Abstract

Pembangunan merupakan salah satu nafas bagi kehidupan wilayah atau negara. Telah jelas terlihat bahwa keberadaan Infrastruktur mutlak perlu bagi pembangunan. ITS telah membuka Program Studi Pembangunan. Oleh karena itu penelitian tentang hubungan timbal balik antara infrastruktur publik dengan pembangunan mutlak perlu untuk dikembangkan di ITS, untuk itu diperlukan suatu Kerangka Dasar Analisis. Makalah ini menyampaikan upaya awal untuk menyusun Kerangka Dasar bagi Analisis Hubungan antara Infrastruktur dengan Pembangunan. Kerangka Dasar disusun berdasarkan 4 pemahaman utama: infrtruktur, pembangunan, keterkaitan antara infrastruktur dengan pembangunan dan manajemen aset infrastruktur. Kerangka Dasar Analisis harus didasarkan pada Kebutuhan akan Infrastruktur disesuaikan dengan Kondisi Wilayah dan Program Pembangunan Wilayah; pada Katagori Infrastruktur Publik atau Infrastruktur Swasta; pada Analisis Manfaat dan Biaya; pada Analisis Kelayakan Teknis, Ekonomi dan Sosial; pada Pengelolaan Infrastruktur Berkelanjutan; pada penggolongan Infrastruktur Publik tidak diusahakan dan disusahakan; pada Fungsi Infrastruktur; pada Tipe Bangunan Fisik Infrastruktur; pada Klasifikasi Infrastruktur : baik klasifikasi penanggung jawab, klasifikasi fungsi dan klasifikasi lain

Abstract

This study aimed to know water retention on concrete using paper filter Whatman No.42. The study was conducted as experimental in laboratory by making two types of specimen with different Water Cement Ratio (WCR); 0.5 and 0.6. Each specimen was immersed for 28 days. Next step was finding the time of consistency water content on specimen and paper filter. Then, water retention could be measured. As a validation of water retention measurement, so the results were compared with saturated salt solution method in dessicator.  This study used NaCl, KCl, and H2SO4 as saturated salt solution. The results of water retention measurement were shown in graphs

Abstract

Material Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) and fly ash as waste that whose is abundant. So interesting to be researched. The research will be started by analyze of RAP, be obtained  characteristics of aggregates and asphalt, then analyzed on an aggregate  gradation; if aggregate gradation does not on gradation envelope will be required the addition of new aggregate. If asphalt  does not  match the requirements then also be required  the addition of new asphalt.  The next will be made the composition of mix- design  for  Asphalt Concrete - Binder Course (AC-BC) with variations addition of fly ash volume as filler. The aim of research to get variations addition of fly ash volume (4%,5% and 6%)

Abstract

Infrastructure Asset Management is important. In the developed countries the IAM has been implemented largely and deeply; and its give significant positive result. In Indonesia, the IAM is not yet popular, it is just recently started. The IAM need to be implemented more and better in Indonesia. Three main questions concerning UNIID and the IAM : what the IAM is, how the IAM Practices are and what UNIID should do. The main program to be realized is a creation of IAM Group in UNIID. The main duty of this group is participating in developing more and better IAM Practice in Indonesia.
