingkat pendidikan, waktu kerja dan pengalaman pengunjung mempengaruhi jumlah permintaan serta mengetahui nilai ekonomi yang diperoleh pengunjung Objek Wisata Taman Purbakala Batu Pake Gojeng dengan menggunakan pendekatan biaya perjalanan (Travel Cost Method). Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan pendekatan Ordinary Least Square dan surplus konsumen, untuk menghitung nilai total ekonomi yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tiga variabel independen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap jumlah permintaan natara lain biaya perjalanan, pendapatan, dan pengalaman berkunjung. Umur, pendidikan dan waktu kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap jumlah permintaan. Surplus yang dicapai konsumen sebesar Rp 99.503,96 per individu per satu kali kunjungan menunjukkan bahwa keuntungan yang diperoleh konsumen masih jauh diatas harga pengeluaran rata-rata yakni sebesar Rp. 42.713,13 per satu kali kunjungan. Nilai total ekonomi, diperoleh dari nilai surplus konsumen per individu per tahun dikalikan dengan jumlah pengunjung tahun 2017. Hasilnya, diperoleh nilai total ekonomi Objek Wisata Taman Purbakala Batu Pake Gojeng sebesar Rp. 1.950.022.176. Dengan demikian, objek wisata ini memiliki prospek yang sangat besar, dan penting didorong pemerintah sehingga dapat menjadi sumber pertumbuhan baru.

Abstract

AbstrakPergeseran industri berbasis tenaga kerja (labour based industries) ke industri berbasispengetahuan (knowledge based industries) membuat penciptaan nilai perusahaan akanberubah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah secara empiris hubungan intellectual capitalterhadap kinerja keuangan, dan berujung pada nilai perusahaan baik secara langsung maupuntidak langsung. Sampel diperoleh dari 18 bank dengan periode enam tahun dari 2011 sampaitahun 2016 dengan jumlah data sebanyak 108. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan teknik pathanalysis yang dilakukan melalaui uji analisis regresi linier. Untuk menguji pengaruh mediasidilakukan dengan sobel test. Hasil yang diperoleh menyatakan bahwa intellectual capitalberpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, dan intellectual capital berpengaruhlangsung terhadap nilai perusahaan dan kinerja keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadapnilai perusahaan. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, pengembangan karir dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. Dengan populasi yaitu 102 karyawan PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik sampel Non-Probability Sampling dengan  metode sampling jenuh yakni seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Sumber data yang digunakan berupa data primer yakni kuesioner (angket penelitian) yang dibagikan  kepada obyek yang akan diteliti dalam hal ini pekerja PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar dan diisi secara langsung, serta data sekunder yakni data yang diperoleh dari arsip bagian pengelolaan sumber daya PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. Serta beberapa penelitian terdahulu, literatur, dan jurnal.  Teknik analisis data dengan menggunkan analisis regresi sederhana dan berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi Statistical Product And Solution (SPSS) versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar, pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar, disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar, dan kepemimpinan, pengembangan karir dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Pengembangan Karir, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja. AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of leadership, career development and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. With a population of 102 employees of PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. Determination of the sample in the study using the Non-Probability Sampling technique with the saturated sampling method, that is, all members of the population are sampled. The data sources used are primary data, namely questionnaires (research questionnaires) which are distributed to the object to be studied, in this case the workers of PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar and filled in directly, as well as secondary data, namely data obtained from the archives of the resource management department of PT Bosowa Berlian. The data analysis technique uses simple and multiple regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Product And Solution (SPSS) version 20 application. The results of this study indicate that leadership affects employee performance at PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar, career development affects employee performance at PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar , work discipline affects the performance of employees of PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar, and leadership, career development and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. Keywords: Leadership, Career Development, Work Discipline and Performance.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises in the city of Makassar continue to experience rapid development. One of the challenges in Small and Medium Enterprises in Makassar is the low financial performance of SMEs. This is caused by low productivity because the quality of human resources is still low because of the lack of knowledge and entrepreneurial competence. Good management of intellectual capital can improve the company's financial performance. This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital on financial performance with a competitive advantage as an intervening variable in small and medium enterprises in the city of Makassar. This research conducted a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data of this research was primary data collected through questionnaire surveys. The research used multiple linear regression and path analysis with IBM Statistics SPSS 21. The results showed that intellectual capital had a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of SMEs in Makassar. Furthermore, intellectual capital impacted the competitive advantage of SMEs in Makassar city positively and significantly. Competitive advantage was also proven to have a positive and significant influence on the financial performance of SMEs in Makassar. The results of this study also indicated that competitive advantage was a mediating variable between the relationship of intellectual capital to the financial performance of SMEs in Makassar.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions, the effect of product features on purchasing decisions, the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions which are moderated by lifestyle and the effect of product features on purchasing decisions which are moderated by lifestyle. This research is quantitative research using the partial least squares (PLS) method, using Smart PLS 3.3 software. The number of respondents in this study was 100 iPhone user respondents in the city of Makassar. The results of this research show that quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase iPhone smartphone products, features have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase iPhone smartphone products, lifestyle is not able to moderate the relationship between quality and the decision to purchase iPhone smartphone products, lifestyle is able to moderate the relationship between features on purchasing decisions for iPhone smartphone products.

Abstract

One of the issues in Islamic law that is often debated is the case of polygamy that occurs in society in Indonesia. The perception of people in Makassar City, South Sulawesi about polygamy is still very taboo. This assumption arises because of their erroneous understanding of polygamy. This article aimed to discuss the underlying factors of polygamous marriages in Makassar.  The research used empirical methods with survey techniques, analyzed with Islamic law theory. The current research was designed as a survey which involved 80 participants, who consisted of 30 polygamous actors and 50 people from monogamous relationships. Instruments used in this study were a close-ended questionnaire and an open interview guideline with polygamists. The results showed that among the Makassarian community members who agreed with the practice of polygamy, there was a group of people who considered polygamy as a disgrace to the family or an act of demeaning women. It was reported that many polygamous actors conducted polygamy without any consent from their first wives. The survey also uncovered several factors that provoked polygamy practices in Makassar. These factors include female infertility, men’s sexual needs, the Prophet’s Sunnah, incurable diseases, and ignorance. Moreover, the majority of polygamous actors in Makassar chose not to register their second marriage at the Civil Registry office due to the state's convoluted bureaucracy and the law that prohibits government employees from being polygamous.

Abstract

The characteristics of the Indonesian economy are supported by the micro, small, and medium enterprise sectors, which account for 98.33% of the enterprise population in Indonesia. This is evidenced by the increasing number of business units, labor contribution, and contribution of MSMEs to GDP. The post-COVID-19 pandemic has brought major changes to the lifestyle of businesses and consumers along with the use of digitalization. The existence of digitalization provides opportunities for businesses to increase online sales and fast and efficient bookkeeping. The obstacles faced at this time are that Sebatik Island MSME actors still have obstacles in utilizing digital applications. Therefore, this research began by conducting community service on 13 September 2023 to provide training on digitalization to business actors. The samples in this study were 27 MSME actors dominated by culinary businesses. The methods used include mapping, interviews with UMKM participants, formulation of problems and solutions, determination of problem-solving strategies, and implementation of MSMEs seminars.

Abstract

Banks have a very important and strategic role in supporting national economic development. As a financial service institution, one of the real roles of banks is in channeling funds to people who need business capital through micro, small and medium enterprises. Banks are also an industry capable of turning savings into investments. With this strategic function, it is not surprising that banks receive great attention from the government, because banks are a business that is full of risks that occur in the banking system and can have a fatal impact on the economy as a whole.This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study were all financial statements of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 5 years from 2013 to 2017. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that simultaneously the liquidity risk variable, market risk had a significant impact on profitability, and partially the liquidity risk variable had a significant and negative impact on profitability, while the market risk variable had a significant and positive impact on profitability.Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the higher the liquidity risk, which is reflected in the LDR, can result in decreased profitability. On the other hand, the higher the LDR indicates a high level of credit but is not followed by a high rate of return (bad credit), so that the bank experiences losses or decreases in profitability. In addition, it shows that when there is an increase in risk in the market, the market will tend to shift its assets to the banking sector which is then considered safer.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to analyze and find out how much influence price and promotion have on customer loyalty in choosing mudharabah contract financing through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative research using an explanatory approach. The results of this study indicate that price and promotion have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, while promotion has a negative and significant effect on customer loyalty and price and promotion have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at the Bank.
