Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the scope and key components that define the field of Islamic education management We can see that management is. an ability or skill of activities that include arrangement, and institutions designed to facilitate the achievement of educational objectives with optimal effectiveness and efficiency.Proper management planning will result in a smooth running process. Educational management is directed toward shaping students' personalities in alignment with educational objectives, focusing on both the development and enhancement of learners according to established educational goals. This article aims to analyze and elaborate on the scope of Islamic education management. The study adopts a literature review approach to gather data, relying on the examination and analysis of various factual and credible reference sources in the form of qualitative data obtained from multiple scholarly articles.

Abstract

Education is the main pillar in the development of a nation. To achieve the goal of quality education, effective and efficient management is required. School management includes a series of activities such as planning, organizing, implementing and controlling educational resources to achieve predetermined goals. Similarly, madrasah as an Islamic educational institution has special characteristics that combine general and religious knowledge. The implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) or Madrasah-Based Management (MBM) is an important strategy in decentralizing education. Therefore, an in-depth study of school and madrasah management is needed to identify existing problems and formulate appropriate solutions to improve the quality of education in Indonesia

Abstract

Self Management plays a crusial role, to help the individuals reaching their objectives . Also given the significance, spesiaists have sought out techniques, frameworks, and theories to fulfill the goals established by management as a field of knowlegde, in fact, management has existed since the of humanity and is an integral aspect of daily life as individualss organize their existence. In Islam, guidance for management relies on the teachings of the Qur'an, serving as fundamental sources to address the challenges faced by Muslims. These teachings apply to all aspects of human life and activities, including the various forms of management discussed in the Qur’an and saying of the Prophet Muhammad. This paper will explore management from an Islamic perspective, based on the Qur'an, which will cover the definition of management, its functions (planning, organizing, executing, and controlling), and examine the skills and competencies required for effective leadership, all grounded in the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith

Abstract

UMKM merupakan fondasi kuat perekonomian Indonesia, namun seringkali menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan manajerial dan inovasi produk. Tempe, sebagai produk tradisional yang kaya protein, memiliki keterbatasan daya simpan dan olahan yang masih sering bersifat tradisional, sehingga kurang diminati di beberapa daerah. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini dan meningkatkan daya saing, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Kalisumber bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM dan kewirausahaan melalui inovasi produk lokal, yaitu pelatihan pembuatan coklat tempe, serta penguatan kelembagaan Koperasi Merah Putih. Metode partisipatif diterapkan dengan melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif dalam setiap tahapan, meliputi persiapan, sosialisasi, pelatihan praktis pembuatan dan pengemasan coklat tempe, pendampingan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat, khususnya pelaku UMKM dan ibu-ibu rumah tangga, dalam mengelola usaha berbasis potensi lokal. Sosialisasi koperasi berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman 30 pengurus dan anggota tentang manajemen profesional. Pelatihan juga sukses menciptakan produk coklat tempe yang unik dan berkualitas, membuka peluang pasar baru, dan meningkatkan pendapatan. Dengan demikian, program ini berkontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan daya saing UMKM dan pengembangan ekonomi Desa Kalisumber berbasis inovasi produk.

Abstract

This research is the result of research that presents human resource management in strengthening educators at MAN 2 Kediri. The purpose of this study is to determine the planning, implementation, and evaluation of human resource management in strengthening educators in MAN 2 Kediri. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which reveals facts, data, and phenomena that occur in the field. This research uses types of research in the form of field research and case study approaches. The results of this studyshow that: 1) Human resource management planning in strengthening educators in MAN 2 Kediri is planned with functionaries before entering the new school year and full authority is given to the head of the madrasah. The planning carried out at MAN 2 Kediri is in the form of MGMP, Workshops, and also Work Meetings. 2) The implementation of human resource management in strengthening educators in MAN 2 Kediri has been carried out by existing SOPs. Starting from MGMP, BIMTEK, and also work meetings. 3) Evaluation of human resource management in strengthening educators in MAN 2 Kediri using the PKG format.
