Abstract

Education is the most important part, learning itself is an activity carried out by students to obtain change, Islamic religious education learns the moral and basic values related to worship, and with humans, Indonesia is faced with a pandemic so that learning activities are carried out on a distance system (PJJ). This research method uses qualitative research, and this type of research uses two types of primary data sources and skunder. Educators must be able to motivate students in the learning process, Islamic religious education is an effort to increase the power of faith and piety to Allah SWT, the spread of the virus (Covid-19) reported by the minister of education, emphasizing that the learning process is carried out using online media. E-Learning is a new thing, the covid-19 pandemic increasingly confirms the need for information technology as a solution to continue teaching and learning activities (KBM). This is where the important role of PAI teachers in shaping the character and morals of learners, of course, the right strategy is needed so that the role can be realized.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Ethno-Religious-based SAVI model on students' problem-solving ability in PAI learning meta-analysis.  The eligibility criteria in this study are a) research data obtained from the Google Scholar database, ProQuest, ERIC and Wiley, b) The research must be indexed by the Science Technology Index (SINTA), Scopus and Wos, c) The research topic must be relevant, d) the research is published in the 2020-2023 range, d) the publication must have a score of (r), (t) or F, e) the level of education of the participants, namely elementary, junior high and high school and the sample size of this research > 30 students.  Data analysis with the help of JSAP 0.8.5 application. The results of this study are 1) 18 studies analyzed are heterogeneous and normal, 2) there is an influence of ethno-religious-based SAVI model on students' problem-solving ability in PAI learning with a high effect size category (p < 0.001 ; rRE = 1.12 and 3) in this study there is no publicity bias. These findings provide information that the ethno-religious-based SAVI model is effective in improving students' problem-solving skills in PAI learning.

Abstract

Background. Information and communication technology development has brought significant changes in how learning is carried out, primarily through e-learning platforms. From the introduction of u-learning (ubiquitous learning) that allows access to learning anywhere and anytime to the emergence of adaptive learning systems driven by artificial intelligence (AI), this evolution continues to change the educational landscape. Purpose. This study examines the evolution of e-learning platforms from u-learning to AI-based adaptive learning systems. The main focus is understanding how each development phase has improved learning effectiveness and met individual learning needs. Method. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods. Data was gathered from various academic sources, including journals, books, and conference reports discussing the evolution of e-learning. Thematic analysis is used to identify critical patterns and trends in developing e-learning platforms. Results. The results show that the evolution of e-learning has brought significant improvements in accessibility, interactivity, and personalization of learning. U-learning allows for more flexible access to education. At the same time, AI-based adaptive learning systems offer a more personalized learning experience by tailoring teaching materials and methods according to student’s needs and abilities. These findings emphasize the importance of technology in improving learning effectiveness and efficiency. Conclusion. The study concludes that e-learning platforms have evolved significantly from u-learning to AI-based adaptive learning systems, improving learning quality and effectiveness. Integrating AI in e-learning offers excellent potential for creating more personalized and compelling learning experiences. Recommendations for follow-up research include further exploring the long-term impact of adaptive learning systems and developing more advanced technologies to support more inclusive and efficient learning.
