Abstract

PT. Ghody Bimantara Mandiri adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pekerjaan secara umum, mulai dari perencanaan sampai kepada pelaksanaan dan bergerak di semua pekerjaan proyek konstruksi, baik bangunan gedung maupun bangunan sipil. Dalam sebuah pengerjaan pekerjaan sipil, baja tulangan banyak diaplikasikan terutama baja tulangan polos. Dalam salah satu pekerjaan, terdapat sebuah permasalahan yang membuat besi beton polos tersebut harus diujikan ulang guna mengetahui kualitas besi beton yang digunakan. Peneliti bertujuan untuk membantu menganalisis kualitas besi beton polos yang digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk mengerjakan salah satu proyek pembangunan sebuah tempat pengolahan limbah. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel yang digunakan diambil dari sampel baja tulangan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan proyek pembangunan WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant) PT. Etika Dairies Indonesia, pembangunan pasar modern, dan renovasi rumah. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian sifat mekanis yaitu pengujian tegangan leleh, pengujian kekuatan tarik dan pengujian regangan terhadap masing-masing benda uji. Kemudian dilakukan uji kesesuaian masing-masing sampel berdasarkan persyaratan SNI 2052-2017. Hasil menunjukkan nilai kuat tarik pada masing-masing sampel yang didapat yakni 600,86 , 597,99 , dan 598,84 . Hal tersebut menunjukkan sampel yang diujikan menggunakan uji tarik telah memenuhi standar SNI 2052-2017, sehingga layak digunakan untuk proyek yang akan dikerjakan.

Abstract

Program SMK PK ini tertuang dalam keputusan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan No 17/M/2021. Ada nya program SMK PK ini diharapkan mampu meminimalisir jumlah pengangguran di Indonesia. Untuk mencapai ini maka pemerintah menerapkan link and macth 8+I. Kegiatan pendampingan dimulai dengan diadakannya kegiatan launching SMK PK pada tanggal 25 Agustus 2021 (Gambar 2). Grand Launching yang digelar secara hybrid ini dihadiri oleh Kepala Bagian Tata Usaha, Heru Sukoco, M.Pd., Kepala Dinas Pendidikan, Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah Provinsi Papua, Protasius Lobya, S.Sos., M.KP., yang pada kesempatan ini diwakili oleh Pembinaan SMK Dinas Pendidikan Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah Provinsi Papua. Program pendampingan luring pertama kali dilaksanakan pada minggu keempet agustus 2021. Pendampingan pertama ini dibersamai oleh Bapak Rektor Dr. Rustamdji, M.Si. dalam rangka mengantar tim pendamping ke SMK dan menjalin kerja sama yang baik dengan SMK. Kemudian kegiatan pendampingan dilaksanakan setiap bulannya sesuai jadwal tim pendamping dan sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze user preferences toward online transportation systems in Sorong City. Along with the development of digital technology, online transportation services such as Maxim, Gojek, and Grab are increasingly favored by the public due to their convenience, speed, and comfort. However, user satisfaction and preferences can be influenced by various factors, such as price, safety, comfort, speed, accessibility, and application features. This research was conducted using a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are active users of online transportation services in Sorong City. The analytical technique used is conjoint analysis to determine the most preferred service attributes and combinations by users. The results show that application features are the most influential factor in user preferences, followed by speed, price, accessibility, comfort, and safety. These findings indicate that online transportation service providers should focus on enhancing user-friendly application features and improving speed to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study is expected to serve as input for both service providers and local governments in formulating transportation policies based on community needs.

Abstract

The Faculty of Engineering at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong requires a new building due to increasing academic activities and the growing demand for classrooms, laboratories, and supporting facilities. Since the campus is located in a disaster-prone area influenced by the Sorong fault and the Papua seismic zone, the structural design of the building must incorporate earthquake resistance. This study proposes a building design utilizing a Special Moment Resisting Frame (SMRF) system to provide ductility and resistance against lateral loads. The analysis results indicate that the required structural elements consist of columns measuring 100 cm × 100 cm and beams measuring 70 cm × 100 cm. The spatial distribution of the building is planned based on its elevation, as well as vertical and horizontal zoning plans, to arrange the space on each floor. Considering that the construction site is situated within the Sorong fault zone and the analysis demonstrates that the structure successfully meets the building performance requirements for both lateral and vertical loads, the SMRF system is considered the most suitable structural solution for the Faculty of Engineering Building.

Abstract

The rapid growth of Sorong City has increased the need for adequate public transportation to support the mobility of its residents, while also generating benefits for the local economy, socio-cultural life, and the surrounding environment. Among the various public transportation modes available, DAMRI buses are the most widely used by Sorong City residents. To obtain the data, this study applied a purposive sampling technique involving 161 respondents who completed a questionnaire consisting of 21 items. The collected data were then analyzed using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method, covering three variables: service (X1), facilities (X2), and consumer satisfaction (Y). The analysis results show that the overall satisfaction score of DAMRI bus users reached 79.26%, indicating that passengers were generally satisfied with both the service performance and the facilities provided by DAMRI.

Abstract

To plan a high-rise building structure that is safe from earthquake disasters, at least the structure must have good strength and behavior.UNIMUDA Sorong Hospital building structure planning aims to use steel materials to design buildings that are resistant to earthquake loads in accordance with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI), and can plan the dimensions of beams and columns that are strong to withstand earthquake loads based on the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). Loading calculations and analyzes are carried out with the help of the SAP 2000 v14 program. The structure is designed using a Special Moment Bearing Steel Frame System with seismicity factor using dynamic response spectrum. With a fundamental period of 0.8228 seconds. The maximum fundamental period is 1.1134 seconds, and the deviation value between non-existent floors exceeds the maximum deviation limit of 30.769 mm. Beam 1 is designed with an IWF of 400 x 200 x 8 x 13 using an additional stiffener plate having a Vu value of 212 367.77 N; φVn = 590 400 N; Mu = 359 578 346 Nmm and φMn = 463 198 437 Nmm. Beam 2 is designed with an IWF of 400 x 200 x 8 x 13 without body stiffeners having a Vu value of 163 492 N; φVn = 590 400 N; Mu = 278 327 523 Nmm and φMn = 463 198 437 Nmm. Effective steel columns in this structure use WF 400 x 400 x 21 x 13 with Pu value of 2162478.73 N, φVn = 678 600 N. Mux = 112561292.5, Muy = 78189223.26 Nmm and φMnx = 769 813 060 Nmm , φMny = 188770276 Nmm . This indicates that the column is secure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing students’ decisions in choosing transportation modes to school at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Kota Sorong, focusing on a comparison between online transportation and conventional transportation. The variables examined include cost, travel time, safety, and comfort. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach using binary logistic regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who were active students of MAN Kota Sorong. The results indicate that cost, travel time, and safety have a significant effect on transportation mode choice, while comfort does not have a significant influence. The regression coefficient for the cost variable is −0.818 (Sig. < 0.001), indicating a negative relationship with the selection of online transportation, meaning that higher perceived costs reduce the likelihood of students choosing online transportation. Meanwhile, travel time has a coefficient of 0.698 (Sig. 0.003) and safety has a coefficient of 0.280 (Sig. 0.049), both of which show a positive and significant effect on the choice of online transportation. The highest odds ratio is found in the travel time variable (Exp(B) = 2.009), indicating that improved travel time efficiency increases the probability of students choosing online transportation by approximately two times compared to conventional transportation. Overall, the findings suggest that cost and travel time are the dominant factors in students’ transportation mode choice at MAN Kota Sorong. Students who are sensitive to transportation costs tend to choose conventional transportation due to its lower fares, while those who prioritize time efficiency and safety are more likely to select online transportation.

Abstract

Analisis struktur yang tepat dapat mencegah kegagalan struktural dan memperpanjang usia pakai suatu bangunan gedung. Oleh karena itu, analisis struktur dalam konteks proyek pembangunan gedung olahraga Unimuda Sorong menjadi sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat keamanan struktur, menghitung beban ultimate pada setiap elemen, menganalisis deformasi struktur, dan mengevaluasi kekuatan sambungan baut. Struktur bangunan menggunakan material baja dengan dimensi 50 m x 24 m, tinggi kolom 6 m, dan bentang kuda-kuda 24 m. Analisis struktur menggunakan metode LRFD (Load and Resistance Factor Design) dengan bantuan aplikasi SAP2000 v.22. Analisis dan perhitungan mengacu pada SNI 1726:2019, SNI 1727:2020, SNI 1729:2020, dan PPURG 1987. Hasil analisis menunjukkan 20 elemen struktur (rafter dan balok) mengalami kondisi overstressed dengan PM-Ratio &gt; 1,00. Beban ultimate terbesar dipikul elemen kolom dengan Pu = -64,617 kN, Vu = 32,126 kN, dan Mu = 99,3886 kN.m. Deformasi maksimum akibat kombinasi beban ultimate sebesar 0,259 m. Perhitungan sambungan baut menunjukkan kekuatan memadai dengan nilai 0,635 &lt; 1 (sambungan rafter-kolom) dan 0,685 &lt; 1 (sambungan antar rafter), serta kuat tumpu pelat 1.234,4 kN &gt; 662,4 kN.
