Abstract

Perancangan sistem informasi Agenda siaran di Radio Padang FM masih dilakukan secara manual, begitu juga dalam pembuatan laporan. Perancangan Sistem Agenda Siaran yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah pimpinan dan pegawai dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan dalam hal Pembuatan Agenda serta mendapatkan laporan, sehingga pekerjaan akan lebih efektif dan efisien serta data yang ada tersimpan di database. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Agenda Siaran Berbasis Web Pada Radio Padang FM ini dibangun menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dan Bahasa Pemograman Proces Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) serta database Mysql. Hasil yang dicapai adalah aplikasi web yang mempermudah dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan dalam hal pembuatan agenda siaran sehingga pekerjaan akan lebih efektif dan efisien. kesimpulan dari penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah dengan sistem aplikasi yang berbasis web ini dapat membantu Radio Padang FM dalam proses pengagendaan siaran. Sistem ini juga dapat menyimpan data dalam bentuk web dan database.

Abstract

This system design aims to develop a web-based tourism information system for Bungus Teluk Kabung sub-district office and create applications that can be implemented in this sub-district office. This system research method is built on a website platform and runs online. The research method uses the system development life cycle (SDLC) with the waterfall model approach, which consists of 5 phases, namely: a) Analysis b) Design c) Implementation d) Maintenance e) Planning. The programming language used is (PHP), and the database application uses a data processor (MySql) as the database (RDBMS). The system design tools use Unified Modeling Language (UML) method with 4 (four) diagrams according to the design requirements, namely use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams and sequence diagrams. The tourism information application in the sub-district office of Bungus Teluk Kabung facilitates visitors to find information and tourist places in the study area. This system was tested and validated using the software testing method, using black box testing. This system can overcome the problems that exist in the area of Bungus Teluk Kabung sub-district.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the mechanism of the conventional honey harvesting system. The harvest schedule is carried out irregularly, resulting in honey that is less than the quality and quantity. Usually this problem can be resolved with an integrated information system that is effective and efficient in managing harvest scheduling. Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) SDLC method with a waterfall model approach. The design tools used in this information system are UML, which consists of usecase diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, activities, collaboration diagrams, implementation. The application used is My SQL database and the PHP programming language. The design of this system produces an information system in the form of a honey scheduling website for the Muaro Botuak Jaya group which was previously written manually to carry out scheduling and with this website the MBJ group can carry out scheduling more effectively and efficiently. Abstract

Kemitraan kerja antara Lorus dan Jihan Ponsel bertujuan untuk ekspansi usaha berdasarkan asesmen pola pembelian pelanggan. Produk-produk pada toko lorus yang berelasi dengan produk-produk toko Jihan ponsel memungkinkan pelanggan berbelanja pada kedua toko tersebut. Strategi tersebut dapat berpengaruh meningkatkan omzet penjualan kedua toko yang bermitra dimana pelanggan Lorus berkemungkinan besar ikut berbelanja pada toko Jihan ponsel. Berlandaskan analisis tersebut maka kemitraan kerja dibangun dengan konsep e-commerce dan dijalankan pada platform website. Metode perancangan sistem menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), dan alat bantu perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang terdiri dari, Usecase Diagram, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram dan Sequence diagram. Pembuatan sistem informasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, dengan database MySQL. Perancangan ini menghasilkan sistem e-commerce berbasis kemitraan yang efektif menambah penjualan dan meningkatkan layanan informasi produk-produk pada setiap mitra dagang.

Abstract

The research is aimed at designing and implementing a web-based antenna System with voice features in Puskesmas Gasan Gadang, Padang Pariaman district. The System is expected to improve the efficiency and convenience of the enclosure process, as well as provide ease of access for the public. The method used in the design of this System is the Waterfall method, which covers the stages of needs analysis, System design, Implementation, testing, and Maintenance. System design is done using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to model various aspects of the System, including Use Case diagrams, Activity diagram, class diagram and Sequence diagram. The System Implementation utilizes text-to-speech (TTS) and speech recognition technologies to provide user-friendly notifications and voice interactions. Implementation results show that the System can improve the efficiency of the pending process by reducing waiting times and providing real-time notifications to users. System testing also showed that the voice feature is running well and provides additional accessibility for users. Based on the results, the System is expected to be widely adopted in a variety of other health services to improve the quality of attendance services.

Abstract

Pengelolaan inventory alat tulis kantor yang dilakukan secara manual di Balai Diklat Industri Padang dinilai belum optimal, khususnya dalam hal pencatatan dan pelaporan. Oleh karena itu, Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pengelolaan inventory berbasis web yang dapat diakses secara online. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan model Waterfall, yang terdiri dari lima tahapan: perencanaan, analisis, desain, implementasi, dan pemeliharaan. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP, sedangkan sistem basis data yang digunakan adalah MySQL. Perancangan sistem dilakukan dengan pendekatan Unified Modeling Language (UML), yang terdiri dari empat diagram utama: Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan dan pelaporan stok alat tulis kantor, sehingga mendukung tata kelola barang yang lebih baik di lingkungan Balai Diklat Industri Padang.

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan, proses bisnis yang efisien dan akurat menjadi sangat penting di era teknologi saat ini. PT Batang Hari Barisan membutuhkan sistem informasi yang baik untuk mengelola proses penerimaan bahan baku. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi penerimaan bahan baku di PT. Batang Hari Barisan. Metode Waterfall dan Unified Modeling Language (UML) digunakan dalam perancangan. PT Batang Hari Barisan berharap dapat mengurangi kesalahan manual, meningkatkan kecepatan proses, dan memiliki kontrol yang lebih baik atas penerimaan bahan baku dengan menerapkan sistem informasi ini. Selain itu, penelitian ini membantu pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis metode Waterfall dan UML, yang merupakan pendekatan yang berguna untuk proyek perangkat lunak di sektor industri.

Abstract

Fast, transparent, and easily accessible public services are essential in government agencies, particularly in managing public complaints. This study aims to develop a web-based public complaint service information system at the ATR/BPN Mentawai Islands Office to make complaint submission, handling, and monitoring more effective and efficient. The system design applies the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with use case, class, activity, and sequence diagrams to illustrate system needs and workflows, alongside the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as a phased development approach. The system is built using PHP and a MariaDB database for user and complaint data storage, with functionality tested through the Black Box method. Key features include user registration, login, complaint submission, and status tracking. All features operate as intended, delivering a transparent and responsive complaint service process. This system prioritizes accessibility, data security, comprehensive features, and structured documentation, successfully improving service quality at the ATR/BPN Mentawai Islands Office.
