Abstract

Idiom is not only an important part of Chinese vocabulary, it also reflects the cultural characteristics of a country. Idioms use special rhetoric, unlike sentences used in daily conversation. Sentences in idioms contain artistic values and have different patterns than those used in daily life. Because of their different cultural backgrounds, Indonesian learners have encountered many difficulties in learning Chinese idioms. In order to help the Indonesian learners to eliminate the cultural barriers of learning idioms, the author makes a study of “A Comparison Between Chinese and Indonesia Idioms in Meaning and Rhetoric —Taking Water-related Idioms as Examples”.On the basis of qualitative description and data analysis, this paper draws a conclusion: There are 6 same meanings and 55 different meanings of Chinese and Indonesian idioms with "water". In addition, Chinese idioms with the word "water" use metaphor rhetoric, while Indonesian idioms with "water" use simile besides metaphor  rhetoric.

Abstract

AbstrakBerbicara mengenai fungsi dan peran Bahasa Tionghoa di Indonesia sangat eratkaitannya dengan perannya Bapak Gus Dur menjadi presiden RI tahun 2000 yakni denganditerbitkannya Keppres no.6 tahun 2000 tentang diperbolehkan orang Tionghoamenjalankan segala bentuk kebudayaan Tiongkok, termasuk mempelajari BahasaTionghoa. Beberapa Negara maju dan berkembang seperti Indonesia percaya bahwadengan menguasai bahasa Tionghoa yakni bahasa nasional Tiongkok akan membantuNegara Indonesia memahami norma, budaya dan kebijakan Tiongkok yang akanmembantu mereka berinteraksi dengan negara tirai bambu tersebut yang erat kaitannyadengan hubungan ekonomi antara Indonesia dengan Tiongkok. Abstract

Keberadaan Ekowisata arum jeram tersebut dibutuhkan Desain Ekowisata Di Desa Sungai Luar agar membuat Desa Sungai Luar lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat luas terutama di era modern saat ini. Banyaknya peminat dan antusias dari masyarakat menjadikan salah satu faktor pendukung dari berkembangnya wisata tersebut. Di sisi lain, kegiatan Arum jeram ini merupakan hobi yang lagi digandrungi para generasi muda. Untuk mengisi waktu senggang maupun dijadikan momen kegiatan untuk berlibur dengan teman,seperti kegiatan arum jeram ini sangat cocok untuk dijadikan alternatif bagi para wisatawan sehingga dapat memulihkan perekonomian masyarakat desa buluh duri agar dapat mempertahankan ketahanan UMKM Desa Buluh Duri. Untuk mempertahankan UMKM Desa Buluh Duri adalah di perlukannya modal usaha. Namun pemerintah untuk saat ini Menyediakan sumber pembiayaan dari perbankan. Dalam rangka mendorong pembangunan yang berkelanjutan, pemerintah berupaya untuk mengimplementasikan terciptanya green economy di Indonesia. Agar tercipta green economy, lembaga keuangan terutama perbankan didorong untuk mengembangkan skema green financing dalam memberikan bantuan pembiayaan atau pinjaman modal usaha bagi seluruh pelaku usaha, termasuk bagi UMKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang prinsip-prinsip penulisan yang harus diperhatikan dalam penyusunan bahan ajar bahasa Mandarin. Bahan ajar yang disusun khusus digunakan untuk mahasiswa/i Program Studi Manajemen dengan memerhatikan kepentingan dan target program studi Manajemen Universitas Prima Indonesia. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif untuk penyebaran kuesioner dan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian menemukan bahwa bahan ajar bahasa Mandarin yang sesuai dan efektif dapat meningkatkan standar pembelajaran bahasa Mandarin. Hal ini disebabkan bahan ajar bahasa Mandarin yang digunakan sekarang masih belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan mereka. Ditambah lagi, bahan ajar bahasa Mandarin yang digunakan masih bersifat umum.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, integrity, and internal communication on organizational performance at STMi Marsada. The method used in this study is quantitative, with data processing using SPSS software version 26. The results of the path analysis show that leadership style (X1) has a significant influence on internal communication (Y), with a coefficient of determination of 19.0%. However, integrity (X2) does not show a significant influence on internal communication. In addition, the influence of leadership style (X1), integrity (X2), and internal communication (Y) on organizational performance (Z) shows that only the integrity variable has a significant influence on organizational performance, with a p-value of 0.028. The results of the Sobeli test confirm that the influence of leadership style on internal communication through organizational performance is significant, while the influence of integrity is not significant. Overall, this study reveals that leadership style and internal communication have an important role in improving organizational performance, although the contribution of integrity is relatively limited.

Abstract

This service was held on Monday, March 10, 2025, in Percut Village. Percut District Will Be Old. Deli Serdang Regency. This service is carried out to overcome problems, meet the needs of the community, and develop the process of knowledge and social change of the mangrove earth group. Based on the results of the service, it can be concluded that a good strategy so that promotional and marketing activities can determine the success of a processed product. Because at this time there are many sellers of processed fish skin cracker products who compete in marketing their products. Therefore, this processed mackerel skin cracker product is from the Percut Village Mangrove Earth Group. Marketing and promoting their processed products through online media. Considering that currently along with the development of the times, technological sophistication (science and technology) also develops and makes Damai Jaya's processed business introduce through online media such as: Instagram, WhatsApp and FB. In addition, there are many things that must be considered in marketing and promoting a product, namely by determining product strategy, price strategy, and promotion and marketing strategies through online media. If all of these strategies are carried out properly, the success of a product will increase and one of them is by utilizing the sophistication of online media.

Abstract

Leadership in nursing is the application of influence and guidance aimed at all nursing staff to create trust and obedience so that there is a willingness to carry out tasks in order to achieve common goals effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine whether the influence of the influence of leadership style, discipline, and communication of the head of the room on the performance of nurses (in the 3rd class inpatient room of Putri Hijau Tk Ii Medan Hospital in 2022). The sampling method in this study was simple random sampling, the population in this study were all nurses of class 3 inpatient rooms at RSPH Medan in 2022 as many as 130 people. The sample used was 98 respondents. The data collection technique used is primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data obtained through documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses quantitative data processed with the SPSS version 29 program, the results in this study are t test and f test. The results obtained in this study show, 1) there is a significant effect of Leadership Style (X1) on nurse performance (Y), 2) there is a significant effect of Discipline (X2) on nurse performance (Y), 3) there is a significant effect of Communication (X3) on nurse performance (Y), 4) there is a simultaneous significant effect of Leadership Style (X1), Discipline (X2), and Communication (X3) on nurse performance (Y).
