Abstract

This study aims to find information about the effect of circuit training on physical condition. This research is an experimental research conducted with the aim of knowing whether there is a consequence of something that is imposed on the sample to be studied. The research method used is the experimental method because it aims to see the consequences of a behavior. Experimental research is a way to find a cause-and-effect relationship between two factors that is intentionally caused by the researcher by reducing other disturbing factors. The number of samples of 15 people obtained from the total sampling technique. The study was conducted for 6 weeks, with 3 meetings per week. The instrument used to measure physical condition is the VO2Max test (Bleep test). The results of data analysis using the t-test showed a significant increase in the ability of physical conditions due to the influence of circuit training exercises (t-count 10.34 > t-table 1.76). Based on data analysis, it is known that t-count > t-table, it can be concluded that circuit training has an effect on the ability of physical conditions.

So we need an innovation that can make the precision of the mesh. This study aims to determine the large contribution of explosive power to the accuracy of the smash in the athletes of the Bukit Uncing ball club, the greater the contribution of hand-eye coordination to the accuracy of the smash in the Bukit Uncing volleyball athletes, and the great power based on the explosive power of muscles and eye coordination. hands together on the accuracy of the smash on the athletes of the Uncing Hill volleyball club. This type of research is a correlation research that wants to see the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The population in this study were all athletes of the Bukit Uncing volleyball club who were actively participating in training. The sample in this study were all members of the uncing hill players. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion described in the previous section, in this chapter the following conclusions and suggestions can be drawn: (1) Explosive power is to increase the contribution to the performance of the Uncing Hill volleyball club, by 35.52%. (2) Eye-hand coordination contributes to the hill of accuracy of the uncing volleyball athletes' smash, by 20.79%. (3) The explosive power of the leg muscles (X1) and hand-eye coordination (X2) together contributed to the smash accuracy of the Bukit Uncing volleyball club athletes, by 40.70%. Abstract

Based on the author's observations so far, it appears that the ability of athletes at PB. STARKA Kayu Aro District in hitting round the head clear is said to be moderate. There are those who have good waist flexibility but when hitting round the head clear shots are not also good. Based on the description above, on this occasion the author tries to look further at the relationship of waist flexibility, to the ability to hit round the head clear badminton club PB players. STARKA Kayu Aro District. This study aims to determine the relationship between waist flexibility and the ability to hit round the head clear players Club PB. STARKA Kayu Aro Subdistrict. The research method used in this research is correlation. Correlation is to determine the relationship or interdependence between two or more variables. Population is the whole object of research. The population in this case is PB athletes. Starka Kayu Aro District which totalled 16 people. Furthermore, the researchers took a sample in this study of 10 PB players. Starka Kayu Aro District. Sampling in this study was carried out by measuring waist flexibility against the ability to hit Round The Head Clear. To obtain data in this study, tests were conducted on PB club players. Starka Aro wood sub-district. The form of the test carried out in this study is a test of the ability to hit round the head clear. Where when the taster hits round the head clear then counts how many values are obtained. The instrument used to measure waist flexibility is the sit and reach test, the way of assessment is to record the ability to reach from athletes. The hypothesis test used in this study is the product moment correlation test but previously the normality test and variance homogeneity test were carried out. Based on the results of the research that has been described, it can be stated that the results of data processing obtained sig. (2-tailed) = 0.002 < ∝ = 0.05 means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so that it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between waist flexibility and the ability to hit Round The Head Clear Badminton Club PB players. Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of innovation in Physical Education (PE) learning in improving students' physical health through a systematic review. In an increasingly digital era, innovative approaches in PE learning are crucial to attract students' interest in physical activities that are directly related to their health. This research identifies different types of innovations applied in PE learning, including the use of technology, fitness apps, and gamification, and their impact on improving students' physical fitness. Based on literature analysis from various relevant sources, the results show that the use of technology and interactive methods in PE learning can increase students' engagement in sports, as well as encourage healthy lifestyle changes that have a positive impact on students' physical health. In addition, challenges faced in implementing this innovation, such as limited facilities and teacher training, are also reviewed to provide policy recommendations that can support the success of learning innovations. This research is expected to provide useful insights for curriculum development and learning strategies for PE that are more effective and in line with the times.
