Abstract

Zadeh have introduced fuzzy set in 1965 and Atanassov have introduced intuitionistic fuzzy set in 1986 in theirs paper. Now, many of researcher connecting intuitionistic fuzzy set with algebraic structure. We interested to combine some concepts over intuitionistic fuzzy set, module of a ring, t-norm, t-conorm, and intuitionistic anti fuzzy. In this paper, we discusses about intuitionistic anti fuzzy module t-norm and t-conorm (IAFMTC) and their properties with respect to module homomorphism, maps, pre-image, and anti-image from intuitionistic fuzzy sets. We have investigate all properties of IAFMTC.

Abstract

Abstract

The main purpose of this article is to study the behavior of the solutionsof discrete dynamical systems generated by set-valued mapping. Moreprecisely, we study the existence of convergence iterations in the presence of computational errors for set-valued mapping. Then a necessarycondition shows the existence and uniqueness of a fixed point for theset-valued maps.

Abstract

Heart disease remains the leading cause of death worldwide, making early and accurate diagnosis crucial for reducing mortality and improving patient outcomes. Traditional diagnostic approaches often suffer from subjectivity, delay, and high costs. Therefore, an effective and automated classification system is necessary to assist medical professionals in making more accurate and timely decisions. This study aims to develop a heart disease classification model using Random Forest, optimized through the FOX algorithm for hyperparameter tuning, to improve predictive performance and reliability. The main contribution of this research lies in the integration of the FOX metaheuristic optimization algorithm with the RF classifier. FOX, inspired by fox hunting behavior, balances exploration and exploitation in searching for the optimal hyperparameters. The proposed RF-FOX model is evaluated on the UCI Heart Disease dataset consisting of 303 instances and 13 features. Several preprocessing steps were conducted, including label encoding, outlier removal, missing value imputation, normalization, and class balancing using SMOTE-NC. FOX was used to optimize six RF hyperparameters across a defined search space. The experimental results demonstrate that the RF-FOX model achieved superior performance compared to standard RF and other hybrid optimization methods. With a training accuracy of 100% and testing accuracy of 97.83%, the model also attained precision (97.83%), recall (97.88%), and F1-score (97.89%). It significantly outperformed RF-GS, RF-RS, RF-PSO, RF-BA, and RF-FA models in all evaluation metrics. In conclusion, the RF-FOX model proves highly effective for heart disease classification, providing enhanced accuracy, reduced misclassification, and clinical applicability. This approach not only optimizes classifier performance but also supports medical decision-making with interpretable and reliable outcomes. Future work may involve validating the model on more diverse datasets to further ensure its generalizability and robustness.

Abstract

This study addresses the Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) in the distribution of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) by proposing a hybrid approach that combines the Sweep algorithm, Nearest Neighbor (NN) method, and Tabu Search (TS) algorithm. The objective is to satisfy consumer demand and vehicle capacity restrictions while minimizing the overall journey distance. The Sweep algorithm is used to cluster customers based on polar coordinates, the NN method determines initial delivery routes within each cluster, and TS refines those routes to find near-optimal solutions. Implemented on a real-world dataset of 248 stores in Malang, the proposed hybrid method achieved significant reductions in the number of clusters and total travel distance compared to conventional approaches. Results show that the Sweep algorithm successfully reduced the number of delivery clusters from 26 to 18, achieving a 30.77% reduction in grouping efficiency. Using the Nearest Neighbor method, the total route distance was 2,191.08 km. Further optimization with Tabu Search reduced the Distance to 2141.31 km. Compared to the conventional method, which is 2345.90 km, the hybrid approach resulted in an 8.72% improvement in route efficiency. These findings demonstrate that the integrated method is effective for large-scale distribution problems under capacity constraints. The hybrid method offers a practical and computationally efficient solution for large-scale FMCG distribution networks.

Abstract

In this paper, we give some properties of the p-Pompeiu-Hausdorff metric on the space of subsets induced by a partial metric. These results provide a generalization of Barich’s (2011) results in the setting of partial metric. The properties provided in this study complement those presented by Aydi et al (2012).
