Abstract

This community service activity was conducted in the Village of Srikaton, Sub-District of Pondok Kelapa, Central Bengkulu District. The aim is to increase reading enthusiasmamong school-age children. Therefore, the target of this activity is the children of localvillages and surrounding areas that are still studying in primary and secondary educationlevels. This activity focused on increasing children's interest in the use of village librarythat had been passive, so that the library is active again. This service activity was carriedout in the form of a drawing competition/coloring pictures, writing stories, and storytelling. In realizing the goal of this community service activity, steps that have been madeare: (a) a dialogue between the team of this community service with some village officersand community leaders to discuss the reactivation of the village library of Srikaton; (b) theplacement of a volunteer who is competent in managing the village library; (c) thedissemination of library services, (d) the donation of recent books to the local villagelibrary and the library of SD Negeri 7 Srikaton (State Primary School 7 Srikaton); (e)conducting an educational event in the village library, (f) monitoring and advising on the management and library services to the village library of Srikaton and the school libraryof SD Negeri 7 Srikaton. The results of this community service activity are as follows: thevillage library, which previously was passive, has been active again since 17August, 2014.The activation was done by the placement of a voluntary librarian in this library. Libraryis open two days a week, which is Saturday from 16:00 to 18:00 and Sundays from 10:00to 13:30. The socialization of the village library services was conducted by the teamthrough a local person, who is the village library volunteer, and the teachers of SD Negeri7 Srikaton. The team also donated 86 titles of books (143copies) worth Rp5.029.800,-.Several educative competition activities based on library collections were done by holding a drawing/coloring contest, summarize the story books, and story-telling. Monitoring andproviding consultation on library management conducted by the team once a monthperiodically from May 2014 until April 2015.Keywords: Community Library Reactivation, School Age Children, Reading Enthusiasm

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kader kesehatan dalam mengimplementasikanprogram posyandu balita di masa pandemi Covid-19 di Posyandu Garuda Kelurahan Tanjung EnimKecamatan Lawang Kidul Kabupaten Muara Enim Sumatera Selatan. Posyandu Garuda melayanipemeriksaan Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA). Peran kader adalah bertugas dan bertanggung jawabdalam melayani kesehatan ibu dan anak. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptifdan informan dipilih secara purposive sampling meliputi para kader kesehatan, tenaga kesehatan, danpengunjung posyandu. Penelitian menghasilkan informasi bahwa peran kader kesehatan dalammengimplementasi program posyandu balita di masa pandemi Covid-19 mengalami perubahansubtantif dan administratif. Perubahan subtantif tersebut ialah kader kesehatan menjadi lebihproaktif dalam menjalankan perannya untuk mengajak para ibu ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatanposyandu melalui media sosial dan kunjungan dari rumah ke rumah terhadap balita. Perubahanadministratif meliputi modifikasi pelaksanaan pelayanan kesehatan balita dengan menggunakansistem antrian dan jumlah maksimal pengunjung posyandu di dalam ruang pemeriksaan yaitu 5orang serta menerapkan aturan protokol kesehatan. Kata kunci : Kader Kesehatan, Pelaksanaan Program Posyandu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan harta pusaka tinggi di Nagari Padang Air Dingin, Kecamatan Sangir Jujuan, Kabupaten Solok Selatan, Sumatera Barat denganmenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Harta pusaka tinggi adalah harta turun-temurun dari nenekmoyang yang diwarisi berdasarkan garis kerutunan ibu yang berbentuk rumah gadang dan tanah.Data dikumpulkan melalui penerapan teknik observasi non partisipan pada pengelolaan harta pusakatinggi, wawancara mendalam menggunakan teknik semi terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Data yangdiperoleh direduksi dalam kelompok sejenis maupun dicatat variasinya dan kemudian diverifikasiuntuk mendapatkan kesahihan data dan mencukupi kebutuhan jawaban atas masalah penelitian.Simpulan sebagai proses akhir disusun setelah semua data selesai ditelaah. Data dianalisis secarasosiologis dengan menggunakan teori tindakan sosial yang dikemukan oleh Max Weber. Penelitian inimenyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan harta pusaka tinggi di Padang Air Dingin dilakukan secara bersamasama.Hartapusakatinggiterbagiatasduabentukyaitumateridannonmateri.Hartapusakatinggimaterijugaterbagiatasduakategoriyaitubergerakdantidakbergerak,yangbergerakterdiridaribajukebesaranadatseorangdatuak dan yang tidak bergerak rumah gadang, tanah (sawah ladang,pandam pakuburan dan tanah ulayat). Harta pusaka tinggi non materi yaitu gelar kebesaran adat.Harta pusaka tinggi materi yang tidak bergerak seperti tanah dan sawah dikelola oleh perempuan, darihasil yang didapat kemudian dibagi sepertiga untuk keperluan rumah gadang dan selebihnyadiserahkan ke pengelola, dan rumah gadang diurus secara bersama-sama dengan mengadakanpertemuan seminggu atau dua minggu sekali. Harta pusaka tinggi materi bergerak dan non materidikelola oleh laki-laki dengan sistem menggilirkan gelar kebesaran adat bila kala datuak yangbersangkutan sudah tidak sanggup lagi memegang tanggung jawab tersebut atau berbuat di luarkodrat sifat dasar seorang datuak. Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan, Harta Pusaka Tinggi.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed many settings, one of which is in the educational process. Through the Circular Letter of the Ministry of Education and Culture Number 4 of 2020, the learning process is carried out with an online learning model. This study aims to describe the implementation of online learning and mastery of online learning techniques by teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic, which previously SMAN 02 Bengkulu City had not implemented online learning but was a cyber school that should have been implemented for a long time. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study were analyzed using functional structural theory proposed by Talcott Persons. The determination of informants was carried out using purposive sampling techniques. The research produced information that the implementation of online learning was carried out using whatsapp groups, google classroom, and several other social media such as Instagram, YouTube. Learning methods from teachers such as making videos, presentations via zoom, and collecting writing assignments through whatsapp groups. Mastery of online learning techniques for teachers does not experience much difficulty because teachers only follow in accordance with learning policies during the Covid-19 pandemic, besides that teachers at SMAN 02 Bengkulu City have high motivation or willingness to face challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic.
