Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine consumer perception on some batik attribute: product quality, features, design and cost and their indicator. This perception is used to describe batik Jambi position. Research is belong to explanatory research where data is gathered by questionnaires. This research reveals to see the consumer perception of positioning batik Jambi with variables based on product quality, features, design and cost on which of these four variables is of twenty indicators. Methods used survey methods explanatory. Research finding showed that quality, feature, design, and cost that represent by twenty indicators is only significant represent by 10 indicators. Hence those significant indicators should be communicated to the customer to ensure that what customer found is provide by product.

Abstract

Purpose-the increasing of SME number in Indonesia is not followed by the increasing of business performance, although various managerial and entrepreneural tranings, as well as busniness advocations has been given intensively by government. The objective of this research is to analise the impact of entrepreneural orintation, market orientation, managerial skill,and entrepreneurship training on SMEs business performance. Design/methodology/ approach- the approach used is survey method. Data gathered from 200 respondents accross for districts or city in Jambi Province, and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) used as analysing tool. Findings- this research find that the business performance is influenced by the level of entrepreneural orientation and the attending of entrepreneurship training. Management skill is the intervening variable between entrepreneurship traning and business performance. The result also find that market orientation is an intervening for the relationship between entrepreneural orientation and business performance.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan solusi atas persoalan limbah sabut kelapa dan persoalan BUMDES di Desa Manunggal Makmur yang belum memiliki aktivitas ekonomi utama untuk menggerakkan perekonomian desa melalui pelatihan manajemen usaha pengolahan sabut kelapa. Mitra pengabdian ini terdiri dari Pengurus Bumdes, Perangkat Desa serta Pemuda Kader desa sebanyak 15 orang. Metode pelatihan menggunakan pelatihan partisipatif yang melibatkan peserta dalam setiap tahapan pelatihan mulai dari pra pelatihan hingga tahapan evaluasi pelatihan (Participant Learning Center/PLC dan Project Based Learning). Materi yang diberikan meliputi manajemen organisasi dan manajemen keuangan, manajemen produksi dan manajemen pemasaran orientasi ekspor. Luaran yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan, pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengelola usaha pengolahan sabut kelapa. Usaha ini diharapkan menjadi aktivitas utama Bumdes mengelola potensi lokal desa, menggerakkan perekonomian masyarakat desa yang umumnya petani kelapa serta dapat meningkatkan pendapatan asli desa.

Abstract

Abstrak Kemampuan mahasiswa pada Mata Kuliah Pengantar Bisnis Program Studi Diploma IV Manajemen Pemerintahan memiliki tingkatan pemahaman yang berbeda meskipun berada di kelas yang sama. Hal ini menyebabkan ketimpangan yang cukup signifikan diantara mahasiswa yang berada di kelas yang sama. Hal ini terlihat saat menggunakan metode pembelajaran dengan diskusi/tanya jawab, dimana terdapat mahasiswa yang mampu mengungkapkan pendapat dengan baik dan ada yang sangat pasif. Hal lain yang bisa menjadi penyebab adalah motivasi belajar di antara mahasiswa yang berbeda. Untuk itu, salah satu cara yang akan digunakan untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang efektif adalah melalui Cooperative Learning Tipe Jigsaw karena metode ini biasa digunakan untuk ilmu-ilmu social, bedah literatur, dan pengetahuan ilmiah yang lain yang hanya bertujuan menciptakan penguasaan konsep dibandingkan penguasaan kemampuan peserta didik. Metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw, memiliki manfaat agar mahasiswa mampu bekerja sama dalam kelompok untuk mencapai tujuan secara bersama. Setiap anggota kelompok dituntut untuk dapat bertanggungjawab terhadap hasil belajarnya, karena keberhasilan kelompok didasarkan atas sumbangan masing-masing anggota kelompok. Kata Kunci: PTK, Cooperatif Learning, Jigsaw, Kemampuan Abstract The ability of students in the Government Management Diploma IV Study Program Business Introductory Course has a different level of understanding even though they are in the same class. This causes a significant gap between students who are in the same class. This can be seen when using the learning method with discussion/question and answer, where there are students who are able to express opinions well and some are very passive. Another thing that could be the cause is the motivation to study among different students. For this reason, one way that will be used to create effective learning is through the Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Type because this method is commonly used for social sciences, reviewing literature, and other scientific knowledge which only aims to create mastery of concepts rather than mastery of students' abilities. . The jigsaw type of cooperative learning method has the advantage that students are able to work together in groups to achieve common goals. Each group member is required to be responsible for their learning outcomes, because group success is based on the contribution of each group member. Abstract

This study aims: 1). Analyzing consumer perceptions of marketing delivery strategy and marketing communication services run on the object of Muarojambi temple, 2). Analyzing the influence of delivery strategy and communication of tourism service pemsasaran to the tourists interest to visit Muarajambi temple. 3). Recommends marketing delivery strategy and marketing communication services that can be applied in increasing interest and tourist visit to Muarojambi temple. The sample used is the community / tourists who numbered 110 respondents. Analyzer used average score to know perception of society, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the community / tourists give a positive response to the marketing delivery strategy and communication of tourism destinations Muara Jambi temple. From the results of hypothesis testing, there are significant influence both simultaneously and partially variable delivery strategy and marketing communications to the interests of tourist visits. It should be increased the frequency of attractions, cultural titles / festivals as one of the keys to successfully bringing tourists in Muarajambi, besides the support of other physical facilities. It takes the involvement of all stakeholders in the development of tourism potential and promotion through the choice of effective marketing communication strategy of tourism services to reach the wider market through the utilization of social media / internet, in addition to direct promotion through exhibition and tourism expo

Abstract

Lubuk Beringin Village is one of the villages in Bungo Regency which is a village with enormous natural and cultural tourism potential. In addition to carrying out activities as farmers, the village community also develops local wisdom such as a prohibition to take fish in the river basin according to village custom, a prohibition on using tuba, poison centers, long trawls, and other chemicals to take fish in rivers, a prohibition on picking durian fruit if not ripe or fall alone in large quantities. This local wisdom is the main attraction for Lubuk Beringin Village and has become a tourist destination. Based on the results of interviews with Lubuk Beringin village officials during the preliminary survey, the main problems encountered in managing the Lubuk Beringin tourist destination are 1) Public awareness of the importance of tourism to support the village economy is still very low. 2) Community understanding of Sapta Pesona and tourist villages is still very low. The method used in PPM activities is through face-to-face meetings with the community and participation or known as the active participation lecture method of PPM partners. It is hoped that the implementation of this community service activity can overcome the problems that exist in Lubuk Beringin Village, Bathin III Ulu District, Bungo Regency. This activity was carried out on October 15 2022 at the Lubuk Beringin Village Hall. The output of this community service activity is the understanding of partners, namely BUMDes management, to be able to develop the tourism potential of Lubuk Beringin, publication in journals with ISSN.

Abstract

Undang Undang Nomor 6 tahun 2014 tentang Desa yang memberikan otonomi luas bagi Desa Tebing Tinggi untuk melaksanakan pemerintahan secara mandiri, UU Desa juga mewajibkan desa untuk melaporkan informasi tersebut secara digital melalui platform Sistem Informasi Desa (SID). Hingga saat ini Pemerintah Kabupaten belum memfasilitas pembuatan SID dan Desa Tebing Tinggi belum memiliki SID, padahal SID menjadi aspek penting karena selain sebagai media pelaporan, SID juga dapat meningkatkan kapasitas governansi pemerintah desa sesuai dengan yang dicita – citakan oleh UU Desa. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan Sistem Informasi Desa untuk peningkatan governansi di Desa Tebing Tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan tentang fungsi SID bagi penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa, cara instalasi hingga penginputan data. Tiga orang peserta dari aparat desa telah memahami ppotensi pemafaatan SID dan manfaatnya untuk peningkatan layanan publik di Desa. Desa telah diberikan akun premium OpenSID dan dapat melakukan input data penduduk sebanyak 800 jiwa dengan didampingi oleh tim pengabdian. Masyarakat desa telah memahami dan menerima perubahan teknologi dalam mengakses layanan publik di Kantor Desa.

Data collection using google form. Deep data analysis techniques study This is Partial Least Square use application SmartPLS . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh diskon dan gratis ongkir terhadap keputusan pembelian produk MS Glow pada marketplace shopee. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat umum dengan rentang usia remaja dan usia produktif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner secara online melalui google form. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Regresi Linear Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel independen (diskon dan gratis ongkir) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (keputusan pembelian) karena nilai yang diperoleh <0,001 yang artinya nilai tersebut <0,05.
