Abstract

Education is a very important thing for every human being that is carried out in all aspects of life. Education is given from an early age so that the values in it can be applied to adulthood. Therefore, good education is education that can be given from an early age. In early childhood education the role of the teacher in managing learning is very important because the teacher has a very close relationship with the child while in the school environment. The aims of this study are to: (1) describe the planning of early childhood learning; (2) Describe the organization of early childhood learning; (3) Describe the implementation of early childhood learning; (4) Describe the supervision of early childhood learning in the Nur-Adzkia PAUD Playgroup Telukjambe Karawang. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study consisted of four subjects, namely one manager, two educators and one student's parent. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. And analysis using the steps: (1) data reduction (data reduction), (2) data presentation (data display), (3) drawing conclusions (verification). The results of this study (1) lesson plans are carried out daily, daily, monthly and semester by assessing the way or process of working students; (2) the organization is carried out with the cooperation of educators in preparing learning preparations, implementing learning programs and in accordance with each individual permanently; (3) implementing learning consists of preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities; (4) supervision is carried out by assessing ongoing programs through accreditation every 5 years.Keywords: Management, Learning, Early Childhood Education

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran blended learning dalam meningkatkan minat belajar warga belajar program kesetaraan paket C di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Bekasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari tutor dan warga belajar. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh sebagai berikut : (1) Pembelajaran blended learning yang diterapkan SKB Bekasi pada program paket C telah memuat tahapan atau sintaks pembelajaran blended learning berbasis ICT baik pada pembelajaran online yang meliputi seeking of information dan acquisition of knowledge maupun pada pembelajaran offline meliputi seeking of information, acquisition of knowledge serta synthesizing of information. (2) Terdapat faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat pembelajaran blended learning dalam meningkatkan minat belajar warga belajar paket C ditinjau dari aspek internal dan eksternal. Faktor pendukung internal meliputi minat, perhatian, kesadaran, ketertarikan keterlibatan, dan dorongan, sedangkan faktor pendukung ekternal meliputi sarana prasarana, dukungan orang tua, tutor, teman sebaya, partisipasi masyarakat dan biaya. Faktor penghambat eksternal meliputi kejenuhan dalam pembelajaran online, kendala kuota warga belajar serta keterbatasan waktu dan ruangan pada pembelajaran offline. (3) Pembelajaran blended learning meningkatkan minat belajar warga belajar paket C yang berdampak juga pada peningkatan aspek pengetahuan, aspek keterampilan serta aspek sikap warga belajar.

Abstract

Since English has become a foreign language in Indonesia, the capability to communicate in English has become ever more crucial. Correct speech is progressively required to prevent misunderstandings in articulating a message to the public. As a result, teaching English speaking is essential for teachers to improve their students' speaking abilities. As English is a second language in Indonesia, students struggle to acquire it. In the context of communication, the mother tongue or the language used in daily activities is more dominant. Because the use of foreign languages is still descending, one of the alternative techniques that a teacher can accomplish is a tongue twister. Tongue twisters as a teaching method enable pupils to speak more clearly, especially when pronouncing words. This research aims to report on the researchers’ experience using tongue twister to teach pronunciation in speaking practice. This research was conducted in an Indonesian Vocational High School in the Karawang district. Besides that, the role of the researchers was as active observers. The findings are that students relish learning using the tongue twister technique. Relish means that the students vigorously participate in learning because the teaching method is delightful and comfortable for students to comprehend the crux material. Therefore, the tongue twister technique assists students in learning English speaking continually.

Abstract

This research was conducted to answer the existing conflicts regarding the implementation of Community Education programs, especially in computer training programs to increase the knowledge and skills of learning citizens. Based on this research, it is hoped that it can provide input to the organizers of one of the Community Education Programs or non-formal education when they are looking for alternatives when implementing a program that can empower residents or communities around PKBM. therefore the aims of this study include: (1) to describe the computer training process for citizens learning Equality Education package C in the face of the globalization era, (2) to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors of the computer training process for citizens learning Equality Education package C in dealing with globalization era. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The subjects in this study consisted of the Head of PKBM, residents studying package C. Tutors. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are as follows: (1) the personal computer training at PBM Talent Semesta has been able to increase the knowledge of the learning residents; (2) the skills of the learning residents in the field of computers at this PKBM have been able to keep up with technological developments that are increasing rapidly skyrocketing from day to day; (3) can increase their self-confidence when one day they go directly to the community. However, during the implementation of the training there were obstacles, namely (1) Lack of learning tools or media such as laptops or computers

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan proses penggunaan metode pembelajaran berbasis belajar kelompok dalam meningkatkan keaktifan komunikasi anak usia dini di PAUD Anggrek Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor. (2) mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat penggunaan metode pembelajaran berbasis belajar kelompok dalam meningkatkan keaktifan komunikasi anak usia dini di PAUD Anggrek Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor. (3) mendeskripsikan hasil penggunaan metode pembelajaran berbasis belajar kelompok dalam meningkatkan keaktifan komunikasi anak usia dini di PAUD Anggrek Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriftip. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PAUD Anggrek Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari pengelola PAUD, 1 orang guru, dan 2 orang tua. Subjek penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperolah melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya peningkatan keaktifan komunikasi pada anak usia dini di PAUD Anggrek Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor dilihat dari adanya peningkatan anak dalam hal menjawab pertanyaan, mengemukakan pendapat, memperhatikan presentasi, mengajukan pertanyaan dan aktif mendengarkan.
