POLA PEMBERITAAN PENCALONAN PRESIDEN JOKO WIDODODALAM BERITA KOMPAS.COM EDISI 11 MARET HINGGA 5 APRIL 2014 Noor HidayatJawa Pos Radar Sampitlalasagu@gmail.com Abstrak: Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pola pemberitaan pencalonan Presiden Joko Widodo dalam situs berita KOMPAS.com edisi 11 Maret hingga 5 April 2014. Penelitian yang termasuk kategori penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis wacana kritis, jenis penelitian penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis. Sumber data dalam penelitian berupa wacana tulis pemberitaan pencalonan presiden Joko Widodo dalam situs berita KOMPAS.com. Wujud data dalam penelitian ini berupa teks yang mengacu kepada bentuk rangkaian kalimat. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan adanya pemakaian pola inklusi pemberitaan yang digunakan oleh wartawan dalam menuliskan berita tentang Joko Widodo pada situs berita KOMPAS.com.Kata kunci: Pola pemberitaan, pola inklusiAbstract: This study describes the patterns of reports on Joko Widodo presidential candidacy in news sites KOMPAS.com March 11 up to April 5, 2014. This study uses the critical discourse analysis approach which is qualitative in nature. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis. The source of data is the written discourse found in the reports on Joko Widodo presidential candidacy in news site KOMPAS.com. The data are the forms of sentence series found in the news texts. The result is the news inclusion patterns used by the reporters in making reports on Joko Widodo presidential candidacy Keywords: news pattern, inclusion pattern

Abstract

Wilayah Indonesia bagian timur, tepatnya yaitu Nusa Tenggara Timur merupakan wilayah yang memiliki permasalahan dengan pengelolaan hasil alam yang berdampak pada perekonomian, sosial dan budaya. Menurut data statistik BPS 2016 menunjukkan bahwa jumlah penduduk miskin dipedesaan mencapai 22,01%. Selain itu Indeks Desa Membangun (IDM) provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur adalah 0.538, di bawah rata-rata nasional 0,566 dan jauh dari provinsi terdekatnya yaitu NTB yang mencapai sebesar 0,618. Kabupaten Nagekeo memiliki IDM sebesar 0,5286 di bawah nilai IDM Provinsi. Desa Wolowea Timur yang merupakan desa pemekaran belum memiliki nilai IDM sehingga perlu dilakukan pemetaan yang lebih baik. Serta Mapping sektor pengelolaan hasil alam, perekonomian dan kebudayaan patut dilakukan untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran bagi penduduk di daerah tertinggal. Mapping sektor dilakukan berdasarkan pengelompokkan (klaster) komoditas pertanian dan perkebunan kemudian dilanjut dengan skala prioritas potensi olahan produk berdasarkan 4 indikator produktivitas (0,20), produk olahan (0,20), kemampuan oalahan (0,30), serta nilai jual (0,30). Mapping sektor pengembangan produk olahan dihasilkan terdapat 2 komoditas yang sangat berpotensi untuk dikembangkan, yaitu komoditas jagung produk olahan marning jagung dengan nilai prioritas 8 dan komoditas kopi produk kopi bubuk (ground) dengan nilai prioritas 8.4. Selain itu masyarakat desa Wolowea Timur Kecamata Boawae memiliki komoditas andalan yakni kemiri akan tetapi mereka masih memiliki kendala dalam penanganan pasca panen sehingga perlu ada pelatihan dan pengetahuan untuk bisa mengatasi hal tersebut.Kata Kunci: Desa Wolowea Timur, Kecamatan Boawae, Kabupaten Nagekeo, Provinsi NTT Mapping, Potensi, Produk Olahan .

Abstract

A modified Leslie-Gower predator-prey model with Beddington-DeAngelis functional response and Michaelis-Menten type prey harvesting is studied. The equilibrium points of the system are investigated. To see the stability of each equilibrium point, we perform some numerical simulations. Our numerical simulations show that the extinction of prey or survival of both prey and predator are conditionally stable.

Abstract

In this paper, we study with the definition of B-algebras, commutative B-algebras and fuzzy ideal in B-algebras. We consider the terminology of multipolar intuitionistic fuzzy ideal. We propose about multipolar intuitionistic fuzzy ideal in B-algebras and some related properties. Then, we discuss about theorems and propositions which contain some conditions for a multipolar intuitionistic fuzzy set become a multipolar intuitionistic fuzzy ideal in B-algebras.

Abstract

Zadeh have introduced fuzzy set in 1965 and Atanassov have introduced intuitionistic fuzzy set in 1986 in theirs paper. Now, many of researcher connecting intuitionistic fuzzy set with algebraic structure. We interested to combine some concepts over intuitionistic fuzzy set, module of a ring, t-norm, t-conorm, and intuitionistic anti fuzzy. In this paper, we discusses about intuitionistic anti fuzzy module t-norm and t-conorm (IAFMTC) and their properties with respect to module homomorphism, maps, pre-image, and anti-image from intuitionistic fuzzy sets. We have investigate all properties of IAFMTC.

Abstract

In this research, we present the idea of the intuitionistic fuzzy soft group defined on the intuitionistic fuzzy soft set. The main purpose of this research is to create a new concept, which is an intuitionistic fuzzy group. To achieve this, we combine the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy group and intuitionistic fuzzy soft group. As the main result, we prove the correlation between the intuitionistic fuzzy soft group and intuitionistic fuzzy soft group along with some properties of intuitionistic fuzzy soft groups. Also, we prove some properties of a subgroup of an intuitionistic fuzzy soft group. An intuitionistic fuzzy soft homomorphism is also proved.

Abstract

Graph is mathematical structures used to represent relationships between objects as a vertex and edge (relationship between vertices). The energy of the graph is the absolute sum of the eigenvalues of its adjacency matrix, the graph representation matrix with entries 1 and 0. This article introduces a new graph operation, p-new duplicate, and determines energy of p-semishadow and p-new duplicate.

Abstract

The number of claims plays an important role the profit achievement of health insurance companies. Prediction of the number of claims could give the significant implications in the profit margins generated by the health insurance company. Therefore, the prediction of claim submission by insurance users in that year needs to be done by insurance companies. Machine learning methods promise the great solution for claim prediction of the health insurance users. There are several machine learning methods that can be used for claim prediction, such as the Naïve Bayes method, Decision Tree (DT), Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The previous studies show that the SVM has some advantages over the other methods. However, the performance of the SVM is determined by some parameters. Parameter selection of SVM is normally done by trial and error so that the performance is less than optimal. Some optimization algorithms based heuristic optimization can be used to determine the best parameter values of SVM, for example Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Genetic Algorithm (GA). They are able to search the global optimum, easy to be implemented. The derivatives aren’t needed in its computation. Several researches show that PSO give the better solutions if it is compared with GA. All particles in the PSO are able to find the solution near global optimal. For these reasons, this article proposes the health claim insurance prediction using SVM with PSO. The experimental results show that the SVM with PSO gives the great performance in the health claim insurance prediction and it has been proven that the SVM with PSO give better performance than the SVM standard.
